Banning DeepSeek is an exercise in futility now and allowing it to propagate its free to use platform worldwide is doing great harm to the greedy AI investors in the USA. The AI developers in the USA are going to lose their clout, their massive investments decimated and may well discourage further investments in an uncertain future.

Talk of another US$500 billion being thrown into the sector by the USA does not rattle Chinese AI developers one bit. China AI developers now know they will just need a fraction of such subsidies to garner the same impressive result. That same mentality is not lost on other AI developers around the world. Why pay an arm and a leg to use USA's AI apps when there is a free to use app that is just as good, if not better.

Oh, just not forgetting that those entities buying over Tik Tok are reported to be talking to Trump, not the owners of Tik Tok which is Bytedance. What is happening?

 Modi thought he was going to get preferential treatment from Trump by going there early uninvited. Instead, he got thrown under an Indian overloaded train. achieving nothing but getting a slap from Trump over reciprocal tariffs on Indian exports to the USA.

Trump was in fact already calling India the 'tariff king' and any reciprocal tariffs means India is going to get the wrong end of the stick as all others, friend or foe.

India will be worse off from Trump's tariffs than China, with Trump knowing that any substantial tariffs on China is going to hurt the USA more than China. It is reported that 80% of USA consumer needs are all imported from China and there is no way that Trump can punish China without hurting the USA consumers. There is no such thing as unlimited threshold of pain that USA consumers can tolerate.

Republican US Senator Lindsey Graham showered praise on Ukraine’s Vladimir Zelensky at this year’s annual Munich Security Conference, declaring him to be the ally he had always dreamed of and lauding that the fight with Russia had not cost American lives.

The US senator made the remarks on Friday during a panel discussion at the Munich Security Conference. Speaking alongside Zelensky, Graham admitted the conflict between Moscow and Kiev was a proxy war fought by Kiev on Washington’s behalf, and praised Zelensky’s role in the continuing bloodshed.

“I want to tell you and your people you’re the ally I've been hoping for all my life. Not one American has died defending Ukraine,” Graham proclaimed, adding that Kiev had taken “our weapons” and purportedly “kicked [Russia’s] ass.”

“I’m very proud to have you as our ally,” he stressed.
