The Americans could have offered the same kind of deal to Marcos Jr, that either he did what the Americans wanted or else.... The Saudis did not sign the one sided petrodollar deal willingly but under coercion by the Americans.
The time has come for the Arab countries to settle the score with the American gangsters. The Arabs are standing up to defend their own rights and interests and would not be controlled and coerced by the evil Americans anymore. You can imagine the pressure Saudi Arabia and MBS are facing now and what kind of threats the Americans are throwing at them. The Saudis are standing firm. China and Russia and all Arab and BRICS states must stand firm and resolute behind the Saudis to fight to the last man against the Americans. If BRICS had not been helmed by Russia and China, all other countries that wanted to form such a grouping would all have gone the way of Iraq and Libya. That is the reality. Saudi Arabia, Iran, Argentina, UAE, Egypt and Ethiopia saw their chances of having relative safety in joining BRICS, while many more other countries are queuing up for the next intake.
That is why it is very important that BRICS's de-dollarisation mission succeeds, and must succeed when Russia and China are still capable of providing the military umbrella to protect minority member's and their interest. This is the one and only chance for the Global South countries to unshackle themselves from the hold that the US$ hegemony is imposing on them.
For de-dollarisation, there cannot be any other way, and it is very important that BRIC's members stayed focused on the objective of freeing themselves from treachery. The world would probably be still content temporarily to let the US$ be the global reserve currency for a longer stretch, had the USA not misused the hegemony for sanctions and using the SWIFT system to hold and eventually seizing the reserves of other countries. That is nothing more than daylight robbery!
The action against Russia at the start of the Ukraine War was the straw that broke the camel's back. Thoughout the decades, there were sanctions against many countries, but never was de-dollarisation such a well supported idea that most Global South Countries are so keen to follow. They could see that with Russia and China leading the mission, the deterrent against force by the USA against them had been rendered less imminent. Unity is strength, division is weakness. That is why the USA is so paranoid about China building influence all over the world and why Global South unity is making the USA fearful and nervous.
And lest it be forgotten, the US Military's capability to proliferate is all possible with the free money printing accorded to the USA, to enable it to sustain the upkeep of as many military bases as it likes, just printing merrily away. Take away the US$ hegemony, and USA's military might will capitulate and shrink like a deflated balloon. Therefore, for Global South countries to help to prevent the collapse of the US$ hegemony, it is actually doing more harm to themselves and others. That is why many are wary and asking the question of 'who is next'. Lesson are learnt and fooling most people most of the time is not possible.

The irony is the USA and its White clique have also built into their arsenal the many World Bodies under their control, creating their systemic control over the Global
Financial System, capitalising on their ability to fund all those NGOs with innocent sounding missions and agendas, but in actuality harbouring vile ambitions to be called upon later to destablise legitimate Governments. This is all in addition to their ability to use their financial might to coerce countries to follow their agenda or risk financial ruin like Argentina, backed by their perennial military threat with military bases stationed right inside the country.
There are about 195 countries in the world and the USA has close to 800 military bases all around the world. That means that there are several USA military bases in most countries. Does that make it a threat? Just watch Niger and the posturing by the USA and France, on the pretext of protecting democracy, one of the two favourite excuses besides human rights. Oh yes, protecting LGBTQ is coming on line as well. The Whites were pressing Africans about this.
It does not need to be said that all that support that the USA garnered at the UN are the result of such control exerted via the many sources. What the USA did not expect was that there were still small countries willing to take the risk to support or at least not to condemn Russia's action in Ukraine. They still value and want to maintain their friendship with Russia, unwilling to burn the bridges like the EU.
The USA and its White clique would love to think that they have succeeded in isolating Russia. No, Russia is not that isolated or alone. Far from it! The reality is that the USA and its White clique themselves are getting more and more isolated. The Middle East oil producers were once their strong allies, but obviously now fracturing. Niger is throwing out France. The whole of Africa is rebelling strongly against colonial rule.
Of course the USA still can do much damage to countries not within their total control and Pakistan is a case study. The USA orchestrated the coup in Pakistan to remove Imran Khan, because he was moving dangerously close to Russia and China. Pakistan was a USA supported ally cultivated formerly to counter the Indian/Russian friendship, but all that fell apart under Imran Khan and Khan had to be removed. Moreover, Pakistan was close to China under Khan, and that is another reason why Khan had to go.
The USA attempted a regime change in Thailand as well, even using its stooge to initiate public support to discreetly undermine the Thai Monarchy, the steadying hand in Thai politics over many decades of coups, and the Thai Monarchy is therefore seen as the perennial thorn working against the interest of those harbouring the agenda of a regime change in Thailand. Thankfully the military still was able to use its limited support in Parliament to thwart the attempt, and is now supporting a new PM from among the opposition alliance.
But the USA will still be around via the CIA, with the NGOs to make trouble. That so many coups could happen over the years in Thailand gives the USA the mentality of finding success in time to come, and it will keep supporting its vile agenda to effect a regime change in Thailand, with even the removal of the Thai Monarchy that holds the moral authority, on the cards. After all, it knows the military has lost its total control within the Government, though still having the capability to stage another coup should outside agitation lead to chaos.

When the Americans told a country that they would protect them from being invaded, it is as good as saying protecting them from being invaded by the Americans. This formula is still being used today. Papua New Guinea, the Pacific Islands, the Americans would protect them from being invaded by the Americans if they did not do as the Americans wanted them to do, not by China.
