2 minutes of cruelty against the elderly. Poor chap standing in front of the world mumbling to himself incoherently. The Americans in Washington are so cruel to this old man, exhibiting him as an incompetent when he should be enjoying his golden years in the nursing home.
Stop abusing this senior old man. The American public should protest and march to Washington to protect this old man from further abuses.

That they cut him off shows how much control they have over him. Joe Biden is no more than a 'echo chamber' for the Deep State. When the echo does not sound right, they cut him off. The most powerful man on earth getting cut off must be something going badly wrong. Poor chap was looking under the stand to see if the mike cable had somehow fallen off or the wires are cut, LOL.
It always turns out that he will just walk away, if journalist asked questions that have no prepared answers on hand, hidden under the microphone. Most of the time he was given a list of names of journalist he was to pick on to ask pre-arranged questions with prepared answers. He was caught several times doing exactly that.
In Vietnam, he does not have the luxury of avoiding journalists asking the awkward questions, which he would enjoy having in the USA, which puts him in a position he is least able to handle. And so he rambles on, introducing irrelevant issues into his answers and embarassing his handlers and stupifying the audience.
Looking at the old man, he is definitely in an advance stage of dementia or on drugs if I may be making some people angry. This old man is gone already in having the mental capability to lead. But then, he is so easy to control and is still a good enough President for the Deep State to install.
Why can't his wife and family stop them from using and abusing him? Why can't they take care of him and protect him from being exploited?
That they are 'exploiting' him is the word, looking at his haplessness. In fact some are calling it 'elderly abuse'. His family is allowing him to be ridiculed in front of the world and that is telling.
But in the words of some, it is to protect his wayward son. I hope this is not the reason. What if he is not around?

Two USA Presidents have made the USA the laughing stock of the world. Trump did that at the UN, gloating about his achievements, and everyone laughed at him. He looked so silly, but this guy knows how to wriggle himself out of a embarrassing situation. That he is immune to shame does help.
Joe Biden, on the other hand, is openly seen as being abused by his own handlers. He is hapless, unlike Trump. That cutting off in the middle of his speech really makes the USA the laughing stock of the world. No other President in the world has ever been known to suffer the indignity of being controlled by his handlers.
What is more unpalatable is being put to shame right in front of an audience in Vietnam. They could have tried to cover up the embarrassment at home, by putting up names of journalists that they favour to ask questions with prepared answers, but there was nothing they could do in front of foreign journalists, asking awkward questions.
How safe is it for this poor old man touted to have control of the nuclear suitcase is beyond imagination. He is being controlled by unknown dark forces.
