Covid19 - Stop Singapore, do a stock check

In one month, the number of infected cases spike from 100 to nearly 2,000. This is a 20 times increase.  In many countries such numbers would frighten the shit out of everyone.  But this is not the case in Singapore. The stupidity has no cure even say 5,000 is possible like nothing adverse would come out of it.  Remember, if we equate this to the population size of India, 5,000 x 230 = 1,150,000. This is twice the number of India's 400,000 daily at its worse. Can Singapore afford to live with 5,000 daily infection in this small island? Or would some imbeciles say 5,000 only what?

If we seriously look at the exploding number of cases now, the situation is dire. But we can choose to pretend that it is alright, just like the earlier days when India was exploding and we were happily taking visitors from India, some with fake certificates to prove they had been vaccinated as if nothing will harm us. What could really happen then was that they came, brought along the Delta variants with them, hard to prove now, and immersed themselves into the community. and with no mass testing, you can expect the virus to socialise with everyone in the community. This is the likely reason why the numbers are shooting up exponentially today.

Does Singapore still want to go down this chosen path of living with the virus or stop everything, not just a pause, and take stock of how bad the spread is in the community? This is a drastic measure that takes a tough or mad man to decide. Forget about the economy and opening our famous and beautiful and oversize airport, at least for a couple of weeks. Lock down everything and start mass testing of everyone. Less than 6m people, can be done quickly.

But to do this, a totally new team must replace the existing MTF. The new team members must not be MIW. They all suffered from group think, that it is ok to live with the virus, and mRNA is the saviour vaccine. The new team must be professionals in this field, and do not subscribe to the live with the virus mantra and go for the zero case policy instead. This is a turning point, jumping track, to stop the spread of the virus, not to let the virus party in the community.

Would there be a man tough enough to stop the circus and do something serious, real and proven effective in China and a few other countries? This is a life and death situation. The alternative is not to do anything and go down the chosen path of living with the virus and see cases skyrocketing, death increasing.

What would be the wiser decision to take? We don't have to wait too long to see how disastrous this present path is leading us to. Within 6 months, either hell will break loose or a new status quo of thousands of cases daily becoming a norm.

What do you think? You can bet the scenario and numbers the MTF are simulating and expecting have all gone wrong but they are sticking to their guns, and praying very hard that it would not get worse.

The three stooges heading the MTF reminds me of the Three Stooges speechless comedy, black and white, short movies in the past. Their attitude, thinking and performances are never serious. The aim is to make people laugh, to entertain the VVIP. ie their Paymaster LHL. And trying to sabotage one another in the Race To Premiership, pushing others down so that ownself can be picked as the next PM. At whose expense?

At the lives and limbs of so many oldies, the pioneer citizens who had help built up Singapore to what it is today, for the idiots to enjoy their life, status, power and wealth.

I pray that these ungrateful, heartless and ruthless idiots be punished be the Divine or God and retribution be immediately seen by all of us.

Yesterday, 8 elderly Singaporeans died of Covid-19, with 2,268 new cases - the new Health Minister's gungho method is an utter failure.

The President should initiate a Commission of Inquiry* into the avoidable deaths of Singaporeans that arise from questionable policies, similar to measures already taken in France.

*A commission of inquiry is a tool to enable the investigation of matters of public concern in a public forum other than in an ordinary court. Commissions are aimed at encouraging transparency through fact finding and providing input for future investigation or criminal proceedings, if necessary.

Do you think Milo Dinosaur will initiate this???????????????

With that kind of Minsters leading the fight against the Covid-19 coronavirus, we do not need to have Bio-Terrorists to attack us. They are the inside-job Bio-Terrorists, killing the old folks by using the virus infections as their weapons, a subtle and indirect approach to slow genocide of selected victim targets.

This is a criminal act that should be investigated at the national level by the Intefpol or International Criminal Court.

Alternatively, the Super-paid and much-ado-about everything, yet nothing, President of the Republic of Singapore should step in now and initiate a thorough investigation by calling for a Commission of Inqhiry.

For 19 months now, the Covid-19 situation has been getting from bad to worse, yet the President has not say or done anything to/for the People.

Is she serving the country and people or serving only her Paymaster?

(REUTERS) - At least one long-term Covid-19 symptom was found in 37 per cent of patients three to six months after they were infected by the virus, a large study from Oxford University and the National Institute for Health Research showed on Wednesday (Sept 29).

.. and the PAP 4G Ministers want Singaporeans to live with COVID-19 virus like the common flu . . .

Forget about the Deity in the Istana, as her job is to just sit there and be forgotten. Forget also a Commission of Inquiry, as that would also be formed from ownself chosen ones to protect ownself.

Remember, you can only talk to them using your vote. Vote wisely. Don't wait for them to even cannibalise your vote. The Presidential election teaches us an important lesson - that our votes can be neutralised and we were not even allowed to be counted when choosing a President.

The spread of infections to childcare centres, kindergartens and schools are evident and this looks likely that more drastic steps will come in soon.

If infections keep escalating, I certainly would not bet against another circuit breaker coming our way.

Outside onlookers are saying we have basically been less than successful to show the world that our high vaccination numbers is supporting our ability to 'live with the virus', because we always assume this is what we expect the virus to behave according to our whims and fancies.

Herd immunity has basically been consigned to the rubbish bin. What ideals we have, what great plans we have in place, will not be of use if we cannot tame the virus.

The virus is not an entity that follows rules, take heed of threats, conform to agreements of any kind. No threats of any kind, whether nuclear or hypersonic is effective against them. unlike humans succumbing to bullies subjugating them using those threats. How ironic that a tiny invisible force can control the whole human race, weak and strong and render us hapless.

Living with the virus. Getting to the endemic state is never going to be easy. It's going to look messy as we pull the brakes every now and then until our community is safe. But we'll get there. Just stay united and strong. 💪💪

[As of Tuesday, Singapore has reported a total of 85 deaths from COVID-19 since the beginning of the pandemic. Across the narrow Straits of Johor, neighbor Malaysia counted nearly three times that many on Tuesday alone.
Malaysia has reported 791 COVID-19 deaths per million residents since the start of the pandemic; Singapore only 14.

Singapore’s experience could “serve as a cautionary note” for other governments as they attempt to achieve a balance between “lives versus livelihoods,” said Ooi Peng Lim Steven, a senior consultant with the National Center for Infectious Diseases.

“Cautious reopening with phased periods of heightened alert has proven viable as governments attempt to reopen their economies and put an end to crippling lockdowns,” the epidemiologist said.

“The key to COVID-19 control for any country is to successfully combine vaccinations, sustainable testing, and contact tracing with community hygiene measures and safe distancing into an effective system that works.”]

Commentary: Why China won’t open up after lockdown anytime soon

There’s a reason why China exists inside its own bubble but how long can it hold out as the rest of the world slowly open their borders, asks an observer.

Economically, a return to normal will require China to open its borders. Yet to do so will expose Chinese society to new infections, all without the type of lockdowns that were characteristic of China’s earlier responses to COVID-19.

In the early phase of the pandemic, such mass lockdowns balanced a short-term shock to eradicate the virus against longer-term economic and social costs.

Mass lockdowns are no longer a cost-effective response because most of the rest of the world has accepted living with the long-term presence of the virus.

If China is to shift towards a post-pandemic normal, it will have to accept a greater likelihood of community transmissions than is presently the case. There is no indication that such a scenario is presently acceptable to the Chinese government.

For a long time, we have feared the virus because it was a new disease. But today we know enough of the virus not to fear it. We also have vaccination.
Yes, some people do die from it. These are the ones who suffer from various medical conditions which render their body too weak to deal with a covid infection.

For the vast majority (98%), the disease is very mild, even asymptomatic and rather uneventful. You wouldn't know you are infected if not for testing.
We don't need to be afraid. We just need to be socially responsible.

So what do you do when you do a self-swab and find yourself positive?

No need to rush down to the hospital. No need to go to a clinic even, if you are asymptomatic and feel well. Just self-isolate at home lah.

Why self-isolate? Because you are a responsible person. When you get the flu, you don't go spreading it right? Not because flu is frightening, but just because you are mindful of spreading it to others.

While the disease is mostly mild, we are also mindful of the 0.2% of people who could develop something more serious. This is why we are socially responsible.

Self-isolate for 72 hours. Do another self-swab. If the result is negative. It's all over for you. Hooray! If it's still positive, wait another 24 hours and test again. It's so simple.

Vaccinated people recover in 7 days. In one week, you are fine.

Not fearing the virus does not mean swinging to the other extreme of recklessness.

What we need is to be socially responsible, observe the SMM still in place without being possessed by fear or paranoia.

Once we learn how to handle it when we are infected, we are on our way to greater freedom.

Why talk about China when we are unable to deal with COVID19 in our small little island? We know China was supposed to collapse twenty years ago, according to many observers, and some observers are still waiting for that to happen.

Without opening it's borders, China is still able to chalk up growth of 12.7% in first hald of 2021. Why would China risk disaster now by opening up when the status quo is enough to sustain it's economy? How much growth have those countries that did open up managed to achieve?

China had been isolated before and have survived for 5,000 years. China is now able to produce most of what they need and with it's huge population of people with relatively robust buying power, it will at least be able to survive being isolated by the West, which they know is bound to happen, with the USA provoking all their allies and tail waggers. A century ago, it would have been a totally different scenario altogether.

That is why China built the BRI and is working towards being independent of the West, South Korea, Japan and Taiwan in semiconductor manufacturing and not forever being held hostage. They are also working to improve food production, tame deserts for more land to grow food, develop new energy sources.

I know Singapore is trying to grow food. Rice fields on top of HDB flats? Short of one staple food like rice and we are sunk. We already tasted the difficulty of solving the water issue with our neighbour up North.

Singapore questions top banks on exposure to Evergrande fallout

Singapore’s financial regulator has questioned the nation’s three banks about their exposure to China Evergrande Group, joining other global centers in examining the potential fallout from the property developer’s debt crisis.

The Monetary Authority of Singapore requested the information from the lenders last week, according to people with knowledge of the matter who asked not to be identified because they aren’t authorised to discuss private information. The inquiries were part of MAS’s regular bank monitoring, one of the people said.

While the troubles at Evergrande, with more than US$300 billion of liabilities, happened in China, all three Singapore lenders — DBS Group Holdings Ltd., Oversea-Chinese Banking Corp. and United Overseas Bank Ltd. — have operations on the mainland and in Hong Kong.

Hong Kong’s central bank and the U.S. Federal Reserve have also asked lenders to report their financial commitments to Evergrande, China’s largest issuer of high-yield, dollar-denominated bonds. The developer missed interest payments due last week to at least two of its largest bank creditors, people familiar with the matter have said.

DBS, Singapore’s biggest lender, has no exposure to Evergrande and doesn’t see the crisis as a systemic risk to the region’s banking industry, Chief Executive Officer Piyush Gupta said in a Bloomberg Television interview on Monday.

Evergrande’s impact on other Chinese developers will also be rather limited, based on Singapore’s own assessment, Finance Minister Lawrence Wong said in separate Bloomberg Television interview.

“The question is whether there will be broader spillover effects on the Chinese economy,” said Wong, who is also deputy chairman of the city-state’s financial regulator. “That — we are monitoring closely but overall our assessment remains that China’s economy will still grow strongly this year.”

What has the MSM been doing all these years? Nothing but generating doom and gloom when it comes to talking about China. Anything China does is wrong or disastrous. So much of it, that people who can separate the wheat from the chaff, knows what is the agenda in those reports.

Take this report just days ago that accused the Chinese Government of blocking purchases from Boeing. Even if it is true, what is so wrong or strange about his happening? Did not Trump or the USA been blocking their establishments from dealing with Chinese companies. What about threatening sanctions on US companies like Google among others who tried to deal with Huawei?

We know for a fact that such negative news about China are generated at one particular source and distributed to all the MSM for global consumption. They are funded by the USA Government. US$300 million a year in funding is probably just the tip of the iceberg.

Current there are generally 2 ways of countering Covid19. Followed Eastern Ways like China or Western way like USA

China now adopted zero tolerance and USA now adopted opened tolerance. Current data showed China have less percentage of infections and death rates. China economies are up until burst resulting in shortages of fuels. Some smart Alex with millions dollars salary may be creating the 3rd ways;the combo ways. This may be the cause of the current confused situations. Oldman said: smart is enough don't fake smart(聪明就好不要假聪明). Lol,Stupidity have no cure.

Some experts are already propagating negativity with China's push towards self reliance. They say this is disastrous for China as it stifles innovation in China, by not competing with others outside of China.

You see, when China competes too well with others it is wrong, and like Huawei, has to be reined in. But China, according to them, has to be dependent on others in order to stimulate innovation. But when China did that, they erect all kinds of barriers and obstacles to hold China hostage.

Now that China saw the whole issue and agenda of the West after the Huawei issue, and decides to be self reliant, that is also wrong because they cannot, going forward, have any more handle to hold China hostage. So they are now resorting to generate negative narratives about what China intends to do about moving towards being self reliant and calling it a big mistake.

COVID-19 Singapore: "Living Or Dying With Coronavirus" - A Psychological Warfare Instead Of Healthcare

For those who keep talking about "Living With COVID-19" to brainwash the masses into believing in your dare-devil, kamikaze, harakiri (Japanese style of safeguarding your honour) and self-destruction suicidal concept, you are actually advocating an extremely dangerous and irresponsible way of of indirect genocide without having to shoulder the immense sufferings and ramifications of the people.

I hope you and your families and relatives do not get infected with COVID-19 and die or suffer long-term effects that you will regret. For a start, try to visit the hospitals and see for yourself how people are suffering and maybe also get yourself infected and experience the consequences.

Once bitten, twice shy

Remember all the advice by experts and ministers telling us at the very beginning of the COVID-19 Pandemic:

"DO NOT wear masks when we are well, wear masks only when you are sick"?

All these talks are actually propaganda and psyops talks to bluff small kids. Bluff us once, we are fools. Bluff us twice, you are stupid.

Talks are cheap!

Whoever you are, you are treating people as digits and statistics. Human beings have feelings, emotions and LOVE for their children, parents and grandparents. When a loved one is lost in the family, especially so if he or she was the sole breadwinner of the family, there is immense untold sadness and sorrow. No amount of condolences can console and dissipate those sufferings for a lifetime.

You maybe the millionaire ministers or the Charlie's and Harry's who are well protected and rich enough to afford or have free medical treatments if you or your family members are infected. But not the masses and the less endowed.

From all your attempts at reasoning about "Living With COVID-19", you give the impression that you are either someone who study from books too much until become stupid or you are like a heartless, unfeeling robot that is inhuman and turn destructive.

Whatever the case maybe, stop all your nonsense and start thinking that life is precious. Even only one premature or preventable death is one too many. Otherwise, what is the healthcare system established for? What is the Ministry of Health existing for?

If not to save lives, what are doctors and medical professionals for? Stop playing politics.

Stop The Psychological Warfare!

Stop the Psychological Warfare against your own people! Stop the Psychological Operations to brainwash the people into believing in the suicidal, self-destructive idea of "Living, Suffering and DYING with COVID-19".

For goodness sake, start to take proactive actions. Start mass testing the whole population. Only in this way will you be able to know exactly what is really happening on the ground. You have to know the environment. Otherwise, you are like the four blind men feeling the big white elephant in the room trying to determine how it looks like.

Know the enemy (virus). Know yourself (and your inadequacies and idiosyncrasies). Know the environment. A thousand battles, a thousand victories!

Otherwise, YOU may be committing a heinous crime against humanity?

Wake up before it is too late!

Whatever China does, one thing it cannot do is opening up to normalcy. It affords undesirable elements from carrying out subterfuge now that the virus is causing so much damage in every country. The West would like to see China down on it's knees fighting COVID19. A second chance for that to happen will be catastrophic.

China is and always will be a target for biological terrorism initiated by the West going forward. China already had a taste of that during WW2 by Japan and the Western Powers. It cannot be oblivious of the consequences by letting it's guard down.

The first SARS was also planted by the Americans, and so were the many bird flu and swine fever in China. China is a fairly clean country, many many times cleaner than many countries in Africa, South and South East Asia, why did all the swine fever and bird flu happened in China and not in less clean countries? It happened so many times. This would ring a bell.

The evil Americans have many bio and chem labs all over the world. Doing what?

If China renovated the Wuhan Lab, the sky will fall. Accusations will come fast and furious that China is indeed guilty and is trying to cover up by getting rid of evidence. No need for the Western MSM to start their frenzied reporting, I can predict what they will say.

The thing is the USA thinks the rest of the world is silly not to see through their covering up action. But of course they have their other facilities to generate new evidence to stick their bill on Wuhan by hook or by crook.

Latest evidence generated includes accusation that the Chinese scientist were planning to release the virus in bat caves. The Chinese could be accused of trying to kill Batman! LOL. Why the dickens would the Chinese do it inside China, and not follow the USA by doing such dirty deeds in other countries?

Going forward they will come out with more fantastic stories, written by expert scriptwriters, paid by the USA. What is next will be even more interesting and ridiculous than ever. You can bet on it!
