Covid19 - When would this pandemic be over?

Ask the politicians.

Ask the pharma companies.

Ask those being paid by the pharma companies.

No need to ask the virus.

Omicron is reported to be 5 times more infectious than Delta. It can transmit across corridors.

How many people would be infected inside an aircraft with a few hundred passengers sitting in a cabin for 4 or 5 hours? NONE. Only the two infected would remain infected. The rest would not be infected.

Then why reported that the Omicron is 5 times more transmissible than the Delta variant? Ask those paid by the pharma companies. Or ask the pharma companies.

How more sinister can this game be?

Omicron has become the miracle virus that transformed the Ministry of Health miraculously to stop making any Covid-19 Daily Press Statements and Daily Casualty Reports to the citizens and the world.

Such a responsible Omicron virus has made our highly responsible MTF Ministers to suddenly become even more responsible people.

Three cheers to Omicron!

The virus says if the politicians and big pharma decide that it should stay forever, that is good news enough for it. Living with humans is a win wind situation for the trio.

The politicians already said that 'the pandemic' will be renamed 'the endemic'.

In other words no way it will end, like the flu or HIV.

OYK has intended, planned and executed his plan to make the Pandemic become Endemic. Unless he is removed by his boss, by the voters or by God, there is no way anyone can stop his madness.

Bravo!

We are now down to 41,000 unvaccinated seniors age 60 and older.

And we still see 1,000~2,000 of them come forward for their 1st vaccination.

This is also one big reason why we have been able to reduce the proportion of covided people needing oxygen.

Vaccination coverage for all age groups are well above 90% -
all well fully vaccinated.

Boosters are also being taken up at a good clip too!

Well done, people!

We can make it together.

Look after ourselves with vaccination, and various safety precautions.

Look after others by vaccinating ourselves too, to reduce the risk of transmission, to
reduce the stress and strains on our healthcare and other frontline workers.

With vaccination, we can look after lives and livelihoods too.

Keep well!

#DidYouKnow – more than 11 million doses of COVID-19 vaccine have been administered in #Singapore.

A month ago, we had close to 60,000 unvaccinated seniors who are 60 years and above. We continue to vaccinate as many as we can, and also did a debasing of the population.

Today, that number has come down to around 41,000.

Every week, we still have about 1,000 to 2,000 seniors coming forward for their first shots.

Here is a chart of the vaccination rates across the different eligible age groups.

And we are now working on vaccination for children aged 5 to 11. It has already started in a few countries. It will be important for our children, especially with the new Omicron variant.

#Vaccination remains our best defence against COVID-19.
