SINGAPORE: Singapore announced 13 new cases of COVID-19 on Friday
(Mar 6), the highest daily jump since the outbreak started here.
This brings the total number of new coronavirus cases in Singapore to 130 since the first case was confirmed on Jan 23.
One more patient has recovered from COVID-19, bringing the total number of discharged cases to 82.
Out of the new cases, nine are linked to the cluster involving a private dinner function at SAFRA Jurong on Feb 15.
Seventeen cases have been linked to this cluster so far. In a
briefing on Friday, the Ministry of Health's (MOH) communicable diseases
director Vernon Lee pointed out that not all the cases were at the
dinner.
"We are still doing investigations. Not all of the cases were at the
dinner. Some were family members or had links, but they were not
necessarily at the dinner. CNA
KNN, just as we thought the situation in Singapore has stabilised with 2-3 cases a day, now this looks like an explosion, 13 cases in one single day. And from the reports, these individuals are highly sociable and probably been sharing their new acquisition quite freely and more cases are going to stand up to be counted. No wonder the politicians have been heard talking about expecting more cases everyday. They must have been briefed of this SAFRA Jurong cluster now ballooning with 17 cases to its credit.
Thank God that the church clusters have quiet down and not sprouting more new cases or else we are going to be on a run. The next few days are going to be closely watched and many people would be on tenderhooks when the possibility of a bigger number is very high now.
Don't pray pray. My karaoke group made a wise decision to stop meeting until further notice. If there is another explosion of this scale or bigger, some countries may start to put Singaporeans on quarantine or ban Singaporeans from visiting them completely.

5. Claiming that he is the best negotiator in the world (wonder what is the progress made with Kim. When is the third meeting? He wants it to be held in the US, but Kim surely would not go there)
6. Getting the so-called best people into his administration (or the dumbest that the US could offer. Good people do not wish to work with him, knowing he never listen to good advice and could kick them out at his whims and fancies if they cross him)
7. And of course the most knowledgeable thing about him is his ability to bankrupt himself multiple times, and still being able to con the German and Russian bankers and others to lend him money.

Corona-Virus Crisis Tests The REAL Competency of Government
One week ago, the US reported only one death and 35 confirmed cases of Americans infected by the corona-virus.
And then two days later it went up to 53 confirmed cases and 4 deaths.
Yesterday, the reported figure exceeded 300. Plus 16 deaths. All in just one week.
Why the huge jump? Reason: Either under detecting or undee-reporting (reporting in stages so as to minimise the shock?).
The White House (a symbol of racism) has admitted that there is a shortage of test kits. Question is why was there no actions taken to ensure there are sufficient quantities of test kits?
Likewise, in Singapore, why is there no action taken to remedy the shortage of clinical face masks in the normal outlets, like Guardians and Watsons, FairPrice, Robinsons and others, over the last two months?
Until now, I still cannot buy any clinical face mask. I have approached these outlets umpteen times, yet still being told "NO STOCK!"
Is it really true that the outlets have been "Out Of Stock" for two months? If so, then it is very SHIA SUAY!
It means the Singapore's logistics support can never withstand any war between Singapore and Malaysia/Indonesia.

The Singapore Chapter of the Kuda Riding Club has decided to discontinue our activities until further notice.
The Americans have confirmed very few cases because they did not test them, not enough test kits, not enough working test kits and using flawed test kits. Many have been rejected and returned.
As on 7 Mar, they have tested only 1,935 Americans in the whole of USA. And even the small number of test conducted they have already more than 300 positive cases. Extrapolate this percentage, about 16%, to 1m, 10m tests and you can see what figures will test positive.
There is going to be an explosion of infected Americans in the next few weeks.

If you'd noticed, 9 out of the 13 cases yesterday are linked to the private dinner at SAFRA-Jurong on Feb 15. That means a lapse of 20 days (15 Feb to 6 March) before being confirmed with the corona-virus infection. That's not all. This cluster at Safra-Jurong has now been confirmed as numbering 17 persons (traceable only). And all of them have no travel history to China or South Korea. Questions:
1. From where/who did they get the corona-virus before 15 Feb?
2. To whom have they transmitted the corona-virus to (family members, friends, colleagues and strangers in trains, buses, shopping centres, etc.) during the last 20 days before being confirmed with the corona-virus infection?
3. Is it possible that they have also infected their doctors and nurses, who in turn infect other patients?
The implication here is that the 17 of them would have already easily infected another 170 persons during the 20 days incubation period (if one infects 10 other persons during these 20 days). And the 170 persons in turn infect another 1700 persons? And so on and so forth ....
Whatever the reality on the ground is, regarding the corona-virus situation in Singapore, or any other country, you have to form your own conclusions.
The virus has gone home to roost. If the situation becomes pandemic, USA is toast. It's Karma!

SINGAPORE:
8 more confirmed corona-virus infected persons have been reported by MOH today. Out of the 8, 4 are linked to the SAFRA-Jurong cluster. One of these four is a grassroots leader from PM Lee's Teck Ghee constituency.
Some activities at 7 community clubs and eight residents' committees are being suspended from Saturday (Mar 7) onwards, for the magical 14 days. These CCs and RCs are linked to the COVID-19 patients in the cluster involving a private dinner function at SAFRA Jurong, said the Ministry for Health.
In its daily update on the COVID-19 situation in Singapore, MOH said that all activities and classes attended by confirmed cases at these venues would be suspended for 14 days. These are mostly singing classes, but include a small number of other activities like line dancing and qigong, said the ministry.
All singing classes organised by the People's Association (PA) at these venues were also suspended for 14 days.

The People's Association announced that some of the infected persons linked to the function held at Joy Garden Restaurant in SAFRA-Jurong on Feb 15 had subsequently attended classes and activities at the above venues (during the last 20 days).
The total number of corona-virus infected cases at the SAFRA-Jurong venue has increased to 21 so far. Contact-tracing efforts may later reveal more cases.
It surely looks like the number of infected cases by the corona-virus in Singapore is now going to increase more rapidly?

I believe and think and feel that all countries' reports are not accurate - either deliberately in order to soften the impact which will cause panic and hysteria nation-wide, or due to incompetence and poor logistics, caused by lack of forward planning or planning based on the "past wars" that cannot meet the reality on the ground today. Another thing is that all politicians have the self-interest to protect themselves, therefore they speak and act in order to cover their own assets.
