If Ukraine falls, Zelensky can go to the USA to stand for President, since the USA cannot find a suitable candidate inside the whole country to take over the baton from a dementia patient, who is not suspected of having Parkinson's Disease.
Even if elected, Biden will not last another year with this degenerative disease. The limping walk, the lack of energy in his voice, his drooping eyes are all symptoms of the disease at the early stage.
