On what basis did the Europeans claim North America, now called USA and Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Hawaii as their countries? On the basis of the barrel of the gun? These lands rightfully belong to the natives, the aborigines, the polynesians, not and never belonged to the white Europeans. They seized it from the natives, massacred and genocided the natives, treated the surviving natives inhumanely and cruelly.
The Europeans cannot claimed soli nullus as the natives were there for centuries. The land were occupied land, unlike little islands in the South China Sea where there were no inhabitants. The white Europeans cannot claim under the foul Doctrine of Christian Discovery that demeaned the natives as subhumans with no rights to ownership of their land.
China and the rest of the world must redress this outrageous wrong and the invasion of native lands and fight for the return of these lands to the natives. A resolution must be tabled in the UN. A case must be brought to the International Criminal Court to charge the Europeans for violating the natives' land, abused of human rights, cruelties, crimes against humanity and genocides.
Old wrongs cannot be made right by occupation and time. The time is now to bring the European invaders and murderers to justice, to answer their crimes. The lands must be returned to the natives. This gross injustice must be settled and the white men's abuses and lies must be judged and a verdict must be passed.
The recent pretenses and accusation of China's unlawful occupation of uninhabited island are farce and red herrings to divert the attention from the crimes of the white men against the natives and still occupying their land.
There must be justice. And crimes must pay. Crimes like genocides and crimes against humanity cannot be forgotten or ignored over time.
The UN has a big part to play to bring justice to the survivors of the white men's invasion of their land.

When the biggest land thieves are shouting that China is stealing islands in the South China Sea, you know everything is not right. Putin already said that what the USA and the West accused others of doing, they are the biggest culprit. And they did not want to look at themselves in the mirror first because they know they are uglier than others.
That said, China has not committed genocide in the South China Sea islands by any means, but the Whites have committed all kinds of atrocities, genocides and forcefully removing Natives from South Pacific Islands to site their military bases and conduct nuclear tests. All these are crimes against humanity.
Asking the UN to do justice is not going to work. The USA and it's poodles control the workings of the UN, and would have done many other illegal atrocities using the UN as cover and rubber stamp, had the Iraq War not exposed the whole fabricated plot. They even have the audacity to defy and ignore rulings by the International Court of Justice on Iran and crimes committed by their armed forces.
And they talked of 'Rule of Law'. What law are they talking about? Theirs is Mafia law with no morals. Robert de Niro said that even criminals have morals, but not the USA administration.
Now they are standing on top of a flag pole, stark naked, for the whole world to see their lies and their wickedness.

Actually all the world bodies were created to consolidate the powers of the Whites, The UN, the IMF, the World Bank, the SWIFT settlement system in collaboration with the US$ Hegemony through which they are able to impose sanctions against detractors.
Sanctions against countries is by itself a crime against humanity. What has the UN done about it?
What Russia, China and Iran among others can do is set up alternative groups or bodies to counter the White controlled world bodies. And why not? China's BRI setup was to counter the USA and Whites control of important trade routes by sea, ie via Suez, Panama and Malacca Straits. The BRI was a wake up call for the West in the face of the USA controlled sea lanes around which strategic trade transit.
Setting up alternative means to bypass such strategic gateway is important in times of conflict. And what of China setting up the AIIB to counter the World Bank and IMF? These shows it can be done.
Now on a separate topic, the toxic West is up to another propaganda game by reporting that Chinese ships are dumping poo in the South China Sea, which could be seen by satellites in space. I thought they said that the Great Wall of China could not even be seen from space and yet they could spot poos in the South China Sea from space? Is this a sick joke? Most poos sink and do not float, so how do they interpret those floating items as poo?
And the Philippines is said to be investigating the claims. Even if they find it, how do they ascertain those are poos from Chinese ships? Bullshit really walks!
The poo were from American and Australian ships in their provocative 'freedom of navigation' trips in the South China Sea. They dumped the poo at a specific time and spot for their satellite to pick up.

The detractors are the Whites themselves. Instead they accuse others as detractors. By using the world bodies, that they have created and financed, to do the dirty things for them.
Be careful in overusing this card. M'sia & Ind'sia can easily use the same reasoning to demand that S'pore be returned to the "rightful" bumis. In fact, this is the exact reasoning that JI & IS & other groups are fighting for in returning S'pore & southern Philippines back to the caliphate days 800 years ago.
S'pore was part of the bigger Islamic Caliphate until the British colonised M'sia (including S'pore) & northern part of Kalimantan, the Dutch colonised Ind'sia & southern Kalimantan, and US colonised Philippines.
The existence of S'pore as an independent country is essentially due to UK colonisation. Of course the pioneer generations of people staying in S'pore contributed to its success as a country, including all those 1G politicians, civil servants, businessmen. But without the UK's actions from 1800-1960, S'pore will never be a country, including the UK's insistence in the negotiations for M'sia's own independence in 1957 that S'pore must remain a separate entity.
The occupants of Singapore are not the conquerors of the island. They did not loot and killed the natives unlike the whites.
