This silly little island state still thinks it is living in its glorious past and can bully China. The two Opium Wars and war reparation for the wars, for invading China, seizing Hong Kong, etc etc must be repaid one day. Just as Britain was the key perpetrator in bankrupting China, China would demand full payment for all the war debt to bankrupt Britain when the time is ripe.
When China does so, the rest of the ex British colonies would join the bandwagon and tear Britain to pieces. There will be no Britain left as every part of the island would be dismembered and shared by the ex colonies.
Still want to talk big and acting like a fighting cock when it could not even find an Englishman that is good enough to run the island state and need an Indian to help to run it like an Indian colony. What has England got today to be behaving like a gangster? One hypersonic bomb from Russia would vanish the island for good.
The war and blood debt to China, and debt for colonising the nations around the world would not be forgotten. There is no free lunch. All debt must be repaid, with interests.

It really hit a raw nerve to say that Little Britain is so low in the dumps, now that they could not even find an Englishman capable enough to lead the country. Margaret Thatcher would likewise be ashamed that no women either is deemed capable after Theresa May. Liz Truss tried but failed miserably and immediately. She was never ever going to make the grade anyhow. How shamefully true.
From an Empire that controls more than half the world to what it is today is testimony to its eventual demise should Scotland opt for independence. Yet still trying to strut its stuff, knowing that no one is going to respect its stance anymore. Not even its former biggest colony - India - is going to be cowed by the BBC, Hindenburg or George Soros.
Britain's Foreign Secretary still thinking that Britain is an Empire and can talk bit and tough with China. Still failing to realise that Britain has shrunk from a lion to a little hedgehog.
China is speaking softly and carrying a big club. No need to shout or act tough or behave like a gangster. How would a little hedgehog feel when struck by a big club?

Hopefully more citizens of nations who were plundered and pillaged by little britain in the past see the irony of participating in the so called 'commonwealth games'.
India with its clout should lead the way for ex colonies to rename it 'Stolen Wealth games'...and gather all victims to meet annually to brainstorm how to extract repayment from little britain.
Good idea. India should take the lead, calls it Ex Commonwealth Games and exclude the Britain, the ex colonial master from all Commonwealth activities.
