China should not rebuild Ukraine. Ukraine has no money to pay for it

The USA managed to prosper after WW2 largely because it was untouched by destruction during that war, except in Hawaii.

Destruction in Europe in particular was a windfall for USA to reap the rewards with funding for rebuilding in great demand. The USA was able to laugh all the way to the bank and grew enormously prosperous over the course of the next several decades. Actually, the Jews in USA benefitted the most, with their control of the largest banks.

WW3 is going to be different story, and I think the USA knows it. North America will not be spared destruction, the same as everywhere else.

In passing, China must not step in to undertake any rebuilding job in Ukraine. China will lose its pants if it does so. Ukraine is in no position to afford reconstruction. Let the USA and the EU do it and rip off the Ukrainians. With Ukraine highly indebted to the USA and EU countries after all the weapons and aid sent, repaying the debt is already near impossible, not to talk about funding for reconstruction.

As John Mearsheimer predicted, Russia will totally destroy Ukraine in this war, and it is coming true. Who is going to rebuild Ukraine? No, no it is not going to be Russia who is responsible. Someone else with iron chains must step forward.

Why should China even want to rebuild Ukraine? It serves no purpose for China. Moreover, China is already moving assets out of Europe for fear of being seized like the Russians.

We never know what the USA would do knowing what they did to Russia's Nord Stream pipelines.

Poland is reported to be sabotaging the BRI. Never mind, China now has Belarus to open up as an alternative trade route to Europe. Russia and China are now also exploring the Artic route, now that climate change is making it more accessible for longer periods each year. It will benefit Russia more than China, but who knows.

Talking about bypassing choke points, the Isthmus of Kra project looks positively promising. A land bridge may be the choice now, which makes the Malacca Straits a less effective choke point in times of war. Of course, the USA and also Singapore are against it. China is also looking at the other alternative for a canal across Nicaragua to bypass the USA controlled Panama Canal. In theory it is the Panama Authorities having control, but do not be misled by the misinformation. The USA has all the leverage to decide who can and cannot use the Panama Canal in times of war. For the Middle East access, China is building a link across Pakistan towards the Southern Port of Gwadar, which should link China to the Middle East oil producers without having to go round India and Straits of Malacca.

As I always say, China thinks years ahead, not just trying desperately to build toilets when the urge to poo is intense.

How can Ukraine have money when the Ukraine beggar is going around with a begging bowl, on every platform to solicit for alms?
