Trump dubed dumb American voters with more tariffs

 I came across this interesting video on Youtube - Sirant in China, giving a layman explanation of USA tariffs on China titled 'US Tariffs Destroying The Chinese Economy?? Who Does It Really Hurt??'. Take a look.

Most people already knew that tariffs are nothing more than an added tax, not on the manufacturers in China, not on the Chinese Government, but is an added tax to be paid by the end consumers in the USA and also in the EU.

Trump and Biden are blindsiding the USA voters, using this indirect method to screw USA voters, thinking they are just dumb as lampposts and unable to discern the difference between raising taxes and increasing tariffs in the present context. Raising taxes directly is going to ensure they never will get re-elected. Raising tariffs on the pretext of punishing China turns them into heroes to help them get re-elected. The USA voters think this is a great and novel idea to punish China, not realizing they are the ones being punished.

As I always say, China thinks decades ahead and can read the mindsets of USA politicians. China started more than a decade earlier with the BRI, helping poor countries to progress and eradicate poverty by building infrastructures for them, knowing these are the potential markets to come onstream for its cheap products. China is no longer living in fear of what the USA is doing, decoupling or derisking as they put it, as China already has more or less captured a big enough market for EVs alone in South America, Middle East, ASEAN and Russia, with Africa on the rise as well.

You see, taking EVs as an example, the real damage to the USA, EU and Japan is not China losing its EV market in these three regions and getting hurt badly. The real damage coming up is these three latter countries going to lose all the other vehicle markets in South America, Middle East, ASEAN and Russia and soon Africa. These markets for China EVs will more than make up for the loss of the USA and EU market. That is going to hurt not just the end consumers of EVs, but also hurting car manufacturers of those countries as well and will lead to job losses without a doubt. Then they will again blame China for stealing their jobs, when it is the USA Government that caused all the misery itself. A self-inflicted suicidal move.

Trump versus Kamala....Indecency versus girl guide

 Trump is not a lawyer, a distinct disadvantage in politics, even though he is a well-known conman with a glib tongue. True, his age is also a disadvantage when it comes to quick thinking, memory and recalling facts and lies as well.

I guess most have forgotten about his boast regarding draining the swamp. Instead, he replenished the swamp with even more nefarious creatures, a few of which are now even stabbing him in the back. When he falls behind Harris, more of such swamp creatures will come out with more dirty laundry exposure on Trump. You can bet on it.

And let us not forget about his threat of 'making North Korea disappear from the face of the earth' that never see the light of day. Instead, he sheepishly slithered into his hole after two meetings that ended in abject failures to de-nuclearize North Korea. He thinks Kim Jong Un is not smart, but it turns out that Kim actually outsmarted him. His de-nuclearization adventure ended there and then.

Trump thinks it is that simple, like telling everyone that trade wars are easy to win, just to meet with Kim and get him to denuclearize. North Korea will be stepped upon by the USA if Kim does so. After three generations of the Kim regime had fought so hard for possession of the bomb, Kim Jong Un is not going to end all that effort even if Trump points a gun at Kim's head. That is wishful thinking on the part of Trump.

Now Trump is again up to his conman tricks, threatening to 'erase Iran from the face of the earth'. For all we know, there is Russia behind the Iranians and Iran is said to be able to have the bomb within weeks. With Russian help, nothing is impossible. It is up to the USA to take the risk of dabbling with the Iranians, knowing that Iranians do not issue idle threats as well.

India's economy catching up with China?

 India's economy is growing sharply and that means bad news for India when the USA starts getting worried and may start resorting to its old habit of taking India down before it becomes another China.

But I believe India is not in any position to pose a threat to the USA or China within the next three decades at least. As not a few prominent economists clearly prophesied that 'the next China is still China'.

No matter how India's growth may be gloated about, the gap to close is still too wide in terms of upending China. Moreover, India still needs industrialization on a scale, unheard of in history, in order to pose any semblance of a challenge to the USA or China. Everything about India's growth has to be in multiples of what China can achieve in order for India to catch up. If China grows at 5%, India will need growth of at least 25% to catch up. Is that possible?

China's 5% growth will add about US$900 billion to its GDP every year. Even the USA at 2.5% growth only adds about another US$700 billion to its GDP annually. For India, growing at 20% merely adds another US$800 billion, still short for catching up. This is excluding compounding the figures every year. How is India expected to grow at 20% annually in GDP without the required infrastructure, skilled manpower and supply chains to helm its growth?

Covid19 - Evil Americans admit harming the Pinoys with fake news and propaganda

 At the height of the Covid Pandemic, when the Philippines were in short supply of vaccines, China offered the Duterte govt with supplies of Sinovac vaccines for the Pinoys. The Americans did not offer anything. The American fake vaccines were offered only to their allies and crony states, at huge marked up prices and with hideous cannot disclosed terms and conditions, among which the Americans could not be held responsible, could not be sued for the fake vaccines and injury and harm caused by the fake vaccines. In a way the Pinoys were saved from the harm that the fake American vaccines are causing to the victims in the American allies and crony states.

But, when the Pinoys were using the Sinovac vaccines, the Americans started a disinformation campaign to spread fake news about the safety and efficacy of the Chinese vaccines. As a result, many Pinoys could have skipped being vaccinated and could have suffered or even die because of it. During this campaign, the evil Americans 'launched a secret psychological operation to discredit Chinese vaccines and other Covid19 aid' by deploying mercenaries aka contractors, non military partners, US networks of online bots and other phony social media accounts to influence foreign audience', and the Pinoys from using Chinese vaccines. The Pinoys ended with 67,000 death from the Covid19.

Senator Imee Marcos called this campaign, 'evil, wicked, dangerous, unethical'. The American govt has admitted this dangerous campaign by calling it a 'missteps' in anti vax effort. This is how evil and wicked the Americans were to the Pinoys and to people around the world as the campaign was also spread world wide.

This is a crime against humanity, a very wicked thing to do. Only savages can act so dishonestly and viciously to harm innocent people of the world.

Nethanyahu will get full American support by boasting only he and his Israel can control the Arab countries

 I believe Netanyahu is losing support in Congress and with protests erupting during his current visit to Washington. The support for him is really running thin, even at home in Israel. He needs to carry on the war to keep at bay the case against him for bribes and fraud. His survival rest on his continuing his forever wars, now escalating against Hezbollah and the Houthis. The problem is how much support he can get from the USA under Trump or Harris.

But USA politics is often sending misleading signals just to win votes for the campaigners for the White House job. Trump now wants to 'erase Iran from the face of the earth'. Harris is talking about not letting off the humanitarian issues in Gaza committed by Israel. Those postures are more for their domestic consumption than reflecting what they really stand for.

Take those postures with lots of salt. The USA establishment puts on a face to fool the masses and another that the world does not see but can clearly discern very well by its action. It is hidden in deceit, lying, cheating and stealing.

The swamp on both sides of the divide is the same set of people just playing musical chairs. Trump promised to drain the swamp during his first term, but he infested the swamp with even more toxic characters at his whims and fancies. Characters who are now even willing to sell him out in his fight against the system.
