The USA is still trying to spin the possibility of inflation rising as a result of those tariffs. Possibility is just the usual denial, and certainty is the more appropriate reality. How could cost of living in USA not expected to rise without all the cheap Chinese goods and all the more expensive stuff from other countries that have been targeted by tariffs, for example steel and aluminum, that goes into almost every household product made in USA and not just cars.
We can expect the Trump administration to keep lying and hoping for a miracle to happen. Manufacturing is not returning to the USA anytime soon and job creation is just a figment of Trump's delusional mind. Any factory owner knows that automation and robotics coupled with AI is the norm in present day manufacturing and not many jobs will be created. On top of that, high cost is not going to make such investments competitive and USA consumers can wait for Trump's manufacturing to return, years down the road. 'Hang tough' is an empty war cry to fool the silly Hillbillies.
During his first term, Trump already had been caught lying tens of thousands of times, and he is not stopping his disgusting bad habit. And he is still swinging his pussy grabbing hands as a reminder of his disgusting trademark. The fact that he could still be elected as President is a testimony of how far the USA has slid into the sewers and what is to become of the USA going forward. Trump is not making America Great Again. He is doing the exact opposite, with some even saying he is making China even greater than ever.
Xi Jinping is calling Asian countries to come together in the face of the deteriorating geopolitical issues. He is hinting that Asian ought to unite to face the Anglo-Saxon agenda that is rising. Oh yes, not forgetting that NATO is expanding into Asia with Japan calling for it, and with Japan now the de-facto leader of the formation of NATO-Asia.
