The Long March-5B Y4 carrier rocket that is commissioned to ferry the China Space Station Mengtian laboratory module into orbit, has safely arrived at the Wenchang Space Launch Site in South China's Hainan Province.

The Long March-5B Y4 rocket will carry out general assembly work at the launch pad and other testing work together with the Mengtian module that arrived earlier.

China is gearing up to complete the building of the country's first space station with the Mengtian - third and last part for the basic three-module T structure and the second lab module following Wentian module - to be launched and connected to the current space station combination in October this year.

Compared with the Wentian module that was launched in July and hosting experiments with focus on the study of space life sciences, the Mengtian module will be oriented to microgravity scientific research and is equipped with experimental cabinets for fluid physics, materials science, combustion science, basic physics and space technology experiments.

Mengtian also has a payload airlock, allowing the station's small robotic arm to take science payloads and install them on an experiment platform on the module's exterior.

The Mengtian will also carry the world's first Space-Based Cold Atomic Clock system consisting of a hydrogen clock, a rubidium clock and an optical clock. If successful, this Clock will not lose even a single second in space time travel.

Indians failed to take over control of the United Kingdom

The bold and audacious attempt by an Indian immigrant to seize control of the diminished British Empire fizzled out as expected. Within a small circle environment, it would be quite easy for a few Indian MPs to win over a few in the group to come up as the top dog. But once the voting is thrown to a wider circle, the probability for success fell. It would even go lower if it is a general election. The British are still die hard white supremacists and would never tolerate an Indian PM strutting in and out of Buckingham Palace to have audience with the Queen and rubbing shoulders with the royal family.

The fantasy of an Indian PM for the UK turned out to just another wet dream. It was a great feeling to think that this was possible. It may be easier done in a small island like Singapore when the majority of the population is bananas, not Chinese. In the context of Singapore, with the non Chinese, especially the Indians having a natural tendency to want an Indian PM, and the colour blind bananas rooting for it in the name of meritocracy, the probability is very, very high when such a situation presents itself here.

Liz Truss is the new PM of the UK, a Margaret Thatcher wannabe, still thinking and believing she is the PM of the British Empire and spreading vitriol generously against big powers like Russia and China. In her state of delusion and grandeur, she is going to lead the Disunited Kingdom to a confrontation with Russia and China with embarrassing consequences. But that outcome is natural justice for the evil British Empire that wrote in their history books without shame or guilt that invading and colonising countries are their birth right and nothing to do with right or wrong, with human rights and democracy for the natives to choose to rule themselves. This white men's lie of white supremacy would be a score to be settled, and who would be better than Little Truss to offer UK to be on the chopping block?

Yes, the Brits are glad that UK has not be taken over by the Indians. But in Truss they trust and thinking she would lead them to better days ahead, like Trump or Biden leading America to be great again. The realities of world politics would not be so kind to little Britain in the years to come when all wrongs would have to be righted and all debt would have to be paid in kind, with interest.

Little Truss would have to pay the debt of Britain just like Elizabeth II returning all the lands stolen by Elizabeth I. The final curtain of the British Empire would end the same way as all Empires. Britain would be returned to its normal self, a piece of rock in the Atlantic Ocean, nothing more, nothing less.

The Indians would be in a better position for another attempt to retake the UK after Little Truss has done her damage, and UK would likely be just left with Little Britain or England. As they said, half a loaf is better than none.

PS. Scottish First Minister Nicola Sturgeon has claimed that the incoming UK Prime Minister Liz Truss could turn out to be “a disaster not only for Scotland but for all of the UK....Sturgeon said talk about blocking a referendum or “gerrymandering the rules” was a sign of “fundamental weakness.”” RT.

The Shanghai Cooperation Organization

After 20 years, though it began as an attempt at cooperation between five-Russian led post-Soviet states and an emerging China, the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) has become a major global institution, representing close to half of the world’s population.

This September 15-16, the annual submit will be held at Samarkand, one of the ancient centers of human civilization. Its priorities include

1) Strengthening the SCO’s capabilities in assuring regional security and stability;

2) Promoting friendship and good-neighborliness;

3) Raising its global profile;

4) Countering threats in the information and ideological spheres;

5) Expanding parliamentary links;

6) Energizing economic interaction;

7) Enhancing connectivity;

8) Intensifying cultural and humanitarian contacts; and

9) Raising the general effectiveness of the organisation and its mechanisms.

NATO’s new strategic concept adopted last June in Madrid describes Russia as the most significant and direct threat, and China – for the first time – as an enemy to Western security, interests and values. As a result, the international community has moved visibly closer to a Cold War division between the two camps in an intensifying rivalry over the World Order.

Moreever, China and India, as well as India and Pakistan, all view one another as major security threats.

Despite such diversity and complexity, the SCO, at the start of its third decade, is not only still in business, but is steadily getting more active and becoming more attractive to others.

In 2001, it started at six; after 2017, the membership expanded to eight, with another 20 countries or so listed as observers, dialogue partners, or in the process of joining. Iran’s inclusion this year is spurring the interest of Turkey and a number of Arab countries, notably the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and Qatar.

The SCO community could potentially include much of the Eurasian continent between Belarus and Cambodia.

In fact, the SCO’s lack of a single leader; its consensus-based decision-making procedures; its emphasis on national sovereignty and non-interference is a welcome contrast to the US-dominated NATO or like-minded groups such as the G7.

What can the SCO actually give its members, observers, and partners? The general answer is:

Security in their mutual relations and stability across the continent.

In details, what does membership entails?

1) Membership provides for a means to prevent or manage conflicts. It provides a unique platform for regular high-level contacts between one party and another.

2) Anti-terrorist cooperation is another obvious aspect.

3) Economic development has been a feature of the key areas of SCO cooperation. China’s Belt and Road Initiative has been followed by the North-South corridor linking Russia, Iran, the Arab countries, and India.

4) Peace could be cemented by restoring connectivity within the region and its links to the north and the south. The unraveling of ‘Chimerica’ and the EU-Russia decoupling in the wake of the Ukraine war signal the replacement of globalization with regionalization.

5) Western economic sanctions imposed on Russia have opened the market wider to Asian and Middle Eastern investments to pour into Russia.

6) A new impetus for Eurasian interaction has been created in the post-Ukraine environment by the seizure by Evil USA of half of Russia’s currency reserves. The central issue here is that of the reliability of the US dollar-based global financial system. Increasingly, national currencies of the SCO member states and observers, such as the Chinese yuan, the Indian rupee, the Turkish lira, the Iranian riel, as well as the Russian ruble are being used in trade between these countries. In parallel, national payment systems of these and other countries are becoming connected, allowing them to conduct transactions directly, rather than through the Evil USA and its Allies. Therein lies the beginning of a new international financial system which is free from diktat by a monstrous hegemonic Evil.

7) The sanctions imposed on Iran, and now on Russia, could in the future be slapped on other nations that find themselves in conflict with the Evil USA.

8) The international system is going through a deep crisis which will take a long time to resolve. While the future of the world order is being decided in the ongoing major power competition, a practical way of altering the situation to better serve the interests of the growing number of autonomous players is through developing organizations such as the SCO – independent, non-hegemonic, and inclusive.

In time to come, the SCO could become a model for the 21st century World Order in the World’s most important freedom of choice!

Ukraine - The most intriguing plot scripted by the divine

 Many still could not fathom how intriguing and ingenious is this Ukraine War. How could it happen, how could it be?  How could the white men be plotting to eliminate each other? It is so inconceivable that this could ever happen. The likely script should be Europe or the Americans warring against China, with Taiwan playing the role of Ukraine, to bring down China in a war of attrition. That should be the plot, a man made plot for white supremacy and dominance over the rest of the world.

In the Ukraine War, the rest of the world, including many silly Asian and Asean countries could take comfort in being neutral. It is fought in Europe, far far away, the white men against men. None of our business. No need to take sides. What would it be if it was the US plus the West against China, say over Taiwan?  Would some silly Asian or Asean states take the side of the white men?

Many silly Asian and Asean countries would find it tempting and attractive to be on the side of the West, their former colonial masters, to take on China. Many have not been able to shrug off the yoke of colonialism, their love affair with their colonial masters, the 'generous and magnanimous' power that ruled them with kindness and compassion. They have forgotten about the massacres, looting and raping of their countries and people. And many have read the western scripts and literature, and came to accept as second nature, the narrative that China is the enemy, the monster, the aggressor, waiting to invade them and rule over them some time in the future. Not the white men. It is ok for the white men to rule over them, no atrocities, no massacres, no genocides, because they never read them in the white men's books. So all these evil and wicked things did not happen. They did not know, did not want to know.

The white men did not exploit them, did not steal their wealth. The white men came to educate them and to civilise them. The white men conquered and ruled over them, and now to protect them from being ruled by China, a fictitious devil lurking in the shadow, in all the bedside stories, to frighten the unthinking and infantile Asian and Asean countries. If you don't behave, don't listen to the white men, China would come and take over your country.

So, if the plot is the West versus China, it would be very easy for some silly Asian and Asean countries to take sides against China, to be on the good side, the white men side.

Thank God, the plot does not involved China for the West to repeat their lies about China as the aggressive and expansionist country. And the rest of the world, including China, can either choose to be with Russia or be neutral. Let the show go on, in far away Europe, let the white men sought out their problems, and if they want to kill and get rid of each other, let it be. The Asian and Asean countries have been spared the agony of having to choose between China and the kind and loving West, the saviour of the conquered and colonised countries, all so blessed to be colonised and ruled by the West and so thankful and grateful for the experience.

Come, come and rule us again with your wisdom and kindness and benevolence. At least the Hong Kongers are saying so. We love to be free under the rule of white men, under white men's rules based order, we love democracy and white men'a selective human rights. Nevermind if we were your colonies and called you masters. Please come and rule us, we feel so good and so confidence that you will treat us fairly and nicely. We would be safe from being ruled by China, so frightening thought, it would be a nightmare. China is a threat, China is a threat, be frightened of China, hide under the bed. End of bedtime story.

Some people would never wake up from their infantile fantasy.

PS. The world should take note of this AngloSaxon scheme, creating an enemy and getting others to fight their created enemu, in this case Russia and using all the dumb Europeans to fight and die while they shout from far away and to sell them weapons. 

The same plot and narrative would be used in Taiwan and other parts of the world, with China, Iran, North Korea or some Latin American or African state as the enemy. Asean and Asian states would be dragged into the war with China if the AngloSaxons have their way and Asean and Asian leaders are silly enough to be their cannon fodder.

When the ISS failed, should Russia or China be made responsible to save the American astronauts?

When the ISS breaks down and astronauts are trapped inside, the Americans would have to depend on SpaceX, Russia and China to conduct the rescue mission. If SpaceX for whatever reasons cannot supple the rockets for the mission, the Americans are going to make demands that the Russians or Chinese must do it to save the American or international astronauts.

The Americans would cry father and cry mother that it becomes the responsibility of Russia and China to rescue their trapped astronauts, just like starting the Ukraine War and putting the responsibility on China to stop the war. This is playbook 101 for the irresponsible Americans. They know that they are risking the lives of all the astronauts in the ISS but still want to put up a show that all its well, keep on sending astronauts to the ISS knowing very well that any moment, yes any moment, it would fail to function and the astronauts would be trapped inside and could possibly die.

Then they would curse the Russians and Chinese for not wanting to save them and blame them for being irresponsible. This is going to happen soon, whether real or planned, that the ISS would fail and a big anti Russia and anti China narrative would be launched, that Russia and China are irresponsible for not wanting to save the American astronauts.

Why should it be the responsibility of Russia or China to save them when the Americans insist on taking the risk knowing very well that it is likely to happen? Why should Russia and China be responsible to provide backup rockets to save the Americans when they have nothing to do with the reckless American adventurism?

Whether it is a real emergency or fake emergency, Russia and China must not fall into this American dead trap and accept the responsibility to save the American astronauts. Let them pay for their own folly, arrogance and irresponsibility.
