So, all the time they have been asking China to stop it's zero COVID policy and open it's doors widely. What is the agenda? Get ready for a second release? Not in China this time surely.

President Joe Biden on Monday signed a national security memorandum to fight illegal fishing, part of pledged efforts to help countries combat alleged violations by fishing fleets, including those of China.
The White House said in a statement that it would also launch an alliance with Canada and the United Kingdom to “take urgent action” to improve monitoring, control, and surveillance in the fight against illegal, unreported and unregulated (IUU) fishing.
This memorandum on fishing is their way to say they are now in control of the oceans and the seas and they would say who can fish and who cannot fish. They are the empire and they would arrest people for fishing in areas they did not approve.
