The answer...by decimating all the native Americans, the original people of the land, in a monstrous genocide in a scale unknown to the history of mankind.
The Europeans committed the biggest genocide in the history of mankind to claim the land of North America as theirs. This is called kill all the natives and seize their land. This is the white men's law. This is the basis that Lloyd Austin is reminding us how the white men stole the land of the native Americans.

i just read that hundreds of Christians are killed in Nigeria by extremists. Christians has no right to worship in Nigeria and live in fear, they have no rights. What is USA response? They don't care.
Then there is Palestine where the muslims are routinely bullied for donkey yeare. What is Usa response? "hope" that Israel will exercise restraint. Hands off other nations domestic affairs.
Then in Xinjiang when no killing of muslim exists, and the world leading muslim leaders are not even complaining, the Usa stirs trouble and declarr china as an oppressor and genocidal regime. Wasn't the Blacks in South Africa also victims of the White imperialist? Only when the Blacks started fighting back under Nelson Mandela did the Blacks managed to claw back control of South Africa. Now the tables have turned and the Blacks, in most, if not all, of Africa have driven out the Whites. Some Whites in South Africa are suffering the same fate they meted out to the Blacks in the past. Karma did work over there.
Africa is fortunate that the Whites could not and would not used genocide to get rid of all the Blacks. They managed to divide the continent among themselves, and needed the Blacks to work for them as slaves, unlike the Native Americans that were not conducive to working in the fields or gold mines.
Like the yellow bananas of Chinese descent, the Blacks in North America are traitors to their motherland. Imported mainly as slaves, they still continue to subrogate themselves as inferior to the Whites in society. They worship the Whites, despite being looked down with disdain and contempt, even by the ruling elites and Trump himself. They are treated unfairly by the White and even Black police, share little of the White men's benefits, are the poorest citizens of the richest country in the world.
Sad to say, they are led to believe that they are enjoying their 'second class' human rights.
Indonesia would be condemned by the Muslim countries if they tow the USA line. Widodo is not that naive to fall into the USA trap. In fact Widodo already warned the big powers to stay out of trying to drag Indonesia into their dispute. Understand that that 'strategic talk' was about fighting piracy or terrorism.
Do not be mislead into thinking Indonesia is not aware of what the USA is playing. But it will be up to Washington to spin this meeting into something else. They are very capable of doing that, just like that meeting of Wendy Sherman in China, where everything was distorted in their write up to pull wool over the eyes of the people of the world.
To ask Muslim countries to join their fight against China is an exercise in futility. Those that do so will be ostracised by the global Muslim community.
This Black Lloyd Austin, if he were in civee clothes and driving in his private car, he might be pulled up by a white policeman, handcuffed and knee pressed and killed like any black man for no reason except his is black.
