Involving Croatia in EUMAM isn’t constitutional, president Milanovic has announced
Croatia can’t train Ukrainian troops on its territory as part of the EU aid program as that would be unconstitutional, President Zoran Milanovic said on Tuesday, responding to a request from the defense ministry in Zagreb.
“Given the justifiably great interest of the Croatian public in the announced participation of [Croatian military] members in the EU military assistance mission to Ukraine, and the unclear and unexplained circumstances that participation would entail, the Office of the President has to inform the public that the minister’s proposal is unfit to be considered,” Milanovic said, before explaining his reasoning.
Defense Minister Mario Banozic had sent Milanovic a draft proposal for Croatian participation in the European Union Military Assistance Mission (EUMAM), which reportedly involves training around 15,000 Ukrainian soldiers on the territory of the bloc.
The Croatian constitution does not give Banozic standing to make such a proposal, the president noted. Nor does it allow Ukrainian troops to set foot on Croatian soil, he argued, as Kiev is “not a member of any alliance” Zagreb belongs to and there are no international treaties otherwise regulating their status.
The above is from RT. Croatia is the first NATO country that questioned the constitutional obligation and responsibility of NATO countries to train Ukrainian soldiers inside its country. This poses another question, is the Ukraine War constitutional as Ukraine is not a member of NATO?
With so many NATO countries being dragged into this unconstitutional war as NATO has no obligation to defend a non member, and with so many NATO countries training Ukraine troops in their land, why none of the other NATO members question the legality of this war? It is, from the beginning, an American war against Russia, or at most an AngloSaxon war against Russia. Why were all the NATO members being blindly led into this war, wasting so much of their resources to aid Ukraine? Where does NATO's obligation stop? Or NATO can simply expand it to cover any country in any continent, to come to their defence, to defend Taiwan or any Middle East, Central Asia or SE Asian country?

On the surface EU and NATO are solid alliances. Underneath, all is just quicksand. Being economically fragmented and militarily divided cannot escape the discerning eye.
Now Brussels is still trying to con the world that the EU is energy sufficient and talking about cutting off Russian oil and gas totally by December 5th. Taunting Putin is not wise. Putin is now thinking of cutting off gas through the Unkraine pipeline, that is the lifeline of many EU states. Putin knows when to tighten the rope, and is making his move for a chokeslam.
NATO is still talking about supporting Ukraine, 'as long as it takes'. Which clearly is a statement that indicates Ukraine will not survive much longer with the winter and energy shortage. So, what does the statement of 'as long as it takes' mean. Read carefully between the lines.

Lizard Truss wants NATO to expand around the Globe. Lizard Truss also wants NATO to be more pro active in Asia, in other words create more mischief for it's master to exert control.
Little Britain had been very active during the Hong Kong protest, inciting the unrest using the CIA and USA and Western funded NGOs. China did the right thing and clear all out all the trash and filth, making Hong Kong cleaner and more liveable.
Now, Taiwan people are realising their Government is not doing the right thing by antagonising China by inviting and paying USA senators to visit Taiwan. It is backfiring, as people dependent on China for their living are suffering. They just want peace, not war and the ruling party is doing the exact opposite. It will be interesting to see if any change will come today.

EU leaders do things without having a plan. Just look at their dependence on the USA now and getting ripped off blindly and unable to do anything. And all the time talking and posturing about capping Russian oil and gas, which they are now buying indirectly from China, India and Saudi Arabia and paving their way to the bank with gold.
Russia is not selling oil and gas to those countries taking part in the capping hubris, and OPEC+ already hinted that they will resort to cut further production to maintain their profit margins, if the cap resulted in depressing their revenue. The USA is saying countries must pay a low price for Russian energy, while they can continue to rip them off.
Why is the EU not putting on price cap on USA oil and gas, instead of paying four to five times through their noses, without using their stupid brain. The blind is leading the blind and that is the EU leadership. The EU will be undressed for sure.

Poland and Germany are now showing their disdain for each other over the Patriot Missile issue. You see, it is all superficial solidarity and unity in EU and NATO on the surface. Underneath they are trying to undermine each other. The EU will disintegrate before the Ukraine War is over.
The Germans rightly stated that those Patriot Missiles given in goodwill to Poland are for the defence of NATO members, and Ukraine is not a member. Poland wants Germany to send those Patroit Missiles directly to Ukraine, which is categorically dragging Germany into the war, which Germany does not want any part of it.
Poland and Ukraine could have masterminded the false flag by using a Russian Missile to strike Poland in order to drag NATO in and escalate the War. The Poles have shown their true colours now. They probably also had a hand in the Nord Stream sabotage.
NATO just want to start training Ukrainians to fight the Russians? How long is it going to take? I think it is too late.
The USA spent 20 long years in Afghanistan training Afghan Government troops, but when they saw the Taliban, they fled. And the USA also fled with them.
