Of course, the Bible trick will not work like in North America against the Native American Indians, in this day and age against more developed countries.
Now it is going to be using military force if grabbing peacefully is not possible. Which is why having a military deterrent is so important. North Korea, small as it is, now has a deterrent. Iran also wants nukes desperately, looking at the geopolitical situation evolving. If not due to religious constraints, Iran would already be a nuclear power too.
Saudi Arabia is telling the world that if Iran goes ahead to have nukes, it is also going to follow. Perhaps Saudi Arabia is aware of its insecurity in the face of veiled threats, not from Iran, but from you know who. We have seen Saudi Arabia changing its stance in joining BRICS and is now regressing. Why? Saudi Arabia is perhaps astute by using Iran's possession of nukes as a reason for its move, which would otherwise be strongly opposed and threatened by the USA and the West. That must be one reason why Iran's possession of nukes is so strongly opposed by USA and Israel. It might just set the ball rolling.
The land grabbing has not officially started yet, but in other areas, like the grabbing Gulf of Mexico had already gone ahead. A litmus test perhaps. Of course, Gulf of Mexico is not a country with people and Government that can retaliate. Cubans are retaliating against Trump's intention to use Guantanamo Prison to keep criminal immigrants. Why is Trump using offshore facilities to keep incarcerated people? Where else will Trump send his army of criminals next?

It's so easy to leave behind a suitcase of weapons grade enriched uranium somewhere in Tehran, properly labelled for safety purposes. That'll be a quantum leap in Iran's military deterrent program which will send shivers down the spines of the yanks.
Iran's Supreme leader just said that any nuclear talks with the USA 'are not intelligent, wise or honorable'. What does this indicate? Does Iran already in possession of nukes? Hard to say. Many are of the opinion that Iran can have nukes in a matter of months if they want to. And with Russia behind, who knows.
Trump is going to relive his romance with Kim Jong Un to try to do another de-nuclearization move against North Korea. It is not going to happen. North Korea already just stated that de-nuclearization is a non-negotiable issue. That is throwing the ball into Trump's courtyard, telling him not to waste time and not to make another attempt. Trump is threatening more sanctions and tariffs against North Korea if it does not cater to his demands. He is delusional and grabbing at straws. What is North Korea exporting now to the USA, with all the sanctions imposed over the decades, which makes tariffs a non-issue in reality? What can the USA sanction North Korea with after all those decades of sanctioning? Kim Jong Un is not short of anything that he needs and looking at him, he is showing signs of more prosperity. Of course, North Koreans are affected by shortages, but this is not making them turn against Kim's regime. On the other hand, it could be making the people more patriotic and resentful of the USA and the West, just like in China.
