Real talents are prized items, great assets of countries to thrive in the new world of high technology. Countries are all competing for top real talents from the world to help them move forward in a world that is very different from the last century. Many countries have talent search programmes, recruiting foreign talents from all over the world. Some countries recruit real talents, some recruit fake talents, some recruit conmen and frauds as talents.
The consequences and real results will show over the years. China has 1.4 billion people, producing millions of STEM talents for themselves and the world. This is not enough. China not only wants top talents from the world, China is laying out the red carpet for Chinese talents overseas, especially in America, to return to help the Motherland to compete with America and the world in the race to the future. China is not just attracting them back by telling them the Motherland needs them. This worked in the past, and still works now but not good enough. China is offering a package as much as US$800,000 for relocation back to the Motherland. The package varies but mostly offered to semiconductor and chip engineers. China needs all the top talents they can get in a very competitive and unforgiving war with the Americans and every talent recruited is a talent gained.
American clowns in Washington is also helping China to push all the top Chinese talents back to China. Their anti China racist policies are frightening the Chinese engineers and scientists, that their safety is at risk, their future no longer that bright, being targeted for fake criminal and espionage charges. The environment in America is now very toxic for Chinese engineers and scientists...and also for other foreign talents, especially real and fake talents from India.
For sure China will not be offering anything for fake talents and frauds. These fake talents and frauds will be left to stupid and gullible countries to grab to replace their no talent population. Chinese criteria and selection process are very stringent and meticulous. The process of hunting for top talents requires real talents to spot them. If the recruiters are frauds and fake talents, what they recruited will also be frauds and fake talents. And these comes in hoards, whole village of them will come along as fake and fraud talents that the gullible will not be able to tell the difference.
The speed of scientific and technological progress in China speak for themselves. The number of published scientific and engineering papers, the creativity and innovations in China are for all to see. For countries that go after fake talents and frauds, their progress cannot lie. Fake talents and frauds cannot produce the real stuff, real innovations and inventions to commercialise and put them into the market.
The success of China's talent hunting and recruitment will propel China to the front of the pack in this very competitive world and to turn China into a world leader in science, engineering and technology. Those that end up with fake talents and frauds will pretend to be doing well in their own fictional world and be left behind in the long term. Elon Musk knows what hiring fake talents meant. Boeing is paying heavily for hiring fake talents and risking bankruptcy.
