The West keeps flogging the dead horse that China makes
things that cannot be compared to what they made in the West. From
consumer products to weapons, China is always singled out as producing
junks and garbage and stealing technology from the West or copying from
them.
Now, if that is so, how was China able to build its own
space station just as an example? China did not even have the
opportunity to steal the space station technology, because China was
banned from setting foot on the International Space Station, right.
China
now also dominates EV production and if China is copying from the West,
how could the West now be lagging behind China and cannot keep up with
all the innovations. A country in front cannot be said to be copying
from one lagging behind, right. That is just logic and cannot be that
difficult to understand.
A further eye-opening situation that the
USA and its stooges must be made aware of is in high-speed rail
construction technology, which China is now the de-facto leader. What
did China steal in terms of this sector, when the USA is nothing close
to a high-speed rail country to speak of, with technology worth
stealing.
Moreover, if China is that backward technologically
speaking, compared to the USA and the West, how is it possible that
China is filing more patents in technology and engineering than the USA
and the West. Who is kidding who? Huawei alone has more patents to its
name than any of the other telecommunication giants of the West. China
is now moving into 6G adoption, while the USA and the West are stuck
with half past 4G problems and still dismantling Huawei 5G relay
stations.

I just bought a Chinese TV to replace my dying Sony. The Chinese TV was a quarter of the price of an equivalent Japanese or Korean TV. And the build quality is excellent. Gone are the days when Chinese products are low quality.
It took only 40 years for China to turn its products into highly desired high quality goods and still at a very affordable price.
Made in China now spells quality, from EV cars, high speed trains, household consumer goods, electronics, mobile phones, 5G, space station, apparels, etc etc. Countries wanting to build roads, bridges, infrastructure would find China the first choice for quality, speed and price.
Truth be told, I bought a Lenovo AIO desktop computer, and it lasted about eight years, with only one repair needed for a faulty mouse software. Lenovo is a Chinese technology company founded in 1984 originally known as Legend. It acquired IBM's personal computer business in 1999, including the ThinkPad laptop label.
I have also bought, since the mid 1990s onwards, a couple of desktops made by several well know names like HP and Acer. Most of them lasted no more than five years, which I understand were already beyond the norm. I have now been using another Lenovo AIO which I bought in late 2023.
This is not a made-up story or CCP paid propaganda, LOL.
While price and quality are important, speed is crucial. How many stories have we read about years of delay in the west, and decades of delay in India!!!
China is now telling its manufacturing entities that USA made chips are to be avoided and not safe. This is telling, and a game changing move by China that is going to affect USA chipmakers and those foreign semiconductor entities like TSMC, Samsung and others having manufacturing facilities in the USA.
China is a big market for chip makers. The loss of this market is detrimental for foreign chipmakers doing business with China. High-end chips are only a fraction of their business with China, that the USA is banning. For other legacy chips, this sounds like the death knell for them. China is now confidently able to provide the alternative supply chain. Otherwise, China will not be so decisive in making this decision and warning domestic manufacturing to avoid USA chips altogether.
For EVs, solar panels, wind turbines and consumer products, legacy chips are sufficient to power them. No big deal which China is not able to overcome.
I was astonished to read that there are more than a hundred EV makers in China today. That is truly madness and unbelievable if true. Making a car is no small effort, which we have seen in Malaysia. It is not as simple as issuing a COE that costs as much as a car, that the Government is able to collect with just a piece of paper and some ink.
