USA - the greatest violator of human rights

An online poll launched by the Global Times on Saturday asking respondents whether the UN Human Rights Council should conduct a field investigation into US human rights violations has drawn more than 247,000 participantsas of press time on Sunday, with over 96 percent supporting the proposition.

Specifically, about 81 percent of respondents voted "yes," saying that the issue of US human rights violations is very serious and requires further investigation. Another 15 percent of respondents also voted "yes," saying that the investigation would not happen as it would be strongly hindered by the US government. Around 4 percent of respondents voted that the US has long been plagued by human rights problems, saying an investigation will not change anything.

In answering the poll, many netizens left messages on the page to voice their support for a thorough investigation of the US' gross human rights violations. Some netizens said that "the US is doing a lot of things against humanity in the name of humanitarian actions" while some said "the US government is indifferent when its own people suffer from systematic violations of human rights but is keen to attack other countries under the guise of 'human rights.'"

On the Global Times Twitter account, some netizens said the so-called beacon of human rights does not shine a light on its dark history, and the US' move presents a vivid image of "a thief shouting to catch a thief."

It should have been, an Online Crook shouting, "Catch the Crook!"

Whatever the survey says, it will be a waste of effort and time, because ultimately the USA will brush all the negative results aside, the same way they brushed aside or ignored every other survey that puts them in negative light.

Can you honestly think you can call the Mafia lawless, cruel, inhuman and expect them to change their behavior? Never! They will still continue with their usual ways, because that is how they always get away with all the atrocities, without having to take responsibility or, like the USA needing to answer to a higher power. Do not talk about the World Bodies like the UN or ICC. Those are beholden entities to the USA. Nothing more, nothing less.

The only time such surveys will serve any purpose is when the US$ Hegemony is destroyed, resulting in their military might being curtailed. Then we can talk about survey results and consequences. Other than that, it is an exercise in futility.

Russia and China are in the process of setting up a new 'Global Currency' backed by commodities like rare earth, gold, silver etc as well as food grain resources. These two countries have been buying gold for years for this purpose. Short time ago the USA and EU were talking about gold being added to the list of EU sanctions on Russia, which is illogical and a moot point, as Russia is not selling gold, but importing them.

In the same context, Latin American countries are also moving to set up their own Common
Currency, just like the EU, also backed by commodities, of which the continent is rich in.

I wonder whether Africa is going in the same direction, as Africa is rich in minerals as well.

The Middle East could be using oil as their backing for a common currency. Such oil is now being used by the USA as their support base for the US$ hegemony. If Saudi Arabia and the Gulf States should ditch the US$, that will be the final nail in the US$ coffin.

This is in contrast to the US$ which is backed by air.

The honey moon of the fake money presently being used by the United States is going to be over soon.

The US cannot go on printing money because they are not backed by anything. The value of the USD in today's standard is actually a BIG FAT ZERO!

The whole World must now wake up and take stock. We just can't simpply gobon and on like what have been done before.

We have to take stock of all sanctions against the USA. The currency of the USD is now ZERO!

When they still keep printing fiat money, and China recycling those US$ accumulated from their trade surpluses with the USA over the decades and returning them through the BRI loans to other countries, together with countries now trading in their own currencies, these US$ moving back into the USA economy is creating a monster of a problem.

How to soak up those excesses? What will the Fed aggressive interest rate increases do to the USA's economy? Can the USA tackle inflation without soaking up the excess liquidity? The balancing act could go unbalanced, leading to the beginning of the end of the US$.

They invented derivatives, quantitative easing, low interest rate environment to expand their economy. Now all these are wrecking havoc with their monetary system. It is impossible to roll them back. First to collapse will probably be the stock market, which is already down 20% or so, the property sector to follow and will spread globally. The days of partying are over.
