Singapore's population was 4.028 million in 2000, with Original Singapore Citizens (OSCs) estimated at 3 million.
Singapore's population in 2020 (Feb) was 5.69 million, with OSCs estimated at 3.1 million.
That means, over the 20 years period, the number of New Singapore Citizens (NSCs) was 2.59 million.
That also means an increase of about 1.295 million in 10 years.
Therefore, in another 10 years, NSCs would be 2.59 + 1.295 = 3.885 million people.
(Note:
Those Singapore Citizens' children born abroad are mainly NSCs'
children from India, born in India. They are curiously not included in
the conversion of Indian citizens to NSCs.)
In 10 years, while
OSC population remains stagnant at 3.1 million or dwindles because of
the natural birthrate of 1.1, the imported NSCs will be increased to
3.885 million, thereby becoming the Majority.
As can be seen over
the past 30 years, the government has no serious intention of
increasing the natural birthrate. Though it has put up some incentives
for women to have more children, such measures have been proven
inadequate and insufficient to increase the national birthrate
significantly.
Everyone knows it. The government also knows it.
Yet the efforts to increase the natural birthrate remain significantly
appalling.
On the other hand, one can see very clearly that there is a plan to convert more foreigners to NSCs.
Therefore,
in 10 years time, Foreigners (NSCs) will definitely be more than Locals
(OSCs). That means the chance of a non-Chinese Prime Minister is almost
certain.
Lesson Learnt
Academic excellence is just
that, academic. It cannot be equated to a smart street fighter, who is
quick to seize an opportunity, quick to size up any situation, and is
always proactive, instead of being slow, indecisive and reactive.
The
recent Covid-19 Pandemic exposes the true quality of the book-smart
academic-excellent scholarship-grabbing leaders of Singapore - slow to
act, indecisive and reactive.
Conclusion
The biggest
mistake in Singapore is to have book-smart people to rule the country
while importing street-smart people to become new citizens!

Their plan seems to be utilizing India's demographic expansion to address Singapore's population decline.
SGX just retired Chew Su Tat and replaced him with an angmoh. It would be better if they replace all the top management with foreign talents, the angmohs and Indians. Then the stock market will fly, not sure to where.
PAP is very ungrateful and too smart for its own good.
By importing foreigners to become new citizens, and therefore Pro-PAP voters (Foreign Voters), to replace Singapore voters, PAP has forsaken its supporters who have voted it into power and helped maintained its power for the past five decades. That clearly shows that PAP is the most ungrateful creature on this Earth.
PAP is too smart for its own good, because by its ungrateful actions, the Singapore Voters will abandone PAP.
While the Foreign Voters may vote for the PAP initially, once they have the Critical Mass required, they will topple the treacherous PAP and take over control of Singapore with the backing of India and USA.
Some of the New Singapore Citizens could have been recruited by the CIA and now form part of the US's Sleepers Organisation together with unknown, hidden, local traitors who are under the payroll of CIA as Sleepers too.
If you have been monitoring closely, these traitors' speechless, policies and actions would have shown you that something is not right with them. They are simply not in sync with the citizens' expectations and inspirations.
