The USA and Israel are dragging Iran into the Middle
East war to further their agenda of a regional conflict. All over the
years Israel and the USA were talking about taking out Iran's nuclear
facilities. This is their opportunity. And Iran will now also target
Israel's nuclear sites for sure.
The dragging of Iran into the
conflict is now creating bad blood between Iran and Jordan. And the
Saudis too are struggling to preserve the peace deal brokered by China
between them and Iran. These countries are falling into a trap set by
the USA, Israel and the West.
Forget about the USA claiming it is
not supporting Israel's retaliation against Iran. You trust the USA at
your own peril. Iran must be alert to a surprise attack by Israel. It
will come any moment. The Israelis cannot afford not to retaliate.
Netanyahu's survival is at stake and he is betting his life on it amidst
mounting pressure internally by the military leaders especially. It
would be a massive loss of face for Israel if Netanyahu does not
retaliate.
And if this retaliation happens, all hell is going to
break loose. Oil prices will go through the roof as Iran and the
Houthis blockade the Middle East naval channels for the oil trade.
Inflation will devastate the USA and Europe, not to mention the rest of
the world. Dark days are ahead if the situation in the Middle East war
goes regional or even global, if Russia steps in. Putin does not make
idle threats about helping Iran if the war enters Iranian territory.

Israel just launched an attack on Iran with missiles. This is to be expected. Israel needs to regain its reputation as an outpost of the USA and the West in the Middle East. Its military was and is a grave threat to one and all in the Middle East for decades, attacking and killing, assassinating Iranian military leaders and those that it cannot agree with, without repercussions or condemnation by the USA and the West.
That reputation has largely been tarnished by the recent Iranian retaliation and Israel is making a show of strength by retaliating against Iran. Never had any Middle East country had the courage and ability to do what Iran has done and is a wake-up call for Israel, USA, UK and France. Now we have to wait and see how Iran will hit back strongly, as it surely will. Never mess with the Iranians.
The recent retaliation of Iran puts a big dent on the hype-up reputation of the 'Iron Dome' myth of invincibility as an impenetrable defense system and countries in the region are learning how to counter it.
The USA and the West claimed that Israel already won, but in what way, on what basis and on what measure of success? That Israel was able to avoid heavy damage by Iranian drones and missiles was the advantage of hindsight, being warned by Iran through its neighbours earlier, probably Jordan, about Iran's retaliation.
There is a world of difference between expecting and not expecting an attack. All of Israels missiles were ready and the planes of USA, UK and France were on standby. That they claimed they shot down 99% of drones and missiles launched by Israel is an empty boast under such hindsight. There was no element of surprise unlike the attack on the Iranian Embassy in Damacus.
Iran now has an idea of how to overcome the 'Iron Dome' defense. According to Scott Ritter, the first wave of Iranian drones was to elicit the activation of Israel's anti-missile usage to deplete their numbers and indicate their position. This was followed by special Iranian missiles that upon reaching Israel, let loose myriads of bomblets that overwhelmed the anti-missile system, allowing for the third barrage of missiles to get through causing damage to two airfields. The military airfields were the main Iranian targets and caused no civilian casualties. Remember too that these are older Iranian missiles and not their latest which would have caused considerable damage.
Now that the fuse has been lit, the intensity of another Iranian retaliation needs no imagining. The USA, UK and France will be dragged in, and Russia too. This is war on Iranian soil that Putin has been warning about.
Totally agree. Another couple of waves of Iranian drones would have depleted all the SAMs the Israelis have. Then the real attack would begin. Iran has hundreds of thousands of drones and missiles on standby. How many SAMs can the Israelis have, how many can the Americans resupply?
No air defense system can take down more than 50 per cent of incoming drones and missiles, let alone claiming 99%. What a joke! And there is this new tactic of flooding the air defense systems by overloading, with many times more drones and missiles than they can handle. It would be like a walkover.

The Israeli anti-missile batteries are not cheap and cost millions each shot. The recent Iranian attack cost Israel between US$1.1 to US$1.3 billion according to sources in just one night of protection, while Iran on expended just US$ tens of millions. What happens if Iran carries out a month-long bombardment? Israel will be flattened.
The Israelis knew for a long time that no other Middle East country is strong enough to go head-to-head against, thus their arrogance, and Iran is the exception. That is why over the years they have been eyeing the take-down of the Iranian nuclear site. Iran is, according to sources, under Islamic Religious doctrines, not allowed to possess nuclear weapons. Yet knowing that, the USA and the West are bent on destroying all signs of Uranium enrichment programs that Iran already has.
Whether Iran had nukes is anybody's guess. But it is still capable of destroying Israel's nuclear weapons site. That Iran could hit the Israeli airfields so far away is another indication of their military prowess. Those drones and missiles are reported to have taken 5 hours to reach Israel. Thus, the Israelis had more than adequate time to prepare their counter.

Cameron was cornered and his reply to the question about what the UK would do if its embassy were to be attacked was really telling. His answer was exactly what Iran did despite all his rubbish about Iran firing too many missiles and a disproportionate response. What about the disproportionate response by Israel in Gaza, killing 36,000 innocent civilians? How he could just lie with a straight face is really 'nauseating' to me.
They lie, cheat and steal does not only apply to USA politicians alone. British politicians are equally dishonest, thick-headed and great liars like Tony Blair who was instrumental in starting the Iraq War.
