Dear Multi-Ministerial TaskForce,
RE: Why must Singapore Citizens pay for Sinovac ?
We have given millions of dollars worth of FOC vaccinations to FOREIGN workers and domestic workers but want to charge Singapore citizens for vaccines of their choice/medical reasons which the government has already purchased earlier this year. What is the rationale for this? Please do not treat us worse than the foreigners. We are Singapore Citizens and many are pioneers. An inactivated virus vaccine of our choice is available and approved by the WHO. Why discriminate? Now they have put in a monetary/insurance deterrent on even those who need the Sinovac vaccine for legitimate medical reasons and these vaccines have been purchased and delivered since February 2021.
Would the MTF kindly consider including the Sinovac Vaccine in the national Covid Vaccination Programme offered free of charge, especially to our citizens who have medical contraindications to the mRNA vaccines.

1) the WHO (SAGE) report on Sinovac giving a good safety and efficacy report which was sent by a colleague in WHO.
This was copied to Tan Chorh Chuan, Kenneth Mak, John Wong, Vivien Balakrishan & Ng Eng Heng ... all my medical students except Kenneth Mak
2) The scientific reason the mutations on the spike protein has altered the antigenicity.
Result vaccinated can’t recognize B1617 Indian mutant million millions in India.
I suggested stop mRNA as the mutant has gone through our Pfizer vaccinated front liners in six hospitals, airport staff and school children.
Only a killed complete.
Virus with all its seven antigens can still b recognized even when one antigen affected by mutation.
Pfizer is useless now and obsolete in presence of mutations on spike gene.

3) emphasized release and use fully inactivated virus like Sinovac or Sinopham ... same manufacture.
100% and not 60% because 40% infected once mingling starts will.

Singaporeans are not given the choice of whether they want to be infected by the Indian Delta B.N.167 virus variant imported into Singapore by foreigners, but Singaporeans should at least be given the choice of the vaccine that they want.
Those infected foreigners came into Singapore via complacently lax open-door policies maintained despite the misgivings frequently aired by Singaporeans.
There is much evidence that Pfizer is useless, yet the government refuses to admit and accept the various reports and facts. This is very strange and uncanny, even sinister.
There must be a hidden reason that cannot be said in public. But we can easily deduce what it is based on the fact that Pfizer was purchased by Temasek Holdings. So,what does that mean?
That means whatever decision made is all about protecting Temasek Holdings' interests rather than public and citizens' interests. Q 1: Why does the G block the petition?
A 1: To deny access to the petition so that signatures will be low.

A 2: Fear and Shame are the only reasons.
I think the fear is that mRNA vaccines is not offering protection from the B1617 mutant that they are trying so desperately to dispel and is the reason for putting obstacles to gaining access to the petition. It is going to cause alarm.
Can I just say that most people are using Google/Chrome than Firefox. They know that very well.
A good guess why their hands are tied on approving Chinese Sinovac vaccine is geopolitical, given the very heavy pressure that the US is exerting on many countries not to use Chinese vaccines, as well as Huawei for 5G.

Those vaccinated with mRNA vaccines needed to sign an indemnity forms to absolve the manufacturers from any liabilities.
Those opting for China vaccines can also sign an indemnity form to free the manufacturers from liabilities.

200,000 doses were bought first, delivered, then cannot use. EU countries under pressure from the Americans, not enough vaccines to go around still cannot use Chinese vaccines.

COVID-19 Singapore: Glaring Discrimination Against Citizens Who Prefer The Sinovac Vaccines
Introduction
The Covid-19 Multi-Ministry Task Force has announced that the Sinovac Vaccines can be used by citizens and others, but only through private arrangements and not included in the National Vaccination Program nor the Vaccine Injury Financial Aid Program.
The Government has 200,000 doses of Sinovac vaccines purchased in February with taxpayers' money.
Background Analysis
The key reason in this self-created fiasco about making citizens pay for the Sinovac vaccines is that it is UNREGISTERED.
The key question to ask the Government is:
WHY DON'T THE GOVERNMENT ALLOW THE SINOVAC TO BE REGISTERED, just as the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines have been allowed to be registered? Why the unnecessary discrepancy and deliberate disparity?
By refusing to register the Sinovac Vaccines, the Government has clearly and glaringly created an obstacle to the use of the Sinovac Vaccines and therefore an excuse/reason to unfairly, unequally and unjustly treat those Citizens who prefer to take the Sinovac Vaccines for personal reasons.
Follow-up Question:
WHY must the Government create the obstacle and excuse/reason to treat Citizens who wish to take the Sinovac Vaccines unfairly, unequally and unjustly?
Mitigations
We are the Pioneer and Merdeka Generations.
We have diligently and obediently paid all the taxes as required in our whole life, like many other Singapore citizens.
We have also done the National Service as required by law. like many other Singapore citizens.
We have worked very hard, and with very low pay (because in the early years Singapore was very poor) to help build Singapore from 3rd World to First World, together with the Old Guards led by our 1st Prime Minister Mr Lee Kuan Yew.
The present Government has inherited, in a golden platter, this First World Singapore without much efforts of their own. Now that it has the power to decide on our life or death, it has chosen to treat us unfairly, unequally and unjustly in this Covid-19 Pandemic by excluding us from the National Vaccination Program and denying us the related Financial Aid Scheme.
Considerations
This unfair, unequal and unjust treatment by the present Governing Body will not go down well for its legacy.
People are bound to tell all the future generations about this unfair, unequal and unjust treatment that the 3G Leadership has deliberately and intentionally dished out to a select group of citizens who wish to be treated fairly, equally and justly!
The present Governing Body gave foreigners vaccines and Covid-19 medical treatments free of charge without being asked for and included them in the National Vaccination Program and Related Financial Scheme, yet it has deliberately and intentionally discriminated against those citizens who prefer the Sinovac vaccines. These are also your own loyal citizens who have put you in power.
The present Governing Body does not have any valid reason nor excuse to treat this select group of citizens like that. It is bound by our Constitution to treat all citizens fairly, equally and justly, without fear, favour or ill-will.
Penalising those who refused to trust the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines under the Free National Vaccination Program by making them pay for the Sinovac Vaccines is tantamount to Ill-will.
Being afraid to offend the USA, or any other Power, is tantamount to displaying Fear and showing Favour.
Conclusion
This clear and glaring discrimination is highly unacceptable and reflects very badly on the present leadership.
It will be wise to remedy this issue by including all the Covid-19 Vaccines approved by the World Health Organisation into our National Vaccination Programme and Vaccine Injury Financial Aid Scheme, without any discrimination, disparity and excuse.

Think the costs of subsidizing all Singaporeans who choose the Chinese vaccine Sinopac would constitute only a tiny fraction of the costs of the recent aid that Singapore had sent to India to help the Modi BJP government cope with the pandemic there.
What the heck is happening in Sin?
Sinovac is used by millions World-wide. Yet, it is being discriminated and the People deprived of it from a national scheme to contain a highly infectious killer disease.
Sinovac vaccines have been lauded for its high protection rates, such as in the city of Serrana in Brazil's Sao Paulo state.
As part of a four-month trial, most residents had received the Sinovac doses, and the city reportedly saw vast improvements, with deaths falling by 95 per cent, hospitalisations by 86 per cent, and symptomatic cases by 80 per cent, according to AP.
Indonesia's health ministry has also reported that the vaccine has a high efficacy rate of 94 per cent in preventing Covid-19 symptoms among health care workers, Nikkei Asia reported.
Sinovac has been approved for use in 32 countries and regions, including Hong Kong.
This shows that there is something seriously wrong with the present leaders of Singapore. I don't know what strange games they are playing. But I believe that there must be some internal problems in decision-making. Something sinister could have happened behind the scenes.
Beware Of The Long-Term Side-Effects Of Western Vaccines

So, don't be too happy and confident that if you have already been vaccinated, you are okay for the rest of your life.
If you have taken the new-tech mRNA vaccines, you have been a human guinea pig for the Big Pharmas without being paid. That's all! What happens to you a few years, 10, 20 years, down the road, nobody will be there to compensate you for participating in a medical experiment without pay.

So, BioNTech and Moderna were also authorised under the SAR route like the Chinese vaccines. Why not support both as govt sponsored schemes?
