Be at Hong Lim Park on the 5th Oct 13.
This is the BIRTH PLACE FOR CHANGE, if any can happens in Singapore.
AND
change is much desired and needed.

Singaporeans CANNOT TRUST THOSE THAT LEAD US BY TELLING AND PROMISING US MUCH BUT NEVER DELIVERED.
-
Let us be there to show that we are disappointed, angry and HAVE NO TRUST IN THE RULERS.

Keep on protesting not tiring meh?

Got energy to continue at this rate until 2016 or not? And don't forget energy needed for walkabouts also, not just protests. Enough energy or not?

Actually hor, by Sinkie standard, this is very good already, although nowhere near those protests in other countries lah.

If Sinkie opposition is already the kind of standard, what more can you expect of Sinkie protests, you tell me lah?

That's why PAP no worry one, unlike ruling parties in other countries. And any wonder why PAP treat foreigners better than Sinkies?

"Free finger food and drinks will be offered on that day."

Wow, this will sure attract Sinkies one, the more food and drinks, the bigger the crowd, for sure.

The organisers know Sinkies better now, or at least as good as PAP knows Sinkies.

Sure or not? U mean foreigners not attracted? What happen if more foreigners than Sinkies attracted? And the food and drinks run out much faster than duration of rally? Hahahahahaha

Got chicken rice or not? How about free transport? Got or not?

The free finger food and drinks will just be token amounts to draw in a big crowd.

Just like using a small bait to catch a big fish.

Gilbert,

Addressing to Gilbert:

You spend so much time and effort even with TRE support, in the end you got a miserable few thousand. You even have BBC, Aljazeera and other News Network exposure. Some 21,000 people were at Hong Leong Park’s for Pink Dot Event on 29 June, see the different? They don't have Tan Jee Say as speaker.

Further Anonymous (October 02, 2013 2:00 pm) said..." Got chicken rice or not? How about free transport? Got or not?" They expect you again to bribe them with free foods and giveaway.....!!

When I saw Tan Jee Say as speaker in you two previous protests, you turn me off!

Redbean encourages debates, express alternates or different views. I am prepared to debate you, but gentlemanly and without fouls language. Should you disagrees that's your right. I can use XY, mm, or any handle of my choice, will remains honest and consistence using "JC" when posting here. To me honesty and creditability are what I tried to be. I preach and practice the “Golden Rule.” I respect all religion and freedom of speeches and universal human right - within the law. I am more compassionate to the working poor and those who are unable or means to survives in Singapore. I have never voted for the PAP and above all I have no axe to grind on Tan Jee Say.

English is not my cup of kopi, take awful long time to draft repeated facts checking, spelling, grammar, readability and so forth... More often typos’ slip passed. I will not waste my time debating you if you a one-liner hitting below the belt and disappeared which many Sinkies are.

"....U don't like tjs your business right? Does not mean others like u mah...."

I forgot to add - It's not only my business, but all Sinkies responsibility! Our lives have been and will be influences by the politicians we put in Parliament. Voting base on religions, races, class whatever will give certain "block" ruthless MP's serving their masters' interests. Would you want people like Barrie Vote only Muslim or Pastor Kong vote for christians, Tan Kin Lian ex-NTUC CEO or maybe Tan Jee Say ex-director Deutsche Morgan Grenfell, head of Peregrine Capital? Have you forgotten AIA, Goldman Sach and the 2008 financial collapse? You probably think I am another Sinkies vote for any tom dick and harry, huh?

Vote with open mind, know your candidates and what he or his party stands for. All Politicians lie, if not now most likely later. Putting all your eggs in one basket create monopoly - can never remove as we experience today. Even if all MP are gods, I still will vote for some satans to check and balance. Blindly listen to lies both PAP and oppositions are short sighted. Voting for the lesser evils is worst than voting for the most evils. Like the USA, UK and Downunder. Have you heard of “Duopoly”, if not go find out! :-)
