The USA gave US$150 million for ASEAN countries to enable them to build patrol boats to patrol the seas around ASEAN also. Now, this is how the devil sneaks into the house, using sneaky tactics on the pretext of help to patrol the seas.
It is the same modus operandi of using USA funded NGOs on the pretext of giving help to countries to uphold democracy, when the objective was using the NGOs to ferment unrest, oppose legally elected Governments and supporting illegal opposition groups against Governments of countries failing to tow their line. Just look at Venzuela and what the USA is doing to them, supporting a stooge claiming he is the legitimate ruler.
I would not discount the claims that they also funded terrorist activities in Xinjiang, biological labs in Ukraine, supoorting genocides in Yeman by supplying weapons to Saudi Arabia to kill innocent Yemenis. What about supporting Israel committing genocides in Palestine? All these no one on MSM dared to mention or report. Not the UN, not ICC. All conveniently swept under the carpet on the instructions of the world's No. 1 terrorist.
Have the UN investigated the water boarding accusations conducted at Guantamano Bay? Or the genocides happening in Yemen and Palestine? Or punish the perpetrators of the fabricated and fake evidence that led to the Iraq War that killed millions of innocents wormen and children? And they had the cheek to claim that killing half a million children was worth the price for an illegal Iraq War? How atrocious!
Of course those investigations are not allowed. The UN and ICC can't even get to smell the atrocities committed by the worldd's de facto terrorist in chief. But compare now, how new found vigour the UN and ICC are behaving, so busy investigating and gathering war crimes evidence in Ukraine, because they were told to do so to build up a case against Russia.
Would countries trust the UN or ICC doing the investigating? United Nonsense and International Criminal Conspirators they are.

The very fact of seizing the reserves of Afghanistan, US$7 billion in all, while Afghans are faving starvation is already a genocidal act. It is a crime against humanity, clear and simple.
And just listen to the hypocritical and dementia tainted big mouth telling the world that resorting to violence is destroying democracy in USA with reference to Trump. Can you believe that hubris coming out of the mouth of the leader of the biggest terrorist organistation of the world, that have been the source of all the violence in the world over the last two decades or so?
Why is that the majority of those surveyed around the world thinks that the USA itself is the biggest threat to democracy? It is the violence that they perpetuated that is destroying democracy. They created wars and terrorism to perpetuate more wars so they can sell more weapons.
The Evil USA is the one and only biggest Arms Salesman - both legally and illegally. Their purpose of the Perpetual War is to support this Arms Sales.
Countries that bought Arms from the Evil USA are willing and unwilling partners, forced into the signing of contracts that will cost them extended and prolonged time to pay and pay. Singapore is one of the examples.
Therefore, it has become their duties to perpetuate wars everywhere, except within their own Evil USA.
Therefore also, the World must now wake up to move all wars to the Evil USA to bog them down perpetually.
