Patnaik is not going away

The main media is also dabbling in this Patnaik saga. Guess where they are coming from. It was reported that there are two camps on this episode, some finding the employer’s action too harsh and some disagreed.

I can think of a few camps and their views according to their vested interests and their backgrounds and their agenda. For the foreigners here, especially the Indians, their stand needs no introduction. They would be in the same boat if they have done the same and therefore would like Patnaik to be handled with tender loving care. Too harsh, a counseling and warning would do. Understandable.
In the Singaporean camp two groups stood up. The PGs or older Singaporeans, brought up with the idea of nation building, built the nation, served NS the hard way, raising the flag every morning, would not take kindly to any disrespectful acts against the country and flag. Their stand is that the sacking is appropriate, nothing more, nothing less. To them Singapore is a country, a home for Singaporeans they were taught and trained to protect and defend.

The younger generations, the millennia, are likely to look at things differently. These young people have had a good life, never experience hard times and how tough and painful it was to build a new country that they can call home and for their children. They inherited a country built by their parents and grandparents. And after years of being subject to brain washing, that foreigners are talents and here to help them, as long as they have their hamburgers and night outs and good time, nothing will shake them. Even if a million foreigners are brought into this island they would not see anything wrong with it.

In the Patnaik case, so what, small matter lah, don’t over react. Buy him a beer and all will be well. They did not call this generation the marsh mellow, or strawberry or whatever generation for nothing. Life is good and fun. They have not got into the cauldron of fire. There is no fire in their belly.

Patnaik is just having a bit of fun as far as the millenia are concerned. What flag? Just a harmless act lah. They could not see the importance of a national flag and its symbolism. They may use it as a table cloth or a mat to sit on, just a piece of cloth. The trampling and burning of a nation's flag is a very serious matter.

What about those people that everyday tell you how good the foreigners are and treating the foreigners like their darlings, calling them locals? Be nice to them, bring them into your homes, they are very nice people, never commit crimes? Be careful of this group of people. Don’t make them angry. They cannot be trifled with especially when you are unkind to their darlings, the so called locals.

Let’s closed this chapter quickly and move on.

PS. Is Patnaik still in Singapore? His PR still not revoked and looking for another job here? What about the rest that did the same thing? Only one scapegoat?

Patnaik's action cannot be condoned. This cobra must be defanged as an example to all like-minded foreigners. Our NS men were trained to defend nation and flag. No compromise. Imagine if a Singaporean ripped off an Indian flag to reveal a Singapore flag. He will be lynched by an Indian mob. Patnaik is lucky that he was punished in a civilised manner.

It is useless to tell the younger generation the differences between the first generation leaders and the subsequent 2G and 3G leaders. They think the PAP today is the same as the PAP of old. Far from it, as the daughter of Eddie Barker already told us, which is just one example.

The PG, on the other hand, have lived through all the generation of leaders and they know who really cares for the nation and not their pockets. The young only knows and enjoyed the prosperity brought about and made possible by the first generation of leaders. They are so used to the good life and have taken all this for granted.

It is not true that all the PG are all hardcore PAP supporters. They know better when it comes to the ballot box, especially elderly males. Elderly females being less informed, may be die hard PAP supporters for life. I admit that. Elderly males are more informed sitting in coffeeshops and old folks corner are generally less tolerant towards the PAP policies.

Patnaik's action is very offensive to all No. 4 and No. 3 wearing SAF men.

We demand he should be fined, jailed, PR revoke, expelled permanently from Singapore! His wife and kid also should be expelled.

Patnaik is just testing the ground. If he gets off easily, who knows what Indians will do next? Let them sit on the head and they will shit on you!

When that happens the police will lose their pants and start running after fictitious communist, terrorist and oppositionist.

The root cause is CECA, which steadily n consistently deprives our own Singaporeans from PMET jobs & opportunities. So many Singaporeans PMET have been retrenched, salaried suppressed, job advancement opportunities deprived with many hidden family problems from this short-sighted policy. Its a nation's destroying policy. The PAP govt must be held accountable for this major blunder n not be allowed to act blur n continue with this Singaporeans core middle class destroying policy. When the Singaporean core middle class is shrinking the nation will become weaker n weaker n will falter. Its a quiet tragic for many many Singaporean families.

So what if I run very fast in army? Ever see fat commanders? What the negative impact on me? Old leaders just admit you all are weak. What kind of people old leaders choose? LKY Iron Fist? Throw 6 smoke bomb? And my issues not solve? Where can I find lawyer sue the government?

If build a country, very tough and painful, people got fair trial for ISA? Tan Cheng Bock got come out when LKY is still in kicking alive stage? All balless just say balless. Suddenly so many party can vote? Did LKY pass down his Iron Fist properly? Weak also?

Ask Singaporean go India try create a Little India Riot scenario, and tear the flag using software. See what will happen? Strawberry Cao Mei, Cao liao Fah Mei.

Election come I going stay at home. If I am capable, go where also got Mercedes drive. Why should I vote for any party? 50 years no poor people so angry and vote opposition? Last time no poorer people? Just a piece of blank paper, vote already, people that count the vote behind will count properly?

Go overseas become quitter. Than Singaporean Oversea Unit spend money oversea? Wah seh. I am sure other country will love us. Anyone want to run? Still no need do army, but can buy different gun to play? Got India Overseas Unit spend money in Singapore? Their values more logical?

It is a small matter, though of some significance. Don't "over react" would be far too much to ask of the easily-triggered entitled Singapore snowflake who is constantly on the lookout for someone or something to blame for their "under performance" as an oxygen-consuming entity.

This is a great strategy: if you are a victim, it is not your fault and therefore you're not responsible.

All you need to do is to keep on voting for the same govt whose job it is is to "help them" overcome the Sheeple's own ineptitude and avoidance of responsibility. This "demand" puts pressure on "the market" (of potential authority figures) to deliver the biggest assholes for a-god-which-doesn't-exist to ever put breath into.

And so, here we are. ๐Ÿคก๐Ÿ’ฉ๐Ÿ’€

Hi there is another school of though, those who are having nationality same as the terminated bank staff, the new citizen and those have just become new citizen, definitely very worry about losing the job and scare of sending back to their mother land. It is because of them having this mindset, they want to squeeze the most benefit form our country while there are here, they would not mind lie and sell their soul, kowtow to their borrowed land controller. It is very very worry.

BEIJING, 1 Sept 2018:

President Xi Jinping met with Liberian President George Weah today ahead of the 2018 Beijing Summit of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation (FOCAC).

Xi said friendship between China and Liberia serves the fundamental interests of the two counties and the two peoples.

China appreciates the firm and clear-cut position of President Weah and Liberia's new government on the one-China principle and is willing to enhance exchanges at all levels, said Xi.

China will strengthen bilateral cooperation on various fields including poverty reduction, agriculture, infrastructure construction and health, said Xi, adding that the two countries should continue to show mutual understanding and support each other on issues involving their respective core interests and major concerns.

China has helped promote Liberia's peace process and will continue to stand up and speak for Liberia in multilateral institutions.

"Mr. President used to be a world football star and is deeply loved by Chinese fans," said Xi, hoping the Liberian president will use his special influence to promote the sports and youth exchanges between the two countries.

Weah said Liberia firmly adheres to the one-China policy and is grateful for China's valuable support, especially the selfless help in Liberia's fight against the Ebola epidemic.

The mutually beneficial cooperation between the two countries has brought tangible benefits to the Liberian people. Liberia supports and is willing to take part in the Belt and Road cooperation, said Weah.

Weah said Liberia supports China hosting the Beijing Summit of the FOCAC, adding that he is willing to make more contributions to enhance friendship between the two countries.

What ordinary Singaporeans want is foreign investments in Singapore that generate jobs for Singaporeans.

Definitely not influx of hordes of foreigners, especially from India, to cannibalize job opportunities for Singaporeans and raise our costs of living to the world's highest.

For that, the PAP elites have failed us utterly, treacherously.

First China-Russia Joint Military Exercise

The upcoming joint military exercise between China and Russia, dubbed Vostok-2018 or East-2018, will strengthen their abilities to jointly deal with different types of security threats and safeguard regional peace and security, China's Ministry of National Defense said on Thursday.

Experts said the joint exercise reflects the deep strategic mutual trust and practical cooperation between the two militaries, but it does not mean the two sides have formed a defense alliance that excludes or targets other countries.

This is the first time China participates in a Joint Military Exercise with any foreign country.

On the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP), Chan Chun Sing said on Saturday " . . . it's not just about securing the maximum for ourselves individually but about looking at the entire package and saying, which are the things I can trade off so that I can not only secure my own interests but also help my fellow members promote their interests so they too can bring home a package that is acceptable to their people."

India has expressed reservations about the RCEP having the liberalisation of trade in goods and services without a corresponding liberalisation of the movement of people, ie it wants to have free movement of its unemployed people to other countries - a very parasitic stance.

So what has Chan Chun Sing traded off with India?

BEIJING, 1 Sept 2018.

President Xi Jinping meet with Zambian President Edgar Lungu today.

Stressing that Zambia was the first country in Southern Africa to establish diplomatic ties with the People's Republic of China, Xi said the Chinese government and people have always had special and friendly feelings towards Zambia.

China is ready to work with Zambia to uphold the fine tradition of friendship and cooperation, promote bilateral ties in a strategic and long-term perspective, and continue to show mutual understanding and support each other on issues involving their respective core interests and major concerns, said Xi.

Identifying the Tanzania-Zambia Railway (TAZARA) as an enduring monument to China-Zambia and China-Africa friendship, Xi urged the two sides to further work together to revitalize it in the new era.

Based on the construction of economic cooperation zones, the two countries should deepen mutually beneficial cooperation, expand people-to-people exchanges, and devote efforts to plan and prepare for the activities marking the 55th anniversary of the establishment of China-Zambia ties next year, Xi said.

Both countries should strengthen the coordination on major international and regional issues to safeguard the common interests of developing countries, Xi added.

Lungu recalled the beginning of the two countries' friendship, which was forged and nurtured by elder generations of leaders including Zambia's founding President Kenneth Kaunda and the late Chairman Mao Zedong.

Zambia cherishes the friendship with China built on sincerity and equality, and appreciates China's long-term help, especially China's selfless assistance in building the TAZARA, said Lungu.

He also expressed strong confidence in China's development and Zambia's willingness to join China in building the Belt and Road, expand the cooperation in various fields under the FOCAC framework, promote the development of Africa and sub-regions, and contribute to the building of an even stronger China-Africa community with a shared future.

MP Seah Kian Peng (Marine Parade GRC) criticised historian Thum Ping Tjin on Saturday (Sept 1), writing in a Facebook post that he is "amazed that Dr Thum and his supporters should proclaim that Singapore is part of Malaysia (or Malaya)".

MP Seah's post came after Dr Thum, freelance journalist Kirsten Han, comic artist Sonny Liew and activist Jolovan Wham, met Malaysian Prime Minister Mahathir Mohamad on Thursday (Aug 30).

Mr Seah noted that they had "invited Dr Mahathir to bring democracy to Singapore, and suggest that Singapore is part of Malaya".

MP Sean also concluded that Dr Thum does not wish Singapore well. I am amazed how he could have made such a conclusion. Perhaps he is a clairvoyance or a mind-reader? I am not sure.

But I one thing I am sure is: MP Sean can go far. He knows how to seize an opportunity in order to score brownie points. And he knows how to push someone down in order to get himself up.
