A 9-year-old boy has taken Health Minister Ong Ye Kung to court, for allegedly making false statements and harassment.
The boy (plaintiff), who cannot be named due to a court gag order, is represented by his mother in the States Court.
The lawsuit arises from a post (screenshot below) which Mr Ong made on 16th December 2021 on his personal Facebook page, with regards to the vaccination of children.

Using Superheroes to get children vaccinated is like using children talk to talk to children. Yes, children would easily recognise their favourite Superheroes and identify with them. Children idolised Superheroes and would want to be Superheroes.
Would they become Superheroes after the vaccination or become something else? It is very brave for Ong Ye Kung to make the above statements, lots of care taken...that vaccination is safe and effective and children would be better protected.
I don't know what he knew, what kind of tests were taken to confirm that the vaccines are safe for children and so strongly encouraged the children to get jabbed and become...Superheroes. All we can see is that he and his MTF are superheroes, super confident that all is well, would be well.
Hope this thing turns out the way they believed and every child is safe. Is this too much to ask for knowing the unpredictability of the virus, the vaccines and the body constitution of the children?

Personally, I do not know if children are encourage to get vaccinated against the COVID Contagion. However, due to the Excellent Containment of the COVID Spread in China, I deem that the Non-mRNA Vaccines produce by China are effective against the COVID Transmission and safe. The Tested and Provened Orthodax Method in producing the Non-mRNA Vaccines, is by itself a SAFETY MEASURE. Hence, for the Well-being and Safety of the People, old and Young, opt for the Non-mRNA Vaccines even if one has to pay for it.
Life is precious and no one should be expose to hazard and danger of the Un-provened and Unknown.
There were several reports coming out from the US and Canada saying that the Pfizer trials were doctored, with selective samples that are not representative of the general population, skewed towards healthier and younger population. And it was concluded after two months instead of 3 years, with many coverups.
When the people or pharmas conduct their own trials, you can expect what they would do. Just like the salesmen only telling the good stuff and keeping quiet on the problem stuff.
This is why their trial data would not be made public for 70 years. The secrets of doctored data would not be made known until after most of us are dead and gone.
Frighten or not?
Years down the road when the ill effects become apparent, these people who are using coercion discreetly to force children to be vaccinated will have gone from the decision making process. But they will nevertheless have to suffer in hell if these children suffer the consequences of their decision.
They think they can escape Karma, but just look at Karma taking hold of some families, their children, wives and generations down the road. Yes, their children too will suffer because they benefitted from the ill gotten gains. Karma is not one rule of nature that one can escape from.
Siblings can take Covid-19 child vaccination together in one appointment from Jan 10
Children with an appointment for Covid-19 vaccination can now have their younger siblings take the shot at the same time without the need to book a separate slot.
The new "sibling walk-in" arrangement will be in place from Mondays to Thursdays at paediatric vaccination centres from Jan 10, said the Ministry of Education (MOE).
In a statement on Monday (Jan 3), MOE said: "This is to provide greater convenience for parents or guardians with more than one child or ward aged five to 11 years and to optimise our available vaccination capacity on Mondays to Thursdays."
Parents or guardians who plan to vaccinate their children or wards under this arrangement should arrive at the vaccination centre by 7pm, it added.
They will need to bring the student identification or other forms of identification such as the birth certificate, passport or SingPass.
"We encourage parents or guardians who have booked separate appointments for different children or wards to keep only one desired slot and cancel the remaining bookings on the National Appointment System," the statement said.
However, MOE said it is now unable to accommodate the sibling walk-in arrangement on Fridays to Sundays due to high demand in appointment bookings for the next few weekends.
Seven more paediatric vaccination centres have started offering paediatric vaccinations from Monday as well.
This brings the total number of centres to 14, up from the seven that started operations on Dec 27.
MOE also said that from Wednesday, about 110,000 parents or guardians of Primary 1 to 3 pupils can expect to progressively receive a unique link via SMS to book a vaccination appointment.
From Thursday, parents or guardians of all remaining children aged five to eight may proceed to register their interest on the National Appointment System.

With school resuming this week, I know that many families are busy gearing up for the start of the school year.
Parents who are vaccinating their children can look forward to greater convenience, especially those with more than one child aged 5 to 11:
• From 10 Jan 2022, siblings of children with vaccination appointments on Mon - Thurs, can join their sibling and walk in for their vaccination without prior appointment. This will allow families to vaccinate their children together and avoid separate trips to the Vaccination Centres (VCs). Parents who intend to make use of this arrangement should arrive at the VCs on Mon - Thurs by 7pm.
• From today, 7 more paediatric VCs island-wide will start offering vaccination for children aged 5 to 11.
• From 5 Jan 2022, parents/guardians of P1 to P3 students in MOE primary schools can expect to progressively receive a unique link via SMS to book a vaccination appointment.
• From 6 Jan 2022, parents/guardians of all remaining children aged 5 to 8 may proceed to register their interest on Ministry of Health, Singapore National Appointment System at child.vaccine.gov.sg
Currently, we are unable to accommodate the sibling walk-in arrangement on Fridays to Sundays due to the high demand in appointment bookings for the next few weekends. However, we will continue to work with MOH to consider further operational enhancements to the vaccination arrangements when possible.

The flu virus has been killing tens of thousands in the USA long before COVID19. It probably mutated into COVID19, but they just covered that up.
Renaming the flu to COVID19 serves the purpose of shifting the shit towards China with a new renamed virus outbreak, which came from the USA.
The Anglo Saxons are fully capable of doing that as long so it serves their interest.
Those US military athletes that took part in the 2019 military games were so sick they performed so badly and were ranked 32 among all the other countries. How could the USA be sending sick athletes to take part in the games? It does not stand up to reasoning at all.
Telling children in primary schools that they are Superheros in order to entice and entrap them into getting jabbed with an unknown and highly suspicious and questionable substance, that deviated from the safe traditional method of making vaccines, is not only deceptive but also criminal.
What happens if some children jumped down from high buildings believing that they are Superheroes like Superman and Supergirl, after being deceived by the Minister's words?
Because he is a Minister, his words carry weights, so they children will believe that his words must be true.
This kind of dangerous words should never be spoken by a Minister to young children to deceive them with the clear intention of luring them into a trap.
In short, the Minister had lied to the 300,000 children publicly, as a private person in his personal Facebook page on 16 December 2021.
He had also endangered the lives of the young and easily-impressed 5 to 11 years old children.
Not only the Minister calling the kids super heroes, the temporarily setup kids vaccination centres are also displaying placards with the word Superheroes on them.
This is going too far. This is a demonstration of the clear intent of the Ministry for Health, probably directed by the Minister, to use untruth to bluff the kids into thinking that being injected with the questionable substance is great.
Subtly and indirectly it is deceiving the kids that the injections can turned them into mutated Superheroes.
This is unacceptable and disgusting coming from a Ministry that needs more trust than distrust.
There was a case of a child flying out of the window, thinking that he was superman after watching the movie.
Not only one case. Many cases happened in the past already.
The Minister should have known all these. Cannot pretend don't know. They are common knowledge.

The same modus operandi is being applied in Singapore. The KK Hospital trial on the 100 "volunteered" Guinea Pigs was concluded in one month instead of ten years. The ong Ye Kung must have used this trial as his background to say that vaccination for kids 5 to 11 years old is safe. This cannot be further from the false impression he is projecting.
These are signs of the end of an era, when fools and geniuses cannot be told apart.

Today is the first work day of 2022. Thought I will do an update on where we are on the pandemic.
Our COVID-19 situation continues to be stable so far. The number of active local cases over the past week is now 1,200, compared to a peak of over 26,000.
ICU cases are at around 20 cases, compared to a peak of about 170 cases, and now also the lowest in the last quarter.
Deaths are thankfully low.
All these signal that the recent COVID-19 wave due to the Delta variant has subsided, at least for now.
But Omicron cases have started to creep up, making up around 17% of local cases currently. This means an Omicron wave is imminent, and we need to be prepared for it.
Vaccination and boosters remain the key response. Our vaccination exercise has maintained its momentum. 87% of our total population has completed their full regimen, and 88% has received at least one dose. We also ended 2021 with 41% of our population boosted, out of about 70% that is or will be eligible.
Over the past week, more than 20,000 children aged 9 to 11 years have received their first dose of the COVID-19 vaccination. This is equivalent to about half a cohort. Many more are scheduled in the coming few weeks.
This month, we also expect new supplies of the COVID-19 vaccine. This will see us through our booster and vaccination exercise strongly.
We will keep making progress, everyone needs to continue to do our part and exercise civic responsibility, and 2022 will be a better year than the last.

By promoting falsehoods (calling the kids "Superheroes" for getting vaccinated) to the young, impressionable children of primary school-going kids, you are actually promoting distrust for the Ministry for Health and Ministry for Education (you were also the previous Minister for Education).
It is unbelievable, unfortunate and unnecessary that a person of your stature should stoop so low in order to entice the young kids into the mRNA vaccination regime that you have been vigorously promoting as safe.
Safe or not, no one is sure. Not even any self-proclaimed so-called vaccines expert is 100% sure. We all know that at least a period of five to ten years' time is required for the results to materialised. Therefore, any assertion by you, at this juncture, that the Vaccination (using mRNA Pfizer or Moderna vaccines) is safe is pure speculation and frivolous.
To aggrevate the situation further, so far, not a single word of apology has come out of your mouth. This silence certainly does not speak well of you.

This incident shows that the Minister has no wisdom, and immature, and is reckless in the use of words.
He should apologise to the parents of the 300,000 children that his reckless words have affected.
