The smell of foreign shit is everywhere, some disguised as pinky shit by
their possession of a newly minted pink IC. Sinkies have been sodomised
for so long and finally wakening up with a sore exhaust pipe.
There are just too many foreigners here in mid and top management
positions not through merit but by screwing the daft Sinkies, with fake
degrees, discriminations, favouritism and tribalism. Sinkies are being
elbowed out of good jobs while foreigners are taking over, many at CEO
positions. The cry to protect the interests of Sinkies is getting louder
by the days but no one is listening. There is now a call to nationalize
good jobs for Sinkies. Sinkies are not fighting for jobs on a level
playing field in their home country. They are being cheated in their
home country. If this goes on they will be cheated of their country
soon.
Many countries have a ruling that the HR departments must be headed and
run by the citizens, in Malaysia, in Indonesia and many other countries.
Their govts will do everything to protect their citizens. Their govts
will not betray their people. It is inconceivable for any govt to betray
its own people by hiring foreigners to replace them. And this is even
more sickening if it happens in a democratic country where the govt is
democratically elected by the people. Can you believe that a
democratically govt elected by the people will screw its own people and
betray them? Never is the word. It must not be allowed to happen.
The govt needs to look at this seriously, to impose new employment
regulations and for a start, all HR must be manned by Sinkies. No buts,
no delays. This is an urgent matter that affects the welfare and well
beings of Sinkies. The Sinkies must demand that the govt acts on this
immediately. No more one year later nonsense. The jobless and
discriminated and cheated Sinkies cannot wait any more.

I have this suspicion that the influx of FT, especially from western and Indian is a coordinate plan to de-sinicized Singapore.
In view of a rising China, west and India need to take over Singapore. Else I cannot explain a lot of things.
The marginalization of our fresh graduate make no sense. A lot of jobs taken by foreigners can be taken over by our own graduates with a few years of experience.
In all ex UK colonies you see similar patterns. Locals are keep out of cognitive jobs. British import Indians to take over them. Then Indians impose caste system. This is the reasons why Myanmese hate Rohingyas. Also this is why caste system is rampant and locals are treated like animals in Suriname, Guyana, Mauritius, Reunion, Trindad, Fiji..etc and Indians even go web forum and brag they will not eat food serve by locals because that is a pollution.
In some countries locals manage to fight back. Under father of Aung San Su Kyi, Myanmar regain her freedom.
This is not so simple as FT policy. This is a demographics engineering.
Unfortunately, Singaporeans are too greedy and selfish. They will never throw out PAP until things start affecting them.

I have been in the banking industry for over thirty years. There is a shift in recruitment power. Now the Human Resource Departments do not have control on who to employ. The interviews are done by the Heads of Departments, who often are foreigners (usually indian nationals in the banking industry). If the head says “yes”, HR will not say “no”. I do not blame the foreigners for doing so. Who would not like to work in a comfortable position where their own are around? The blame falls on the Singapore government who is not covering this loophole.
