Sweeping bill to address China tech threat likely to take weeks in U.S. House

WASHINGTON
(Reuters) - A highly touted bill to boost the United States' ability to
compete with Chinese technology could take weeks to get through
Congress, as U.S. House of Representatives lawmakers planned to write
their own legislation, which must then be combined with what was
approved by the Senate this month.
The above quote from a Reuters report speaks the true nature of these aggressive and hostile animals in Washington. When someone is better than them, through hard work, talent, skill and perseverence, they called it a threat, not in a competitive sense, but in hostility. China is but a strong and better competitor in the race for producing better technology for humankind, that all human beans can benefit. This is a positive thing, good for everyone.
Instead of cheering and patting China on the back and say, we will try to do better, may the best man win, the liars, cheats and scumbags in Washington are gearing up for war, to cripple China by legislating aggressive and punitive measures to stop the progress and advancement of China. Through the course of history, every country or nation has been piggyback on the developments of science and technology of other civilisation to take a lift to a higher plane. The West have benefited form the knowledge and developments of ancient civilisation like Egypt, Iran, India and China to leapfrog over these civilisation to become better than them in the last 500 years of existence.
Now it is the turn of these ancient civilisation to leapfrog over them to make a better world. In the process, the West need not be despair and could push harder to stay ahead and break more new frontiers as the better civilisation. But no, they could not compete anymore. They are now lost in whatever they are doing except wars and destruction. They could no longer compete peacefully. And the only way to hold on to their pole position is to cut down China by all foul means.
The
Americans have run out of ideas, lost their way to greatness. Make
America great again by cheating, by lying, by bullying, by foul means?
By printing fake currency that would soon become toilet papers? Their
only weapon, demonise China by harping on human rights, genocide, origin
of the pandemic when all evidence are pointing to Fort Detrick, USA. Do
something productive, America. Are you capable of that?
This
is what the evil American Empire has degraded to. They were number one
but tumbling downhill. They are not trying to stop the fall, to pick
themselves up and keep on climbing and stay on top. Anyone that is going
to be better than them is enemy and must be destroyed by hook and by
crook, by wars, any kind of wars. To remain as top dog, their main
objective is to strangle China. How vicious and mean can the Americans
be? How immoral and unethical?
Damn you Americans. You can go
to hell. You will not be allowed to continue in your path of destruction
through wars and deceits and aggression. You are cursed to be condemned
to hell because of your evil and unrepentant ways. The world is
watching you and have seen through all your lies, hypocrisies and
wickedness and would not allow you to continue in your evil ways. Your
evil days are numbered with the massacre of the Palestinians. The Muslim
world has abandoned you devils and think of nothing but killing Arabs
and Muslims. Your Xinjiang lie is an insult to the intelligence of the
Arabs and Muslims, using such a prank while killing their brothers and
sisters everywhere, and think they are so stupid to believe in you.

That is now the Western mentality. When they cannot beat you, they bring you down to their level a level that is slipping into the gutter day by day. That is a loser mentality.
Japan's innovative spirit have long been curtailed by the USA by coercion to make sure Japan does not rise to compete with them in all areas. They did the same to USSR using their economic power. Now they are going after China, which is not as easy a target as dealing with the USSR, which at that point of time had only a fraction of the GDP of the USA.
However, suffice to say, we already knew years ago what was the reason and motive of their action against Toshiba, Alstom and now Huawei. Thankfully, many of the technological advancements are situated inside mainland China itself, not in mainland USA, and the USA and the West have no means to control it, like they did with tech companies inside the USA. Things like AI, super computers, space stations, infrastructure developments, rocketry and space exploration are beyond the reach of the USA to control. Now China is moving to be self sufficient in high end chip making. It may take time, but the warning is now about not forcing China to fry the chip makers of the world.
A surprising revelation was the use of technology and materials in the development of the space station being entirely self developed by China itself and not dependent on the West. Of course that is actually not surprising, bearing in mind that China had been banned from participating in the ISS program right from the start. So how could China's achievement be attributed to any help from the West?
Some people are sarcastically joking that the USA did not have s space station because China stole it. Similarly, the USA did not have High Speed Rail system because all the rails and trains have been stolen by China.

Biden is boasting about infrastructure aid to other countries when he is having trouble getting his infrastructure development plan going inside the USA beyond the Senate.
This senile, dementia afflicted old man is really a sorry sight to see. He is not in control as is revealed during a press conference where he blurted out that 'they gave him a list of journalist to call to ask prepared questions which he had all the prepared answers'. How does this sound from the most powerful man in the USA being revealed as no more than a puppet?
Listen to Putin and how he put those journalist who tried to ask difficult questions in shame, prior to the meeting with Biden in Geneva. It was a contrast of epic proportions.
Xi has ordered all Chinese mobile phone makers to use Huawei chips. This move alone will kill all the American chip makers.
Going forward, Huawei/China would be chip self sufficient and no more needs to use American chips.
How's that for banning Huawei? Who is the real casualty?
Oh yes, heard of the theft of American space technology. China not only stole the space station from the USA, but also all their rockets that now the Americans have no rocket to send their astronauts to the ISS. The Chinese have stolen their rockets for so long that they needed to hitch a ride from Russian rockets or using Tesla's rocket.
Now with the ISS closing down, with Russia abandoning the ISS and not cooperating with the Americans, the Americans would have no rockets and no space station to go to.
No money and expertise to build own high speed trains, want to build "BRI" to compete with China and forcing the Europeans and Japan to pay for it. How would the trains reach Japan without crossing China and the oceans?
Had the USA played by the rules and did not weaponised the US$ or tried to impose their democratic system on others, or tempered their military adventures, or stop using sanctions against those that cannot agree with them, the world might still be prepared to endure a longer period for the US$ Hegemony to exist. Did China or Russia demand that the USA must change their system to follow them into communism?
They sadly misused all that advantage to lead and instead provoked antagonism from the global community and that is where their failure will come from. They are not leading. They are morphing back to their roots of waging wars and destruction. Added to that is their habit of lying, fabrication and thinks that the world is foolish enough not to see through their agenda.
Unfortunately there are many unthinkings in the world that just want to believe that white is good and black is bad.
In a few years time, China will be the indisputable largest economy on Earth. Time is on China's side, and no one can change that.
Meanwhile, some want to turn Singapore into a little India.

Nope it's not gonna happen.. anyway China still some way mastering the 3nm chips technology.beside other Chinese smartphone makers still using Qualcomm, Goggle or American's stuff, especially Honor's smart phone using Qualcomm chips..

So far China has excelled in fields that the Americans had blocked. Those areas that the Americans did not block, China tends to slack.
Now that 3nm chips are blocked, be sure China would quickly overcome this block. 7nm, 5nm, all broken.
Hi JC, Xi just made the announcement. So it would take a bit of time, to clear the present orders. And those that used 3nm, wait for it to happen.
As it is, most analyst are looking into their crystal balls and predicting that China would take a long while to catch up in chip technology, and will always lag a generation or two behind others. The lesson not learnt so far is that the day when China succeeds, in a much shorter time frame, a lot of humble pies will be eaten, like in many other things that China now leads, and left those experts wondering. Remember that Xi is pouring resources into this sector.
It is prudent to remember that it took other countries far much longer to achieve what China has achieved in just three decades. Does that not figure in their equation? Do not measure China's progress likening her to the days of the opium war. Far from it. They built the Great Wall by hand and construct a hospital in ten days. Who else has done that?
The West thinks that by banning China from their ISS research and other high tech space projects, China will never be able to go to the moon or Mars. Well, what do we have today? Lots of sour grapes and bad mouthing about the 'uncontrolled' splash down of the rocket that carried the core module into orbit. Nothing of merit mentioned about the success of the Space Station up there.
How is it possibly true that used rockets sent up by others are all controlled upon re-entry into earth? Lots of bullshitting I suppose..
Where is that Japanese that called himself Chinese and gave himself a name like Gordon Chang and everyday waited eagerly for China to collapse? I think he has waited for at least 10 or 15 years for China to collapse and the Americans adore him as the expert in a collapsed China. And they are eagerly eating every word he said about when China is going to collapse.
He forgot to tell the Americans, before China collapses, the America Empire would collapse first.
That Gordon Chang prediction was made in 2001. Every year that China did not collapse, he extended it on a yearly basis. His prediction gets further and further away from reality with each passing year.
But the West love his bullshit. They love living in the fantasy fairy tale world of Gordon Chang, the modern version of Hans Christian Anderson. No wonder they say bullshit walks and money talks.
