Small yard and high fence - Strategy of American gangster Jake Sullivan

This is supposed to be a grand strategy of America's greatest mind in Jake Sullivan. To be appointed by the President as the National Security Advisor, he must be the best in America, at least in the mind of Biden and de facto President Blinken. Under the America finest democratic system, the best man, not in terms of intellect but popularity and wealth, would be elected to lead the country. And this man, often far from the philosopher king, often an idiot, would pick his team using his half past six brain, of men and women to his liking and presumably to be able and intelligent enough to chart the future of the nation. The result is obvious over the last few decades that Trump was clever enough to see that the Empire had declined, and he has to Make America Great Again.

This small yard high fence strategy was accepted in full by an equally foolish Congress and House of Representatives making up of charlatans and conmen and women acting as if they are godsend wise men and women, the best in America, under their great democratic system that was designed not to elect the most able but the best salesmen and saleswomen. They too believed in this small yard high fence strategy without question.

And when this strategy failed, they keep expanding yard wider, thinking that it would work. The reality is that the yard is actually shrinking by the day. All their effort to isolate China, initially to contain China, to deprive China of all advanced and new technology has failed miserably. China has not only broken down the fence to acquire the technology but also running ahead.

Space technology, drones, 6G communication, 6G aircraft, missiles, nuclear technology, quantum physics, high speed train, solar energy, EVs and batteries, and recently, AI and a great breakthrough in terms of performance and efficiency, whatever you name it China is dominating the industry. There is only one face left, and that is high end chips. Nvidia's high end chips is the last hurdle for China to leap over. And knowing China's track record and development speed, it is only a matter of a couple of years before this last fence falls.

When this happens, it would be America's turn to chase after the Chinese technology train. What the clowns in Washington have been doing for so long is building fences and forgot about developing their own capability to compete. This is left to the private sector to think about. There is no great strategy from the clowns to mobilise the country to innovate and invent and stay competitive. They think throwing obstacles in the path of China would keep them at the top. The private sector has their own momentum and initial and would move only at a pace and in a direction that would benefit them most, not America as a country.

What can Americans expect in a country led by clowns, charlatans and mediocre men and women? The days of 'greatness' by conquest, by wars and killings, looting and plunders, slavery and genocide are over. Ukraine is a war that they cannot win.

US should ‘steal’ China’s best talents, Senate hears

The US should welcome China’s best scientific minds into its universities to compete with the mainland’s success in AI, American lawmakers in Washington heard on Thursday, as Chinese start-up DeepSeek unnerved the global tech market this week.

“Let’s steal their best engineers,” said Melanie Hart of the Washington-based Atlantic Council at a hearing convened by the Senate Foreign Relations Committee.

Referencing the Chinese talent behind DeepSeek’s AI models, Hart testified that “we’d be better off if the engineers behind that were working here in the US”.

To achieve that, she continued, students from the mainland would need to feel safe in America, adding: “We can beat Beijing at making Chinese scientists feel safe.”

Hart’s comments came as Washington debates how best to retain top talent while safeguarding US intellectual property rights and national security.

They also coincide with a growing trend of US-based Chinese scientists returning to the mainland, driven in part by concerns of racial profiling under American national security policies.

The yankee's way to keep anyone safe us to arm them with as many guns as they can carry. We'll soon see specially designed suitcases for guns.

Don't be foolish! The Whites thought that they are Universe Superior Beings and that Coloured Peoples are beneath them.

Especially the yellow skins which they always referred to as "The Yellow Peril" Chinks Chinks and Squint Eyes.

You think they will protect the Chinkees

Only WOGs aka Westernized Oriental Gollywooks and Bananas thought so.

Till they are been screwed by them.

Worse than the Japs with their sugar coated deadly poisonous con jobs and speeches.

Allies to them FATAL.

They only wants to be Top NAMPAR ONE. aka Testicle as according to the Hong Kongers and had the Coloured ones to serve them with their sloths and decadence bums lifestyles.

Are these people in the USA really serious? After creating all the fabricated lies against those Chinese scientists and engineers for spying and forcing them to leave their positions in research facilities and Universities in the USA, and returning to China, the USA now wants them back? Trump's first term was the start of a massive anti-Chinese movement that caused many of these scientists and engineers to return to China to helm its research facilities and University positions as well as industries.

If I were one of those being targeted earlier, would I even think of returning to the USA? The USA is just like a deranged mad person, which we Chinese would call - 'A person whose mad behavior arise at every three-hour interval'. The USA administration will overturn polices at their whims and fancies without regard to consequences. They still think they are exceptional, that the whole world must look up to.

These people in the USA have no morals, changing their stance, thinking that the Chinese are that gullible to believe them. Trust and credibility once lost cannot never be recovered. They can debate all they want until the cows come home, but I believe all is now an exercise in futility. Spilt milk can never be made to return to the cup, and it is no use crying over it.

Having said that, why are these people not trying to debate about welcoming more Indian scientists and engineers instead of resorting to recalling top Chinese scientific and engineering minds? Isn't that something that escaped their attention, or are they now realizing the quality of Indian scientists and engineers? Indian engineers were recruited to helm Boeing after Chinese engineers were discriminated against and left. What is happening to Boeing now? Indians were presumably at the helm of the USA AI conglomerates and suddenly found themselves blindsided by Chinese AI innovation. What is happening? Is there now a rude awakening in USA circles?

Indians are now the majority of students studying in US Universities, after Chinese students were also discriminated against and not wanting to remain in the USA after graduation. Perhaps the USA business fraternity should go after the Indian students instead of focusing on those Chinese students. Chinese students are now preferring to study at Chinese Universities at home, paying fees that are so cheap, that it makes some USA citizens crying hysterically after being left in debt to the tune of hundreds of thousands studying in USA Universities. The very fact that Luo Fuli, the mastermind of DeepSeek's innovative AI was a student at Beijing University must be another wake-up call for the USA, knowing that Chinese Universities are no longer playing second fiddle to USA Universities in the quality of education. This will undoubtedly be a draw for students from foreign countries having a much cheaper alternative than studying in a USA University.

More Chinese students too are now returning home after their studies in the USA, knowing that they will not be discriminated against in China, and now have all the opportunities to make full use of their skills and improve their knowledge with all the innovations going on in Chinese industries.

The USA can continue to suffer pangs of jealousy after losing all the Chinese scientists and engineers to China. But it is too late to regret.

With advisors like Jake Sullivan, no wonder the USA is sliding into the sewers.

'We can beat Beijing at making Chinese scientists feel safe'. Who is going to buy that? What is the safest place for Chinese scientists? Not in USA definitely! The safest is in Beijing, where they are welcomed, nothing against them being racially different, no different skin colors to differentiate them moving around freely, which is not going to happen when another anti-Chinese madness is created in the USA.

'We'd be better off if the engineers behind that (meaning DeepSeek) were working here in the USA'. The USA had all along depended much on Chinese scientists in research and development in their technological progress, and the return of Chinese scientists to mainland China is causing the USA massive problems in research areas. This clearly shows the Archille's Heel' of the USA. DeepSeek is just one of many Chinese AI developers and those scientists are doing great work improving China's technological advance which the USA now realized their great loss. But it is too late to regret.
