With the new sponsor, will the Ukraine War now come to an end? I think it is just passing the baton by the USA to Europe to keep the status quo going.
For the war to end, will Putin give up territories he won over the last three years? No way he is going to agree with that. Will Zelenskyy just agree to forgo the territories lost? Maybe, under pressure by Trump, but he wants security guarantees. So, what does that mean and what kind of guarantee? More USA weapons maybe or USA peacekeepers? Would Putin agree? Oh, never mind, Trump can always give guarantees, which by the way are not worth the paper they are written on. Trump, as with all USA Presidents, will just tear the agreements up upon leaving the room. The USA honors nothing - not verbally or in black and white.
Trump is anxious to pivot to a war with China and wants to settle the Ukraine War fast so he could concentrate his resources on China. Moreover, by being seen as extra friendly with Putin with a peace deal in Ukraine, he hopes to pry Russia away from supporting China and BRICS, to weaken China. But since Zelenskyy has found a new sponsor, will the Ukraine War come to an end? What goes forward will be interesting.

Zelenskyy has come up with a new idea - a partial truce or ceasefire. What is that supposed to mean? How is that possible? How about both sides carry on the fight with spades or hand to hand combat?
The idea is probably to have a ceasefire that prohibits air and sea engagements. Russia has the aerial superiority and naval fleet in the Black Sea. Having a partial ceasefire in that sense might as well be saying that Russian troops be fighting with arms tied behind their backs. What a joke!
No, Zelenskyy is not looking for peace, after having talks with UK and European leaders, who are pledging support for him to carry on the war. The UK is trying to become the new leader of the free world, increasing military spending, while Macron is equally provocative with his contribution of providing Europe with France's nuclear umbrella. Zelenskyy is just tossing impossible conditions that Russia will obviously not agree for a ceasefire and then blaming Russia for not wanting peace.
The Ukraine War just exploded. Ukraine attacked Moscow with more than 300 drones. Many parts of Moscow are burning. Putin is furious and would retaliate. Kyiy is likely to be hit just as bad. Clown Zelensky is upping the ante. Looks like peace talk is going to fail.
Putin is not going to hold back anymore.
