India is taking after the footsteps of Western colonialists and imperialists as an expansionist power

India is taking after the footsteps of Western colonialists and imperialists especially the Anglo-Saxons US and UK as well as France and Spain. After getting its independence, India became an expansionist country. It illegally took over the independent kingdom of Sikkim and Lakdah and many of the Assam states and Nicobar Island Archipelago just because they were once under British colonialist rule. It tried to take over Nepal but failed because of China behind the scene. It also tried to colonise Bhuttan but somehow did not succeed, maybe because Bhuttan was able to get China's support behind. It tried to found a Hindu state in Ceylon or Shri Lanka by instigating the Tamils there to revolt causing 18 years of turmoil and destructive war.

If India doesn't stop its aggressive and expansionist behaviour it may soon find some of its many provinces breaking away and declare their independence from India. Some of the provinces may possibly breakaway are Punjab, Keredah, Assam and Tamil Naidu.

India can only bully small weak countries like Nepal, Bhutan, Sikkim, Sri Lanka and those small islands down South.
