On Rednote, some Tik Tok refugees are getting the shock of their lives to find out that vegetables are so cheap and abundant that farmers are chopping up beet, carrots, pumpkin and cabbage and being told those are to feed the pigs.
Of course, we already know that corn imported in the past from the USA had been used to feed China's animals but is not a cheap food in the USA as well. In the USA, groceries are expensive and takes up 20% of consumer's income, with some even reported to have to take loans to feed themselves. The land of plenty really had much to be desired and USA voters have been blindfolded for decades about life outside the USA and particularly China. The MSM and the USA Government had painted a different picture for decades about the difficult lives that the Chinese population are going through. What they discovered on Rednote, communicating with the ordinary folks totally destroyed their misguided mindset, with some reduced to tears and full of anger.
The reality is now clear for all to see, that China is not short of cheap food as well, a total reversal of roles as in the past, when the USA was the land of plenty with streets paved with gold, while China was facing starvation. Years of strategic planning by Chinese leaders have turned the tables on the USA. The Chinese CCP had proven beyond any doubt that they are working hard to give ordinary citizens a good life, not helping the rich get richer at the expense of the poor as in the USA.
And yet, the USA and the West had kept up their false narrative about Xi Jinping being a tyrant and a dictator, practicing discrimination against minority races in China and particularly in Xinjiang.
The Chinese Government was even fabricated to be against Muslims in a country with more than 40,000 mosques, while the Muslim loving country of USA had barely 4,000 in the whole of the 50 states. There was also fabrication that Christmas had been banned in China, yet foreign vloggers were able to show Christmas decorations all over China, with Christmas being celebrated on a grand scale in many parts of China. Oh yes, the pro-USA shrills will shout that those foreign vloggers are all paid by the CCP to say good things about China. How much did the USA propaganda machine paid its proxies to write good reviews about the USA? US$300 million a year is not a small sum I would say.
