Too many times we are been assured that don't worry your flats won't be devalued only up Valued.

They had what's previously SERs aka Selective Estaes Resettlements.

A few selected ones were relocated to their brand new 99 leasehold flats with even some compensations.

Some you be surprised are lucky even had very good payouts in lieu of these Resettlements

So Singaporeans believed that in time to come as their estates grow older and older that their SERs be coming.

Also those flats in the Prime and even Popular Estates are been sold in the open markets by the hundreds of thousands or even at above the million mark.

Where they are been purchased at that time or long ago at a pittance.

So when the HDB were to build any new flats in these estates, they cannot simply sell to the new buyers at their price of their actual costs and also maybe some profits.

They could sell at maybe at our time in the 60s and 70s pricing of even below a one hundred thousand or even less.

This would upset those owners who are now selling at the open market a few hundred thousands nearly a million.

Also those daft daft Ones who thought nothing of these asking prices and also agreed Ed to buy them.

Thinking that they also in time to come shall also made their damn.profits.

So the HDB have no choice as they are the ones in the first place had slaughter the old owners exorbitant prices.

Now the new flats that they build and squeeze in all these estates have to be priced also at the resale marker pricing.

The old owners happy happy that their units are still profitable but the new BTO buyers have to pay a limb and arse to purchase their first homes.

It's a vicious circle unless Ahem something drastic really happen and all these started crumbling down.

Now back to the Papies Scholars Bright Bright idea and scheme.

They are caught in a bind as too many of their Past Big mouths Leaders who just wanted to win the voters in any elections promised SERs

So one fine day, they have to get a newbie Leader or Minister to wake you all up with their pouring of the cold water that there is no such scheme as SERs now.

Anyway, aha hear me out. Now we have VERs.

Ahem Voluntary Estates Resettlements.

Your old Estates will be also selected for Resettlements as too old also hard maintenance and also last time many many had low ratio of real wasted occupationcy.

Too low storeys blocks on prime land.

Also, poor souls blocks too far from each other that your immediate neighbour cannot borrow the salt and vinegar and eggs by just passing through the windows to windows.

Now we planned so social living harmony for you all that you all staying in close intimate proximity as close neighbours that no need to purposely have to go and buy the emergency groceries downstairs.

Okay back to our ingenious VERs scheme.

Now when you are been selected for VERs, don't worry you be still having a new nice flat as according to what you are staying now in all requirements and specifications.

But see here hoh!, if your old flat lease is already too run out ah, like tooth decay you have to patch up right?

So now we shall allocated a new flat for you. But, but hear me out you have to TOP up the lease of your balance old one if you still wants to have a 99 year leasehold.

Aiya, don't worry lah only a few hundred thousands lah depending in what's you selected.

Next time you could even sell at the open market a million plus what!

Biden's madness to allow strikes deep into Russia is a good thing?

Russia is not your Middle East states that can be cowed or coerced not to hit back. And Russia has plenty to hit back, enough to turn USA and Europe into ashes. As usual, anything silly or dangerous from the West would also come with a but, that it is something good. On the other hand, anything good and beneficial to the world from China would come with a but, that it is bad or would fail. Can you imagine what the West would say if China would to do the same thing?

Come on Zelensky, fire all you have, you have been given the green light...to destroy Ukraine and the Ukrainians, with Kiev as the first city to be vanished in smokes.

With a maniac like Zelensky being let loose by the American terrorists in Washington, Europe is going have a ball of fire for Christmas. Good work, Zelensky, and good work, Biden, oops, should be Blinken.

 

 

Europe being misled by weak and meek leaders

 Europe is toast following the USA. When you have the one-eyed leading the blind, going into the sewers is still following a direction, but at what cost?

Now Trump wants Europe to foot more of NATO's defense budget, a posture he already made during his first term, when Europe is already on the edge of bankruptcy. It does not just rain but pours for Europe. Europe should have started on having its own defense plan without the USA involved.

Suffice to say, without the USA in NATO, expansion of NATO would have been more tempered and relations with Russia would not have descended into a more confrontational approach. Why would Europe want to extend NATO into Ukraine to antagonize Russia? Europe would now not have to suffer an energy crisis, a path that Angela Merkel had tried to avoid all along. She had a cordial relationship with Putin for most of her chancellorship.

Meanwhile, I am waiting for Trump to end the Ukraine War in 24 hours, LOL.

American Rules Based Order meddling in Asean internal affairs

 It has been reported that the USA is conducting a regime change in Cambodia. Laos will be on their radar with Myanmar a works in progress. These are countries having good and close relations with Beijing.

What the USA failed to accomplish in Hong Kong, they are now looking at ASEAN countries to destabilize to further its interest. Thailand too has its fair share of instigations, using the CIA and USA supported NGOs to create instability. The Thai Military and the Thai Monarchy had been able, so far, to deter unrest. What will happen with the new Government is still not known and to whose interest it is migrating towards is not clear.

The USA is targeting a couple of countries in ASEAN, particularly Indonesia. When persuasion fails as in Vietnam, covet action takes over.

By the way, the Philippines is reported to be willing to throw Duterte under the bus, to cater to the demands of the USA. The Government is said to be willing to allow Duterte to be extradited to be punished for his actions against the drug lords in the Philippines while he was in power. That shows how much control the USA had over Mickey Marcos. Supporters of Duterte must do another people's power to make things right. Getting rid of drugs in the Philippines ought to be a good thing rather than being seen as a crime against humanity. It just boggles the mind!

Now that ASEAN had expressed its desirability to have China in the region more than the USA, the splitting up of ASEAN is a priority for the USA and ASEAN leaders must be able to see what is coming. ASEAN will be ruined like Europe if the USA succeeds in breaking up the grouping and turning ASEAN against China. China is still an important trade partner for all ASEAN countries. It is up to ASEAN leaders to measure carefully what is in it for them with the USA dictating the direction.

Ukraine War - Putin's revised nuclear policy is the Most responsible thing for peace

 

 

Instead of stopping the escalation, meek European leaders acquiesced and are preparing for a Russian attack on their soils.

The AngloSaxon savages are denouncing Putin's revision of its use of nuclear weapons on countries that supported war against Russia as irresponsible. The truth is that the AngloSaxon savages are the most irresponsible warmongers in the world, starting wars every where. The Ukraine War was unnecessary but masterminded by the AngloSaxon savages. Russia has been very restrained to contain and limit this war in Ukraine, but the AngloSaxon savages have been pushing the envelop to escalate the war every day, providing more and more deadly weapons to the neo Nazis in Ukraine to attack Russia. 

The latest development, authorising the use of long range missiles to attack deep inside Russia. This is not just escalation, it is putting the lives of Russians at risk, Russian cities would be hit and destroyed. This is a no go and a very irresponsible act of the AngloSaxon savages. Putin is now forced to protect Russian territory and Russian lives and must put an immediate stop to this deadly escalation.

Putin's revision on the use of nuclear weapons is necessary to stop the escalation and expansion of this silly and unnecessary war by a Mickey Mouse, backed by the AngloSaxon savages. No more lies, it is a war by the AngloSaxon plus the Europeans against Russia. Russia alone would not be able to take on the combined forces of the AngloSaxon savages in a conventional war and the nuclear option is the only way to pull the reins on the wild AngloSaxon savages. It is the only responsible thing to do.

The AngloSaxon savages are hell bent to attack, invade and destroy Russia. Putin would not be stupid not to hit back where it hurts. The AngloSaxon savages are flirting with nuclear war and they know it. So be it if they want to destroy Russia, and Russia must respond accordingly to protect itself.

Bring in on you AngloSaxon savages. Bring on WW3! Russia is ready for you.
