In the face of Bangladesh moving closer to China, the Indians are trying to create trouble for Bangladesh, for example fabricating disunity in the Bangladesh military.
This is eliciting a response from Bangladesh touching on the issues within the Indian Military. Fewer Nepalese, where the world-famous Gurkhas originated, are enrolling in the Indian Military Gurkha Regiment and the unit is said to be dying out. Another regiment formed from Punjab are also facing recruitment problems. The Sikhs are feeling that they do not belong in India, being sidelined and facing all the negative issues from the Central Indian Government, with assassinations of a Sikh leader even outside India being carried out.
More bullying by India is on the cards, with Mohammad Yunus's comments that the seven northern Indian regions (the seven sisters) would benefit more if under Chinese control. This has touched a raw nerve in India with a warning made against Yunus not to create unnecessary incitation.

PS. Only two groups of soldiers in the Indian Army are real soldiers capable of fighting a war, the Sikhs and the Gurkhas. Without these two groups of soldiers, the Indian army is worse than boys' scouts.

India is going to be surrounded by all enemies soon.
After the comments by Mohammad Yunus during his visit to Beijing, about the seven sisters being landlocked and the benefits of being under China, the Indians are raving mad and warning Yunus not to create unnecessary trouble. In retaliation, India is cutting off Bangladesh trade links with Nepal and Bhutan, that needs to go through Indian territory.
Now, this is a dumb move as trade between Bangladesh with Nepal and Bhutan is only about US$26 million and declining. What is more detrimental to India is indirectly punishing Nepal and Bhutan, with Nepal already unhappy with the bullying by India and turning to China. And the stupid Indians are making a song and dance about it.
Moreover, China is now sending a trade mission to Bangladesh in May, with Chinese Commerce Minister Wang Wentao leading a 200-strong business delegation to talk about investments in Bangladesh. That is how fast China is moving and ready to fill the void. More than a US$150 million worth of agreements have already been signed with more to come after the visit.
Apart from this, Pakistan is also closing ranks with Bangladesh in defense alliance, and this is causing distress in India. Pakistan is supplying weapons to Bangladesh and with the Chinese behind, India is in serious trouble. India's days of bullying Bangladesh, like the USA bullying others, are over
Another Indian urinated on a fellow passenger on a plane, a Japanese. What is happening with Indians? I thought Indians and Japanese are buddy buddies. Years of not building toilets in India is telling Indians that they can just urinate or poo anywhere - on street corners, in the Ganges River, and even on planes. This is sick.
To hurt Bangladesh, it was reported yesterday that spiteful India has ended a facility that allowed neighboring Bangladesh to use its land routes and ports to export goods. The facility, introduced in June 2020, enabled Bangladesh to export goods to countries such as Bhutan, Nepal, and Myanmar via Indian ports and airports. The Indian announcement came after Bangladesh was seem moving closer to China.
China is already helping Bangladesh develop Chittagong Port, so what is India talking about ending its port facilities to be used by Bangladesh to deal with Myanmar and China? That is just an exercise in futility and too little too late.
Bangladesh has a 168 miles border with Myanmar, without having to go through India, so what is the problem for them being denied the use of Indian ports.
