Ooohhh, China's claims of South China Sea islands have no basis under international law. Really? What is the basis for the Europeans to claim the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and the islands in the Pacific, Atlantic and Indian Ocean? It is the whole continent of North America and Australia with indigenous people living there. Not no man's land.
China should simply ignore their spurious and mischievous allegation and put up a similar paper to challenge the European Americans, Canadians, Australians and the New Zealanders claims of the land they called the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Hawaii, etc etc to start with.
The white men's claims to these lands are simply illegal under any provision of international law. Their claims were based on conquest, claims by the use of military power, by massacres and genocides. This is the time to challenge this in the world court, in the UN, to settle the injustice committed against the natives of these lands by the Europeans, including abuses of human rights.
The natives of these lands that they have lost to the European invaders could work with China to fight for the return of their lands. China shall call on the Europeans to cease their unlawful occupation of lands belonging to the indigenous peoples. Time for China to rally the victims of the white curse and defend their rights.
The robbers, murderers and looters should not benefit from their crimes against the indigenous people of the world. The white men are the real thieves of other people's land, and murderers as well. It is the same methodology as they alleging that China is committing genocide when they were the real culprits. People living in glass houses should not throw stones at others.
The international law would not recognise the outrageous claim of American Exceptionalism, that indigenous people were subhumans and the Europeans have the right to seize their lands, subhumans have no rights of ownership of their lands according to their racist Doctrine of Christian Discovery.
Bring the European robbers of native lands to justice.

China, please publish a paper on the stealing of USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Hawaii etc etc from the indigenous people and submit to the UN for redress.
With God punishing them with more than 1m infections daily, the white men still cannot see how serious it is and still got time to go around stirring shit and wanting to start a war with China and Russia.
The stark warning against their evil doings has gone unnoticed and the next punishment would be more severe and destructive.
The USA must be the most shameless whore on the planet to call China's spying on them as a 'shameful act'.
The most shameful nation on earth must be the USA, that spied on every leader and country in the world, and yet had the gumption and audacity to call others doing the same as 'shameful acts'.
They even spied on allies and their leaders like Germany and were caught red handed. They also spied on other NATO countries' leaders like France and Sweden, with help from another NATO ally. These are not shameful acts?
Decades of doing such spying must have make them immune to shame and they obviously does not understand what shame means. The only thing they feared to do is to look into the mirror.

The Anglo Saxon White curse belongs to Europe and goes all round the world seizing lands belonging to others. When China was around more than five thousand years ago, where were they? What authority have they to know during their short few hundred years of foraging around Asia know about Chinese history except from what they themselves wrote. They knew nothing about China before Marco Polo and only knew China's splendour from what comes from the mouths of olden age ancient travelers from Europe. And they started salivating about the things they did not even know.
Today they do not even know what lies around China's shores when their nuclear submarine hit an underwater obstacle they knew nothing about. And they want to talk about the Islands around China as if they owned them thousands of year ago..
The bananas and the unthinking, reading history written by the Anglo Saxons, still believe they are angels, and some still think they are white gods that do no wrong, all kindness, caring and loving and so peace loving.
They never kill, never lie, never steal, never commit crimes against humanity. They never massacre or commit genocides. Colonialism is so sweet and peaceful and the unthinking benefited from it and love every bit of it.
