RIO DE JANEIRO: Brazil's health regulator said on Monday (Nov 10) it had suspended clinical trials of a Chinese-developed COVID-19 vaccine after an "adverse incident" involving a volunteer recipient, a blow for one of the most advanced vaccine candidates.
The regulator, Anvisa, said in a statement it had "ruled to interrupt the clinical trial of the CoronaVac vaccine after a serious adverse incident" on Oct 29....
CoronaVac has been caught up in a messy political battle in Brazil, where its most visible backer has been Sao Paulo Governor Joao Doria, a top opponent of far-right President Jair Bolsonaro.
Bolsonaro has meanwhile labeled it the vaccine from "that other country," and pushed instead for a rival vaccine developed by Oxford University and pharmaceutical firm AstraZeneca. AFP
The above report smell like a rat. The Bolsonaro govt has been anti China and out to condemn the Chinese vaccine. Now they claimed this spurious cannot be told 'adverse incident' to stop the trial of CoronaVac in Brazil that is supported by Sao Paulo Governor Joao Doria.
Who would have special vested interest to want to stop or slow down the progress of CoronaVac so that their own vaccines can move ahead? Has someone ordered Bolsonaro to act against CoronaVac?
This evil man in the same make as Trump would be a criminal if he deliberately sabotaged the vaccine trial by a hoax incident to stop the trial. The CoronaVac has been on trial in several countries and no adverse incident has been reported and suddenly this so called 'adverse incident' in Brazil to cut it down, like cutting down Huawei.
If this is the truth, Bolsonaro must be condemned as a wicked man, going against the interest of Brazilians and humanity as the vaccine is to save life and should not be politicised and becomes a victim of evil politics. Brazil has nearly 6m infections and desperately waiting for a vaccine. Bolsonaro could be condemning the Brazilians from a vaccine by his reckless and irresponsible act.
Should wait for the reports of trials in other countries to prove that this is all a black ops and you know who is behind it. No need to second guess as the competitor is an American candidate, AstraZeneca that had gone through a few bad patches earlier. Someone is trying to slow down the progress of Chinese vaccines to favour the American vaccine, like what they had done to Huawei.
The evil whites would try all ways to stop the progress of Chinese vaccines and to promote their own vaccines. They can hype and lie about how good are their white vaccines. The test is in the pudding. The quality and truth of which vaccine is better would be put to test when they are eventually used. Fake vaccines can never be faked for long, and many innocent people could be killed by them. This is a life and death matter and no fakes is allowed to endanger the lives of the innocents.
Evil men would deserve their justice in a matter of time, just like Trump and his gangsters.
PS. Watch this observation of mine. If the cheating West is condemned to decline, the vaccines they are gloating about would turn out to be poison or ineffective, like hydroxychloroquine and remdesivir.
China would continue to use its own vaccines and would show the world how effective they are, just like how effective China contained the spread of Covid19 in China while the West failed miserably and lost control, being overwhelmed by the virus.
The West can continue to refuse to talk about Chinese vaccines, ignoring them, silencing them, badmouthing and even smearing them. Only time will tell and when they would have to go down on their knees to beg for Chinese vaccines.

A "serious adverse event" that led Brazil's health authorities to halt clinical trials of a Chinese-developed Covid-19 vaccine was not related to the vaccine trial itself, the director of Brazil's Butantan biomedical institute said on Tuesday (10 Nov 2020).
Pfizer claims that its vaccine is 90% safe. This is a company's commercial claim and yet to be verified by independent scientific data.
On the other hand, the Chinese vaccine is verified as safe by an independent agency, the Brazilian Butantan Institute.
Trump blocks transfer of power to Biden and replaced top Pentagon officials with loyalists. He is preparing for declaration of a State of Emergency in order to exercise emergency powers to take full control of the country and suspend the US Constitution, like Hitler of Germany before World War II.

The US so-called "democratic" elections system is actually plagued with very serious unsolvable perennial problems.
Below is an excerpt from China Daily that depicts the problems with the US Elections System.

While Biden said that, "I've always believed we can define America in one word: Possibilities" his upbeat interpretation of those possibilities maybe a tad over-optimistic.
Although he spoke of seeking unity and that part of the mandate given by the American people was "They want us to cooperate". The vote tallies for the two candidates and their respective makeup show that the unity he spoke of is likely to prove more easily said than realized. But achieving both stability and the effective control is vital in the development of useable quantum systems.
It takes very little environmental interference to disturb a quantum state and therefore cause a catastrophic loss of information.
The same is true of the US, where the supposition of all the different demands is not just a grouping of abstract yearnings, but rather the premise for the behavior of the system.
The supposition in effect stores and processes information about the future functioning of the system.
With Trump's supporters gathering in state capitals at the weekend echoing his unsubstantiated accusations of election fraud, with chants of "Stop the steal" and "This isn't over", if the nation is to secure some stability, the "coalition" that the Biden campaign put together against Trump campaign's opposing forces, "the broadest and most diverse in history", is going to have to become even broader and more diverse.
Biden will probably have to do something similar to scientists wanting to prolong the stability of quantum systems. To do so, they get the systems to tune out the noise.
As postdoctoral researcher Kevin Miao of the University of Chicago explained of a recent breakthrough that prolongs their stability up to 10,000 times, "It's like sitting on a merry-go-round with people yelling all around you. When the ride is still, you can hear them perfectly, but if you're rapidly spinning, the noise blurs into the background."
The US is going to have to get more people onto the merry-go-round and keep it turning if it is to solve its differential equation."

Death Of Another Dictator
Bahrain’s prime minister Sheikh Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa quashed repeated opposition unrest in almost half a century in office and was a fierce critic of the Arab Spring, saying it had brought Arabs only “death, chaos and destruction”.
The world’s longest-serving prime minister, Sheikh Khalifa died on Wednesday (11 Nov 2020) in Mayo Clinic hospital in the United States.
Running Bahrain day-to-day since 1971, Sheikh Khalifa was seen for decades as the dominant personality in the government, a foe of Iran, friend of Saudi Arabia and defender of the state’s Al Khalifa dynasty.
Reviled by the mainly Shi’ite Muslim opposition as a leading barrier to reform in the Sunni-ruled kingdom, Sheikh Khalifa advocated a tough response to public protest that saw thousands of opposition activists jailed. Critics say many were tortured or mistreated in detention, a charge Bahrain strongly denies.
Prime Minister since Bahrain’s independence from Britain, Sheikh Khalifa, 84, the uncle of King Hamad, routinely dismissed the opposition’s description of him as the man most responsible for recurrent deadlock in political reform efforts.
In response to a remark that he had served an unusually long time, he told the magazine: “So what? Democratic systems are very different ... Why can’t we also be different?”
Bahrain, an ally of fellow Sunni monarchy Saudi Arabia and home to the U.S. Fifth Fleet, has seen periodic unrest since mostly Shi’ite demonstrators took to the streets in February 2011 to call for greater democracy. Many also called for Sheikh Khalifa’s resignation.
Bahrain athorities quelled the 2011 protests and accused Shi’ite Gulf power Iran of stirring up the unrest -- a charge Tehran and the opposition deny. Sheikh Khalifa said those who called for violence in Bahrain were terrorists backed by Iran and Lebanon’s Iran-backed Hezbollah, charges they denied.
The Bahrain opposition complains of discrimination against Shi’ites in areas such as work and public services, and demands a constitutional monarchy with a government chosen from within a democratically-elected parliament.
Khalifa’s stern response to pro-democracy protests in Bahrain in 2011 -- and criticism of similar unrest across the Arab world -- underlined what for many was the defining characteristic of his career, namely a stalwart defence of dynastic rule.
An international inquiry said in November 2011 that 35 people died in Bahrain’s revolt. The dead were mainly protesters but included five security personnel and seven foreigners.
Following the uprising, mass trials became commonplace and scores of people were imprisoned including leading opposition figures and human rights activists. Many others fled abroad.
Critics said the prime minister bore some responsibility for security force abuses in 2011 alleged by rights groups, because these appeared to be systematic behaviour by the state.
Reconciliation talks between the authorities and the opposition failed to defuse tensions, and mistrust between the opposition and the Al Khalifa remains high.
In 2016 a court dissolved the main Shi’ite opposition group al-Wefaq, accusing it of helping to foster violence and terrorism, in an escalation of a crackdown on dissent.
A turning point in Sheikh Khalifa’s career came with Iran’s 1979 revolution, led by Shi’ite clerics seen by Bahrain and other Gulf states as expansionist firebrands out to weaken rival Sunni powers, in particular Bahrain with its Shi’ite majority.
But in the 1980-1988 Iran-Iraq war, Bahrain maintained good ties with both countries despite the discovery of what Bahrain said a pro-Iranian coup attempt in 1981, and another in 1986.
As prime minister, Sheikh Khalifa ran daily affairs of state under the late Emir Sheikh Isa bin Salman Al Khalifa, who died in 1999, and under his successor King Hamad.
He stood firm against a four-year bout of unrest by Shi’ites in 1994, sending thousands of activists to jails. The protests, demanding political and economic reforms, abated in 1998.
The USA broke all record with over 200K COVID19 infections in a single day. This is unheard of. Now it looks like the projection of 400K deaths by year end for the USA is not an impossibility.
Ladies and gentlemen, with the US election in chaos, this must be the sign that the evil empire is breaking up. The USA had been advocating and teaching many countries to be transparent and above board in holding elections, and accusing some of fraud. Now it looks like the USA is itself unable to even hold a proper clean and transparent election.

Now Trump has opened 'Pandora's Box', perhaps knowing the dark secret, and the USA is trying to cover it's own backside under scrutiny by the whole world, with Putin, Xi, Kim and the like looking on with sinister laughter.
Now, a reality check on the Pfizer vaccine says it must be stored well below freezing point or -17 degrees centigrade. That is a tall order for poor countries to comply with. Buying the vaccine is one thing. Storing it is another.
Hope Trump be successful in his legal battles to get the Republican Dominated Supreme Court to side with him and overturns the Presidential Election's results in his favor, to help him steal the Presidency forever and ever.
With the US's highly politicalised Supreme Court on his side, as well as the Military and the Intelligence community tightly under his control, he can now change the US political system to that of a Dictatorship of a single party (the Republicans) like Singapore's PAP, North Korea's Workers' Party, Vietnam's CPV or China's CCP.
After that, Trump should find excuses to ban all other political parties, or relegate them into powerless side-kicks like the numerous weak and ineffective opposition parties in Singapore's political scene for the last 55 years.
In US politics of the highest order, "Non-Corruption" means Supreme Court judges can show favor, fear and ill-will in the exercising of their fiduciary responsibilities.
Once Joe Biden is deprived of his hard-fought and hard-earned newly acquired presidency, after 3 attempts and after spending billions of dollars, what do you think the Democrats will be doing in response to Trump's greatest crime of stealing the US Presidency by foul means?

(Reuters) - Anthony Fauci, director of the U.S. National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, on Wednesday said it would be challenging to distribute vaccines that use messenger RNA based technology in developing countries, owing to their cold storage requirements.
The comments come days after Pfizer Inc said its experimental COVID-19 vaccine is more than 90% effective based on initial trial results and that it expects to file for U.S. emergency authorization this month.
The vaccine candidate uses synthetic messenger RNA to activate the immune system against the virus and needs to be kept at minus 70 degrees Celsius (-94 F) or below.

In the West, human rights and democracy is more important than lives lost. Trump's supporters are against mask wearing and some EU countries are following suit. That is why infections are ballooning in the EU as well.
Now the USA is stuck between a rock and a hard place. In the initial stages they called China's lockdown draconian, against human rights and cruel. Now if they follow strictly what China has done to control the outbreak, it will be slapping their own faces. And so the infections have now gone ballistic. Who pays? Not Trump! Not the vaccine makers, who are waiting to reap in the dough if it gets more widespread with the infections. That is why the cost of medication in the USA has gone through the roof and with it insurance premiums.
Never have I seen Karma works so fast, so furiously and so rightly.
Trump does not care about the wall and what it was supposed to do. What is important is how much money Trump and his family and cronies made from the wall fiasco is anybody's guess. But you can be sure there is more to it why he is so anxious to have the wall built. It is another money raking opportunity for Trump and his family.
