Who is copying who, who is the stupid one?

Earlier in March, there was a plagiarism fiasco surrounding Singapore’s national song ‘Count on Me, Singapore’ after a composer from India was accused of copying the song. The Indian composer later retracted all claims to the lyrics and tune of the song.

What’s more, the local national song was even found to be copied and modified into a religious version by an Indian non-profit spiritual organisation.

Now, there seems to be another case of plagiarism concerning a Singaporean educational institution, this time coming from an international school in India.

To put it simply, the logo of Gaikwad-Patil International School in Nagpur, India is exactly the same as Singapore Sports School in Woodlands.

Above posted in TOC

The Indians admired and loved what Singapore is doing and would copy for their own use. Singapore is mesmerised by the Indian talents and bringing them in by the millions to replace Singaporeans.

What an irony? Duuno who is the foolish one.

TOC made some inquiries and found out that the school was closed, But further probing confirmed that the school is still operating.

The ruling elites love India, but the majority of Singaporeans support China, as the Pew survey shows.

The ruling elite got screwed by the Indians from the front and from the back, from the top and from the bottom, and sideways, until "THE" also dare not say.

The recent pseudo CECA Debate in Parliament is a demonstration of that. "THE" also dare not say but instead we were told of lots and lots of surrealistic euphorbia manifested from subconscious minds and unconscionable hearts.

That is why a forked tongue is so useful. Doesn't matter whether white or black forked tongues so long as it can twist things to fool the world.

Politicians are usually skilled in the Art of Deception. They lie and deceive without blinking an eyelid. That's how they climb towards the pinnacle of power.

Those with less abilities, capabilities and sincerity deceive the most. They make use of deception to cover up what they lack. Such is the norm of Singapore politicians today .

The newbies are amateurish in their deceptive ways. That's why their lies can be easily detected.

The more they tell us that they are non-corrupt, the more they are corruptible.

The more they praise themselves, the more they do not deserve praise.

The more they belittle others, the more they belittle themselves.

The more they talk, the more loopholes there are.

The more loopholes they show, the more stupid they look. That's how the 4G leedership has shown itself. Stupid, yet act clever.

Politicians lie to get themselves elected with promises of the sun and the moon, and forget about those promises after they are elected.

Some lies took years to fulfil and they know that after their term of office, it is no longer their responsibility to carry those promises into fruition. And so they lie and it cost them nothing to renege on their promises. Like Swiss standard of living and goal 2010. Oops, was it goal 2100?

Also just like Trump's lie that trade wars are easy to win. Did he win? How many years already?

Trump also said Mexico is paying for the wall. Now who is actually footing the bill for the wall. Some USA numbskulls provided private support for the fund to build the wall, but some of the money actually went into Trump's and his crony's pockets. Now Trump is asking for donations to fight his legal battles. I am sure more numbskulls will take the bait.

You can't even tell the difference between privilege and advantage. A majority with more Chinese will give you an advantage because of numbers, not privilege. A privilege in a way is an entitlement because of wealth or position of power.

An elder son has many privileges including the right to inherit the wealth of a family.

Being in the majority gives you an advantage in certain arrears but not a privilege.

A bumiputra in Malaysia has privileges, not advantage, entitlement to many things like govt employments, getting licences etc etc

An advantage has to be converted by the person's ability to achieve something. A privilege is just there for grabs.

You don't have to be told what they do in those KTV lounges behind close doors to know what kind of activities they indulge in. You believe the 'Chi Kor Pek' uncles will go to such places just to sing karaoke?

I would not hesitate to guess that they go there more to trade bananas and cash in exchange for oranges, mangos and papayas. It is a win win situation for the participants. Call these KTV lounges as 'fruit exchanges' would be more appropriate. And I share this belief with Mr Brown aka Kim Huat.

Blood's thicker then water

Some PSP members concerned with ‘racial undertones’ of NCMP Leong Mun Wai’s Ceca speeches

-Some PSP members told TODAY that the political party's focus on Ceca could be seen as "targeting" the Indian community
-They plan to take these concerns up with the party’s leadership on July 18
-Its party leader said the focus is not race but Singaporeans’ jobs and livelihoods

Those PSP must be themselves harbouring racist tendency. That's why they only see the trees and missed the forest. They are concerned only on individual race but cannot see the bigger picture as a whole nation.

Singapore is under siege from an external enemy yet these PSP sidekicks (probably infiltrators sent by the PAP), instead of thinking of party unity, are trying to tarnish the image of their own party leadership.

These few TRAITORS must be watched very closely or sacked by the PSP leadership immediately. Should not keep I infiltrators, spies or TRAITORS even for one day.

Better to have less but quality loyal members than to harbour spies and TRAITORS.

The main media and social media have been hijacked by the mischievous and those out to spread a certain line of thoughts to create anti China and anti Chinese feelings.

For a long time I tried to be objective and allowed both sides to say their peace. But I realised that such an approach is being stupid, naive, and be made a sucker by those with a certain agenda. Thus being fair to both sides is being unfair to one side and allowing the other side to commit murder and getting away.

This site no longer allows the anti China, anti Chinese operators to have their biased say. So I will just delete them and not allowing them to have a say here, like Matilah.

So this chap's postings would henceforth be deleted as we know where he is coming from and his agenda.

You have plenty of anti China and anti Chinese blogs and sites to post to your heart's content. Not here. I do not want to be made use of by your biased and anti China, anti Chinese postings.

Chua Chin Leng aka redbean said...

All those who are politically waken could see the hundreds or thousands of anti China and anti Chinese sites daily churning out anti China anti Chinese lies, misinformation etc etc to smear China and Chinese.

Only stupid or anti China and anti Chinese main media and social media would allow themselves to be used to published those lies and mischievous articles against China and against Chinese. They cannot plead ignorant of what they are doing.

黄皮黒心 is not simply mentioned and used for no reason. Those 黄皮黒心 type know very well what this means and who they are.

RB, Well done!

Those who claimed themselves as Chinese and yet condemn and belittle the Chinese or China are not human beans.

They are treacherous, unscrupulous and vicious animals who hate and kill even their own kind.

Such treacherous animals have no place on this Earth, let alone allow a voice in this website.

Thanks for everything you are doing.

Keep up the good works, RB.

From Indonesia to Singapore, China’s rise is affecting ethnic identities in Southeast Asia

- In the 21st century, Beijing’s policy has been to encourage Chinese overseas to be oriented towards China and serve the country’s interests

- This policy can impact ethnic Chinese identities in the region, and cause tensions that undermine domestic political and economic stability

By Professor Tommy Koh: The scourge of racial prejudice in Singapore

https://tembusu.nus.edu.sg/news/2021/the-scourge-of-racial-prejudice-in-singapore

CHINESE CHAUVINISM
I see evidence of Chinese chauvinism in Singapore. This could be due to several developments outside Singapore.

The rise of China in the world has naturally engendered pride in many Chinese Singaporeans. There is nothing wrong with this.

However, pride in China’s achievements should not be allowed to cause the Chinese in Singapore to become chauvinistic, meaning to feel superior to the other races.

There are two other factors at work. These are the growing strength of ethno-nationalism and of identity politics. We must not allow ethno-nationalism or identity politics to come to Singapore.

TARGETING INDIANS
I am also concerned by the anti-India mood in Singapore. Why are the Indians being targeted? I don’t know the answer.

It could be due to perception. There is a perception that there are too many expatriate Indians in Singapore. There is also the misperception that our free trade agreement with India – the Comprehensive Economic Cooperation Agreement or Ceca – has created a loophole for Indian professionals to work in Singapore.

Whatever the cause, it is time for the leaders of the majority community to speak up and to put a stop to it. Singaporeans cannot distinguish between an expatriate Indian and a local Indian. Therefore, all Indians, whether expatriate or local, have become targets. Whether local or foreign-born, there is simply no justification for racist attacks.

Mr Lee tells language agitators to 'pipe down'
He says push for Chinese language status 'dangerous' in multiracial Singapore

Published Oct 4, 2015, 5:00 am SGT

Prime Minister Lee Kuan Yew spoke out against language agitation forcefully and repeatedly this week, after the Chinese Chamber of Commerce pushed for a constitutional guarantee of the status of the Chinese language.

"I would like to hear the end of all this," Mr Lee said on Oct 6, 1965. "Language, culture, religion: they are not political issues. We have defused the big bomb."

Earlier, the Chinese Chamber had asked the Government to guarantee the status of the Chinese language as one of the official languages here.

They wanted this safeguard to be written into the Constitution of a newly independent Singapore.

The Chinese Chamber argued that official recognition of the Chinese language would provide more effective government and promote greater harmony, as the language is used by the majority of the people in Singapore.

They had made that push even though they had been assured by the Government that all four languages - English, Chinese, Malay and Tamil - are official and would be enshrined in the Constitution.

Mr Lee countered that such talk was "dangerous" in a multiracial Singapore, with Malaysia just next door.

Just days earlier, Mr Lee stressed that the four major languages here are official and equal. He also ruled out all possibilities of the Government changing its position on the language issue.

He said the new Constitution would re-state the status quo of the four official languages, with Malay as the common and national language.

"The four languages are official languages in Singapore," he said. "It is right and good for our country and our people, not because a particular language has a large percentage of the population to support it."

He also warned the Chinese language agitators that their push would "jeopardise the struggle of the Chinese in Malaysia fighting for a fair place for their language".

"So I say to those who want to be language heroes: just pipe down," Mr Lee said. "They had better calculate very carefully before they say these things. And if they do not know what it is all about, better leave these things to those who know what this is all about."

Mr Lee went on to declare that Singapore would become a example which others could follow.

He said: "We will establish a model society and show that this is the type of society South-East Asia wanted. This is our sacred role to play."

Hi, motherfucker, Tommy Koh is over the hill already. He is a nobody now. His words are as heavy as a feather. He has always been pandering to his Western and Western-oriented Masters, a well-known one-sided Anti-China bias brain-washed Western thinker.

Chua Chin Leng aka redbean said...

Leo Suryadinata, everyone must be proud of his race and to want his own race to do well is only normal. This applies not only to the Chinese, Malays, Indians, Indonesians but also to the white men.

The success of each respective countries would bring respect to the individuals of that country. Chinese suffered humiliation for more than a century when China was down. And I mean Chinese all over the world, in the West, in Indonesia, in Malaysia etc etc. Every backward natives think they are better than the Chinese and went on killing spree against the overseas Chinese at every opportunity.

Today, when China is strong and powerful, see if any country dares to massacre Chinese again.

The call for Chinese to support the rise of China is about ethnic pride, the pride of a civilisation. In a similar way, the Indians would be very proud to see another successful Indian anywhere in the world. It is good for the Indian civilisation.

The Malays and Indonesians are no different, and would be very happy for a successful Malay or Indonesian.

Why is it a problem for Chinese to want to support the Chinese civilisation and see it doing well? It would be wrong if the call is for the Chinese to go against other races, just like what the Americans and the West are doing against China.

I have just deleted another post from the same guy. There is no need for self deprecating post when the media have been used as a political tool, a weapon to smear and spread disinformation and hate by the West. The media is no longer a place for objective and fair discussion. Do that in the university's tutorial classes.

So don't waste time trying to be objective and impartial. There is a war out there. This blog is not for kids engaging in an academic exercise.
