European companies fleeing to China

Not only is BASF going to China, others like Volkswagen and Mercedes are following behind as well.

The USA had created this energy crisis in Europe and wanted to benefit from it for two main reasons. They wanted Europe to be permanently dependant on them for energy instead of Russia. Germany in particular is realising that cheap energy from Russia is now a thing of the past, and relying on the expensive gas from the USA is going to hollow out their industrial base.

The bombing of the Nord Stream pipelines, which they knew were the work of the USA, though they never openly said so, is the straw that broke Germany's back. They know that the USA is out to make sure Russia does not have any chance of providing any more cheap oil and gas to Europe by destroying the pipelines.

The other reason is that the USA had been presuming that the hollowing out of industries in Germany and elsewhere in Europe is going to benefit them, hoping that such de-industrialisation in Germany and Europe will push car manufacturers and others to invest in the USA. That did not happen and is not happening, as German companies are choosing China for it's cheap energy, low inflation and fair joint ventures, apart from lower wages than if they were to move to the USA.

So, the USA is making one mistep after another. The sanctions on Russian oil and gas is hurting Europe, their allies, more than Russia, and hitting their economy badly, while reaping in all the benefits of selling expensive LNG to them. The Europeans are crying foul.

Now, instead of attempting to push European investors to the USA using the energy crisis to decimate them, the result is that China is going to be the main benficiary of all the dirty tactics used by the USA. That is exactly the same result with oil and gas, with China, India and Saudi Arabia benefiting tremendously from highly discounted Russia oil. To add insult to injury, China, India and Saudi Arabia are reselling Russian LNG to Europe and laughing all the way to the bank.

UK involved in Nord Stream 2 'terrorist attack' – Russia (RT)

Units of the British Navy were involved in a terrorist attack which destroyed the key Nord Stream gas pipelines, the Russian Defence Ministry revealed on Saturday. The ministry said that Royal Navy operatives took part in planning, supporting and implementing the plot to blow up the infrastructure in September.

That happened when NATO was conducting a military exercise during the summer, close to the location where the undersea explosions occurred. NATO conducted military drills not far from Bornholm, which featured intensive use of deep-sea equipment.

The pipes have been damaged by a remotely detonated underwater explosive device - mines lowered to the seabed, or explosives dropped from a boat or planted by an undersea drone.

We cannot discount the fact that the USA was closely involved. The Brits provided the logistics, the USA designed the plot. This is evident from the mouth of Biden before the blast, tweets from the ex Polish Foreign Minister and gloating comments from Blinken after the attacks. It all fits in. Using the Brits to conduct their proxy sabotage does not excuse them from blame.

What was the motive that the Brits have in destroying the pipelines? The Brits are not pushing to sell oil and gas to Europe in vast quantities, or in other words, trying to upend the Russians by highjacking the European oil and gas market. Not in a thousand years can they pretend to be able to do that. In fact, if Scotland leaves the UK, Little Britain itself will lose their hold on North Sea oil. That is why they are seriously enacting laws to ensure Scotland cannot, in any way, leave the UK.

But the USA does have that sinister motive of taking over the energy market in Europe. Making Europe dependent on them for oil and gas, instead of Russia, gives them absolute control over Europe and support their agenda to confront Russia on it's doorstep, and affords the USA continued troop presence in Europe. Failing which, they can then always use the energy weapon to bargain with the EU going forward. Nothing more is needed to support their sinister dirty tricks.

When the USA comes out with new ideas and rules, it is always the intention of using them as weapons when the time comes.

Does the US$ usage as the global reserve currency and the SWIFT system not testimony to this?

Therefore, be aware of their evil designs in using their so called 'Rules Based International Law' hubris to overturn UN International Law.

Latest report is that BMW is also moving it's UK operations to China.

The UK is not unaffected by de-industrialisation now consuming Europe. Now the Brits, although out of the EU, are also getting blowback for supporting the USA in sanctioning Russia and facing high energy cost as well. And with inflation still soaring, companies are realising that staying in the UK or Europe is not sustainable without cheap Russian energy.

If it goes on like this, Europe and the UK are toast.
