in a country like ours, we practise rule of law. and the courts can only decide based on the evidence produced and the witnesses and the charges that were submitted.

in this case the witness is a problem, the evidence weak and the charge....yawn

for every 100 or 1000 unhappy people there will be a few very happy people. life is like that. be practical and become the few happy ones.

but sometimes the cards that one is dealt with did not give one a chance to be the few happy ones.

He may not be a "nice guy", but a criminal he isn't.

this one i agree. we operate under a transparent judiciary system. if they cannot find any evidence to prove that he is guilty, then he is innocent.

whether he is nice or not, i have never met him.

an innocent walks free.
