Pentagon investigates itself, finds it did nothing wrong
Nobody will be held accountable for an airstrike that killed up to 64 civilians, a report states
An internal Pentagon investigation has found that a 2019 airstrike that killed up to 64 civilians in Syria did not violate US rules of engagement or the law of war, and was not carried out with “wanton disregard.” Some military officers considered the incident, which the Pentagon still maintains was necessary to take out ISIS fighters, a war crime.
On March 18, 2019, a US F-15E fighter jet dropped a bomb on “a large crowd of women and children huddled against a river bank” near the Syrian town of Baghuz and then proceeded to drop several more, killing survivors, according to a New York Times report published last November.
US Central Command admitted that the strike killed 80 people, of which only 16 were alleged Islamic State (IS, formerly ISIS) terrorists. The military admitted to killing four civilians, but insisted that the remaining 60 may have been terrorists, as “women and children in the Islamic State sometimes took up arms.”

The reason, no one would be allowed to investigate or bring them for trial. Yes, no one.
But god has his last say. Now Russia is going to put many American generals and elites on trial for war crimes and crimes against humanity. And the equally evil accomplices from UK, Canada and some NATO countries would also be put on trial for the same crimes. This is probably the first instance that white supremacist and white savages would be put on trial.

It is just collateral damage, just necessity. Yes, no crimes committed, unless it is Russia, China, North Korea or Iran who did it. I think the UN and ICC would agree, wholeheartedly.
When Ukraine used civilians as human shields by moving military equipment into their midst, tempting the Russians to fire at them, and obviously going to kill civilians, the USA and the West howled hysterically at the death of civilians but kept quiet over the Ukrainians using civilians as human shields. Even the UN and ICC turned a blind eye. This was a war crime, clear and simple.
Yet, when Russia occupied the Ukrainian Nuclear Power Plant, they were assused of war crime for moving their military equipment close to the plant, which the Ukrainians fired upon and damaged. And the UN was so concerned that they moved in to monitor the plant, probably not to see if the Ukrainians are shelling it, but maybe to pin the blame on Russia if anything untoward happens.
