Now let's hope some ministers or MPs would think this is necessary to open their golden mouths. We have many Singaporeans in England and London, not just students and all looking very Chinese to the white rogues and could become victims if nothing is done to stop them.

I studied & worked for 5 years in US uni ... Yes moving in groups of at least 4-5 will deter people from "disturbing" you. The cheenas tend to move in groups. But sinkies tend to be loners or just couples. I 2nd what Anon 12:41pm had said. Seen with my own eyes.
And the only situation when 4-5 guys still get into problem is when you either enter into bad places, or where there is active mob demonstration going on (and usu police will already be on the scene).
