Who give US the right and the power to arrest personnels and impose penalties to the sinful figures of hundreds of billions of dollars. In the 1980s US long arm jurisdiction caused Toshiba to be fined over one hundred billion dollars and with US imposed rules and regulations causing Toshiba to be unable to compete with US conglomerates doing the same technical business. In  2014 a French international technical and engineering firm Alstom  was falsely accused by US of bribery in Indonesia and was fined over tens of billions of dollars for offering bribes to Indonesian businessmen. The CEO of Alstom was also arrested and imprisoned in US. Eventually Alstom lost all its international business to competing US companies dealing with the same line of products.Thus US is using its own laws to trample on others rights and justice and to stifle and contain foreign companies from competing with US companies. This US malpractice  is just too ludicrous and profitable and too tempting for US to ignore. So what has Gautam Adani corruption outside US got to do with US. It is outrageous to arrest Adani and put him on trial in US courts. Adani's corruption and so with others outside US is not within US illegal law to take action.

 From now onwards India and all other countries must reciprocate US outrageous behaviour by arresting US businessmen with similar fake and false charges and impose heavy quantums of fines heavier than what US had been imposing on others. It's time for all self-respecting countries to adopt a tic-for-tac policy towards US without fear or prejudice. What it serves US well should serve others better. From now onwards India and all other countries of the South should not allow US to get away with bully and should never allow them to use their long-arms jurisdiction again without consequences to US itself.

Remember when Canada helped US in kidnapping Meng Wan Zhou the chief financial officer of Huawei, China reciprocated by arresting two Canadian businessmen in China. US relented for fear that China might arrest some US businessmen too. The case was eventually settled with the release of Meng Wan Zhou. Thus in this case US the rogue country failed to extort billions of dollars from Huawei. India should not fear US. India definitely has the support of all countries of the South especially from China and Asia if it goes ahead to take similar action and arrest some rogue American businessmen.

 The fake image of Trump as a president that is against war is now being thrown out of the window. His appointments of all the neo cons, war hawks and anti China hillbillies are the best indicator of what Trump really is and what he is up to. Mike Waltz as National Defence Adviser, Marco Rubio as Secretary of State, Pete Hegseth as Secretary of Defence,  John Ratcliffe as Director of CIA, are ominous signs of what to come. These are all unhinged lunatics with very extreme views and aspirations, to continue to dominate the world as the American Empire. Anyone, any country in their path must be destroyed, invaded, govt leaders removed. These are their agenda.

Would China continue to behave like a mild gentleman when dealing with these rogues? Would China continue to send their scholars and meek diplomats to talk to these gangsters and think their country bumpkins could persuade these gangsters to be nice to China, not to attack China? China can send its army of scholars and gentleman diplomats to deal with civilised countries that respect civility and courteous mutual respect policies. China should continue to do so with the Global South countries, conducting its diplomacy in the most cordial and civil manner as equals.

 China is banning all critical material exports, not just controlling it. This is a game changing move.

The West has to find alternatives to source for critical items like antimony, gallium and germanium. Their semiconductor manufacturing, weapons production and even plane production will be affected.

China dominates in the processing and control of all the essential minerals which it can use for retaliatory purposes when needed. How essential these are for Western manufacturing cannot be underestimated. We all have seen how cheap energy suffocation is turning Germany and the EU into lame duck economies. And China and India are benefitting from all the sanctions imposed by the West against Russia.

What China is doing by banning the export of critical materials is left to be seen. But it will not be pretty for sure.
