Obnoxious Americans threaten China, cause Americans want to sell expensive goods to the world

Yellen just told China that the USA will not accept cut price Chinese goods to flood the market. Who is she and who is she talking to? She still thinks China and the rest of the world must agree to what the USA dictates.

China must, to satisfy them, produce expensive goods so that the rest of the world would not buy them and buy from the USA instead. This is just the same modus operandi as forcing Europe not to buy cheap Russia energy, but to buy expensive oil and gas from the USA instead. How disgustingly arrogant the USA is becoming today.

As with the price cap on Russian crude, she is barking up the wrong tree. if the USA cannot compete against China, just decouple and be done with it. The USA can do its own stuff, and China can do things in its own way, according to its ability and let the rest of the world decide whether or not they want cheap Chinese goods.

How China wants to price its products on the global market is no concern of the USA. The USA can always refuse to buy them if they cannot accept cheap products. If the USA or the West cannot compete in price, that is their problem. China is not asking that the USA must also buy their cheap Chinese products. We know the USA is very rich and can afford it, but not the Global South. The whole world is thanking China for such cheap products and asking China to make even more cheaper products for their consumption.

After years of free loading on cheap goods from China, the USA is now talking like a spoilt juvenile delinquent, resorting to obnoxious behavior because it cannot get what it wants from China or compete with China on a level playing field and have to resort to foul play.

China must do what it thinks is necessary and let the USA carry out its threat of serious consequences. Going around threatening everyone is rude and undiplomatic. As Winston Churchill puts it - Diplomacy is the art of telling people to go to hell in such a way that they ask for directions. The current bunch of clowns in the USA and the West are basically uneducated in the art of conducting diplomacy. Their form of diplomacy is Al Capone's version of diplomacy, as what Emil Cosman used to say.

Let the USA threaten and cut off ties, decouple from, and continue to demonise China, but the reality remains that, besides the G7, plus other Anglo-Saxon Imperialist White countries, including Japan and South Korea, the rest of the world are not buying the argument that China flooding the world with cheap goods is a threat to them. The Global South countries of Africa, South America and Middle East are not swallowing the hubris of having to face the situation of buying expensive goods from the USA or EU eventually without China. Who wants that to happen anyway?

Therefore, dragging the rest of the world into the argument that they are also threatened by China flooding the world with cheap goods is pulling wool over everyone's eyes. The world must be very decerning and not be deceived.

The USA already misled the whole world about Iraq. That was the 'Mother of all lies' from the 'Empire of Lies'. They lied and manufactured evidence to invade Iraq for the oil. Colin Powell holding up a vial containing biological Anthrax at the UN must be the dumbest thing anyone could do. And the 'Coalition of the Willing' fell for it, put the UN rubber stamp down and invaded Iraq. The fact that people did not scamper out of the UN hall in fear makes no sense at all, when Powell held the vial in his hand. And killing Saddam Hussein after all this was illogical. No WMD were found, no biological weapons were found, and the perpetrators of the lies got off unscathed. They had committed war crimes! Nothing more, nothing less.

Another lie about the Vietnam War is worth mentioning. Then it was about the 'Domino Effect' should South Vietnam fell to the North. The Communist will sweep down across Southeast Asia. That was another blatant lie. South Vietnam did eventually fall to the North, but did Thailand, Malaysia or Indonesia also fell to the Communist?

What about the terrorism lie that it was Osama bin Laden who carried out 911? The 'false flag' was to enable the USA to invade Afghanistan on the pretext of anti-terrorism hunt for Osama bin Laden. They also killed Osama bin Laden, but the real perpetrators of 911 - George Bush, the Saudis and Israelis got off unscathed. Osama bin Laden was the scapegoat like Saddam Hussein.

In the face of all this, how trustworthy do we think is the USA's concern about the rest of the world being threatened by cheap Chinese goods? It is all about the USA's interest at stake. No two ways about that!

The USA lost EV. The USA lost solar panels. It also lost wind turbines. These are all related to clean energy usage or sectors generating clean energy equipment and helps with climate change, which the whole world is aspiring to attain, with a common goal to save the earth.

We all know the USA is a big player, has huge reserves in fossil fuel, which is fighting an existential battle with renewables, which China is at the forefront. The picture emerging is that renewable energy dependencies like EVs are overtaking the ICE vehicle sector. China is phasing out ICE vehicles. What does this mean for major ICE vehicle manufacturing countries like USA, Europe and Japan? They have to fight back to survive, but it may be too little too late. Back to the propaganda generating phase that it is famous for.

Now the USA is inventing new narratives to fight the clean energy battle, trying to depress China's lead. China is the top country just doing its job of helping the world fight climate change. China is now accused of having overcapacity in clean energy sector as well, producing more solar panels and wind turbines than any other, and must be depressed for the sake of allowing the USA, EU and Japan to compete successfully in EVs and other clean energy generation sector.

Trade has all along been about economies of scale, comparative advantages that allows countries to export cheaper goods which it has a comparative advantage and import cheaper goods that other countries have a different advantage. The whole world therefore benefits. The USA is trying to destroy all that by trying to curb China's comparative advantages. As an economist, Yellen should know better, and as such she is definitely insincere and using misinformation to deceive.
