Just to add why must Singaporeans declared that they have no private properties prior applying the BTO flats?
Ok ok fair enough you have private properties to able to reside and yet you wanted to have one so called "cheng hoo choo" cheep cheep one ah as subsidised by the Government so that you can rent or lease out your private properties so that they shall be self paying the mortage and in time to come wow low eh became my fully paid assets ah!
