This is almost similar to the days of the Hi-Fi era, where Japanese brands were churning out 1500 watts PMOP (peak music power output) monsters. Every Hi-Fi maker was trying to out-watt everyone else by selling Hi-Fi sets based on this hype. They actually mean nothing, just producing louder noise. Most people were sold on this mantra that never lasted.
Having said that, the chip industry is also going to face the same outcome.

When the USA starts to impose sanctions or ban Chinese made technologies, you can bet they are losing the competition. This is the only way for the USA to fight back - sanctioning, banning, using National Security reasons, bad mouthing, accusing others of stealing.
Who is the biggest thief in the history of the world? The Anglo-Saxon Whites are without a doubt most outstanding - stealing whole continents from the Native American Indians, stealing resources from countries they colonized, stealing their historical artifacts and putting them on show in their museums. They even went to the extent of stealing young Black Africans to works as slaves in their mines, construct their railroads and toiling in their cotton fields. What things they sold then to others are all the products of forced labor. Now, they claim they are angels and accusing others of doing the same.
Dumb coloured people are not supposed to know the truth. And unthinking brain dead Anglophiles will be very angry with people telling these truths and exposing their stupidity.
You dumb coloured people out there, America, Canada, Australia, NZ and all the lands outside Europe that are occupied by white men belong to the white men.
