Just to add. Our own Government Services don't even give
opportunities to our own applying for jobs that are revelent to the
disclipine or experiences and deemed or calculated their worth of
services whether they are worth employing them.
For example, my
daughter once applied even to be Lab Techs in the Health Services, i.e.
the Hospitals and Govt. Polyclinics as Lab Or Radiography X-ray
technicians or Labs Assistants doing those Lab tests of patients samples
of blood etc.
Told in an interview that she is too experienced in this field as been an A* Star past researcher.
Also she might leave after a period of time
for a better job
What's the Hell if she is more than qualified?
She is wiling to work for them in the same revelent field of work and as she deemed to be a more stable and lasting job.
They rejected her.
Also
see how they even publicly said that only a few women would be selected
to be trained Doctors as they feared that it's be a waste if they were
to give up their professions whence they are married.
See. One
hand they wanted POP to be up and even past records that LKY cajoled
those better educated ones to produce more as he thought that they be
may the brighter ones and the other hand they calculated their worth of
whether investing their monies on these women who wanted to be medical
doctors.
During the Pandemic she went to those Private Contracted
Labs on COVID testings for the MOH and she was taken in to lead the
testings by the CEO.
They needed her and also many past experienced ones as at that time really short of them willing to do thus
So thats the employment scenario in Sinkieland.
They always told the Statutory and Private Sectors to follow their fine examples of employing our own bu all just hogwash.
They themselves do otherwise.
They
calculated and deemed your worth in serving them as even your own
citizens and would not hesitate to reject you for others that they
thought more worth to employ.
Same with many Private Sectors employers.
The
worst is that and they expected our own the National Servicemen who
sacrificed their years for the Country to defend them in times of need.
That's also included the Instant foreigners that in to reap our harvest of hard work by our predecessors.

Actually this is my response to one Anon who posted in the earlier post about my children's current status
I do not really wanted to prolong this scenario happening in Singapore.
Just to add they can hypocritically declared that they fully supported what's women advancement in all fields of employments here and even conned the AWARE to tar TKL of his pretty girls trival matter.
Think till now they still had quotas for women for Medical Studies as Doctors.
Preferred instant ones from overseas where old folks can not even converse and the poor children had each time to accompany them for medical appointments.
Also during my occasional visits to the Polyclinics seen their staff shouting with impatience to the old folks who just kept quiet.
The Papies in their Ivory Towers pretended that's all is Well.
Just like the case of the Kingergarten abuses.
Majority Sinkies still talking of Makan Kakis and Food.
Not realising that the Sky would be fallen soon with the Geopolitical Unrest by the UAssA to this region.

Actually they scared after recuiting someone into their field he or she go join the oppo party or after some yrs he or she left to join competitor company of other countries that's why they very scared ，unless he or she being tied down by the t & c of the contract so that they can sue n sue when he or she break it...see how sicko r they now..
Am trained by a true foreign talent that they could not appreciate as he is not a political animal. He retired before he was due to do so. He lamented that our government will not give most of us Singaporeans a fair chance. I am grateful to him for allowing me to make the best of opportunities (he made many for me too) beyond the confines of our laboratory and I try my best to pay it forward whenever I see an opportunity to do so. Everyone of my local and/or PR(or new citizen) bosses are assholes.
