Many Muslim countries in the Middle East are switching sides from the Evil US Falling Empire's War, Invasion and Aggression Model to the Rising China Economic Growth, Infrastructure Development, Business and Diplomacy Model.

Without corruption (it takes many forms) human progress would be IMPOSSIBLE.
Charlie Munger famously says show me an INCENTIVE and I'll show you the OUTCOMES . The human brain is essentially a "forward prediction machine", and it is hard wired to learn that if certain things are done in the present, there's a decent chance that specific consequences will follow.
Eg. To exercise now, you'll maintain health for the future. You brush your teeth now, you avoid future tooth decay. You drink and smoke, you feel good in the short term future.... however the long term future has a different set of probabilities. The system of "prediction" works great, BUT as usual, human nature comes along to MESS UP even the best of systems. 🤦🏽♂️ What you gonna do? 🤷♀️
Another aspect of this future prediction mechanism of The Human Brain is to discount the future relative to the PRESENT. I.e. we are wired to seek "easy profits" at "minimum cost". This is why the Buddhists view IMPATIENCE as a fundamental human flaw. We love "short cuts" especially to wealth, power and control. If you thrown in sexual gratification, you'll understand why prostitution and pornography are PERMANENT FIXTURES in the history of the human condition.
So it doesn't matter what the political or economic or enterprise systems are... eventually some humans will seek "short cuts" to maximize their benefit (self interest) at the expense of others if necessary. You can see this driving....people cuteach other off, or in queues where some impatient people disregard everyone else and JUMP THE QUEUE. Again, what you gonna do? 🤷♀️ People are what they are...most of them do good, sometimes bad, less frequently VERY BAD.
Ok political systems the MINORITY gets all the power thru implicit or explicit "agreement" from the MAJORITY. It doesn't matter if the politics is democratic or authoritarian...the majority always accede power and control to a MINORITY. Therefore this minority ends up with a disproportionate amount of power and control ..
....that said, what do you think is likely to happen, given that they're human with discounting brains and the propensity for short cuts and maximum profit at minimum cost? 🤓

US Federal Court Rejected FDA and Pfizer Unreasonable And Absurd Demand To Delay Release Of Crucial Documents For 75 Years
PHMPT, a group of more than 30 medical and public health professionals and scientists from institutions such as Harvard, Yale, and UCLA, in September 2021 filed a lawsuit against the FDA of the USA, after the FDA repeatedly denied its original Freedom of Information Act request.
In that request, PHMPT asked the FDA to release “all data and information for the Pfizer vaccine,” including safety and effectiveness data, adverse reaction reports, and a list of active and inactive ingredients.
The FDA (infiltrated by and filled with Pfizer’s past and present staff, consultants and directors in key decision-making positions up to 80%) argued it didn’t have enough staff to process the redaction and release of hundreds of thousands of pages of documents, claiming it could process only 500 pages per month.
This meant that the cache of documents would take approximately 75 years for them to be fully released. By then, all those responsible would have already died. And the public would have been short-changed if serious crimes were committed.
In his January 6 order, Judge Pittmann rejected the FDA’s claim and instead required the agency to release 12,000 pages of documents by Jan 31 and an additional 55,000 pages per month thereafter.
Pfizer responded, to the Jan 6 order by filing a memorandum with the court on Jan 21, requesting to intervene in the case for the “limited purpose of ensuring that information exempt from disclosure under FOIA is adequately protected as FDA complies with this Court’s order.”
Pfizer claimed to support the disclosure of the documents, but asked to intervene in the case to ensure that information legally exempt from disclosure will not be “disclosed inappropriately.”
This Pfizer request, if granted, would have also meant further delay for the release of the next tranche of documents, until May 1.
Lawyers for PHMPT, in a brief submitted Jan 25, asked Judge Pittman to reject Pfizer’s motion, resulting in Judge Pittman’s Feb 2 order of a scheduled monthly release as follows:
10,000 pages apiece, due on or before March 1 and April 1, 2022.
80,000 pages apiece, to be produced on or before May 2, June 1 and July 1, 2022.
70,000 pages to be produced on or before Aug. 1, 2022.
55,000 pages per month, on or before the first business day of each month thereafter, until the release of the documents has been completed.
The first batch of documents produced in Nov 2021, which totaled a mere 500 pages, revealed there were more than 1,200 vaccine-related deaths within the first 90 days following the release of the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID vaccine.

Argentina just 'officially' joined the BRI and signed agreements in a US$23 billion deal with China for infrastructure development like railways. Argentina had been held hostage all the years by the USA controlled IMF debt trap, and is turning to Moscow and China for help. This is a slap on the face of the USA, whose main fear had been about Russian and Chinese influence increasing in it's backyard.
But the most telling development is that China is now 'officially' supporting Argentina's claim over the Falkland Islands against the UK. How's that for anything you can do I can do better? Covid-19 Infections - Points To Ponder
The Minister for Defence, a wealthy and healthy medical doctor turned full-time politician, Dr Ng Eng Hen, commonly and dearly known as The Hen, has been infected by the Omicron variant of the coronavirus recently.
He wrote it in his Facebook page to let the world know, only after he has partially recovered.
But he did not tell us when he was first tested positive for the COVID-19 infection.
He tried to detail the experience of how he suffered, living in the ivory tower with the Omicron in his body - the various symptoms and effects that went through him.
As indicated by him, his family members too have gone through the experience. That means his whole family has been infected.
Members of Parliament Tan Kiat How and Eric Chua also got infected last week.
Could members of the Cabinet and the PM be infected too by/through him? As he had attended a Cabinet Meeting just before discovering that he was infected, he could have spread the disease to some other Ministers. Most likely the ones sitting next to and across him at the conference table are likely candidates for receiving his virus spreads.
He said that it is a matter of time everyone gets infected with the Omicron.
I wonder why is the Health Minister Ong Ye Kung still so strong and well protected? The Omicron must be afraid of him because both names start with letter "O"?
If the Defence Minister cannot defend himself against the Tiny Puny Omicron virus, how can he defend Singapore against a massive onslaught from external forces invading Singapore and attacking Singaporeans, by military means or via CECA?

Boost for better protection against the Omicron.
Over 7 million genome sequences have been uploaded to GISAID, the global open platform for flu and other pathogen genetic sequences.
Among these, are over 1 million Omicron sequences.
And based on the sequences, the Omicron is over 90% dominant in all parts of the world. The lowest was Oceania at about 93% Omicron, with North America within touching distance of 99%.
Sequencing coverage is uneven though.
Europe leads by far with over 200,000 full length sequences over the last one month.
This is followed by North America with over 80,000.
Asia has submitted just under 10,000 sequences the last month.
Oceania and South Americas uploaded about 2,000+ each, with Africa the lowest at just over 300 sequences submitted.
We are well and clear in the Omicron tsunami, though the waves are already subsiding where they broke out the earliest - in UK, in Mumbai, in parts of USA, though they are still to crest in most other parts of the world.
With high vaccination coverage and very good boosting esp among our eligible seniors, we are likely to be able to weather the Omicron with minimal risk.
While the kids 5-11 are just starting to have their vaccination, and would take a month more for most of them to be fully vaccinated, they are generally mildly infected.
True, there are some serious covid cases among them, these are rare and few.
Within this month, we should see some movements on extending the vaccination down to the 6 months to 4 year old.
For these infants and toddlers, the dosage is even lower at 3 microgram of the Pfizer vaccine, but with 3 shots needed.
Infants below 6 months will get their antibodies from their vaccinated mother during pregnancy, or from their mothers’ milk.
So by and large, barring another new variant of concern popping up, we may see a much more open and relaxed stance for SG by the middle of the year.
And we have a good chance of doing a step by step approach between now and June, mostly to make sure we are not overwhelming our hospitals, even as we continue to vaccinate and boost our folks.
It’s anybody’s guess how our CNY gatherings and festivities will shape the serious cases the next 1-3 weeks.
But as of now, the hospitals have been able to go back to normal operations, without postponing elective surgeries and such.
And like many other places, a fairly large proportion of our hospitalised covid cases are what is known as incidental cases.
Incidental covid cases in hospitals are folks who were not known to have covid or covid symptoms. They are in hospital for other medical conditions, and were tested for covid as part of hospital infection control protocol, and thus were found to have covid.
As much as 40-50% of covid cases in hospitals could be such incidentally discovered cases.
So when we look at reports of hospitalised covid cases from around the world and in Singapore, we should bear in mind that a good number of them do not have serious covid conditions, but have other serious medical conditions and were discovered to have covid through routine hospital testing.
What is important is that hospitals generally no longer have to postpone electives, except in places where vaccination rates are low, and hence the proportion of seriously I’ll covid cases is much higher.
Many people look forward to the relaxing of safe management measures in SG.
For those who may be more worried, take comfort that the vaccination has turned the covid from being 20 times more dangerous than flu, to about twice as dangerous as flu.
Boosting will reduce that risk further.
As of now, we still have about 30,000+ folks eligible for their boosters who have not yet done their boosters nor register for it.
So if you have old folks at home, or old friends or neighbours, encourage them to boost for better protection against serious illness from an Omicron infection.

The mRNA pseudo vaccines may turn out to be more dangerous to the human race than the coronavirus. No scientific studies have been made so far. If it has been done, then it must have been silenced by the filthy rich, powerful and well-connected Big Pharmaceuticals.
