Defeat in Afghanistan a complete humiliation for the US: Martin Jacques

The US is confronted with a historic defeat in Afghanistan at the hands of the Taliban. America's longest war, which began in 2001, is ending in complete humiliation. The Taliban has captured the countryside, every major city and now Kabul has effectively fallen. This is Saigon in 1975 all over again, except the US withdrawal from Vietnam took place in 1972 and its puppet government managed to survive another three years. America's puppet government in Kabul has fallen only four months after the announcement in April that the US would withdraw. It tells us that the Kabul government, and the American occupation, had only a tiny sliver of popular support: The condition for the former's survival was America's troops and airforce. In contrast, the Taliban clearly enjoys considerable backing amongst the people.

The last two decades have been disastrous for the US. The election of George W. Bush in 2000 was supposed to mark, according to its neo-conservative doctrine, the beginning of a new American century and the continuation of the US' unipolar moment following the end of the Cold War. Instead, it led to the humiliating defeats in Iraq and Afghanistan followed in 2008 by the worst financial crisis since 1931. By the time of Bush's departure in 2008, unipolarity was effectively dead and America's reputation for military prowess had been undermined. America is now widely seen as a superpower in rapid decline, a pale shadow of what it once was. Its defeat in Afghanistan will have major implications across the world; It brings into question the competence of its political and military leadership, its willingness to engage in further military entanglements, and its reliability and commitment as an ally. If it can make such a huge miscalculation and suffer such a catastrophic defeat in Afghanistan, then who is going to trust its judgement in East Asia, or the South China Sea.

Military power has been fundamental to America's global role since 1945. It played a key role in undermining the Soviet Union during the Cold War.

America has long believed that overweening military strength was the primary factor in enabling it to get its way in the world. That is why its military expenditure has been far greater than that of any other country.

The first great setback to this philosophy was Vietnam. Now we have the examples of Iraq and Afghanistan. In each of these cases, America enjoyed a massive military advantage, but in the circumstances, it proved entirely inadequate. The key was to win over the people and military superiority could not win hearts and minds, the contrary in fact.

The US, of course, is not alone in having failed to conquer Afghanistan. Down the ages many foreign powers have tried, including Britain and the Soviet Union.

There has been speculation in the West that perhaps China might try its hand next. The chances of China being so stupid are zero.

In fact, nothing better illustrates the fundamental difference between China and the US than their approach to Afghanistan.

The US sought to subdue the country overwhelmingly by force. It offered precious little else. There was no serious attempt to foster economic growth in a desperately poor country.

China's approach, in contrast, will be completely different. There will be no military involvement. The PLA will have no role. China, in the longer term, will attach the greatest importance to how it can assist in the economic development of the country, just as it has done in Africa, Latin America and South East Asia.

Development has been the calling card of China. It lies at the heart of the Belt and Road Initiative. The fact that China has been a developing country since 1949 gives it an understanding, and empathy with, the problems of the developing world. The US, as a rich society, has little comprehension of, or interest in, their problems.

China will have another overriding concern. While the US has spent 20 years waging a war in Afghanistan that has sown profound divisions and instability in a country and a region that is over 11,000 kilometres away, China's interest is the opposite. As a country that shares a border with Afghanistan, it will seek to bring stability to the country and to the wider region, not least because this also has implications for the situation in Xinjiang.

Above all, China understands that instability and war are the enemy of economic development.

The fundamental difference in the approach of China and the US has, of course, much deeper historical roots.

The credo of America ever since its birth has been expansion - across its own continent, the Pacific, and since 1945 across the whole world, with nearly 800 military bases in over 70 countries.

In contrast, China has no such history and has never regarded military power as paramount. While the US has pursued global expansion, China has prioritized its own stability and development.

US-Afghanistan War: It's Over!

The US-Puppet Afghan President Ashraf Ghani fled Afghanistan like a typical coward and devout crony of Western Hegemonic Imperialism.


The Taliban have entered the Afghan Presidential Palace and found it empty of people, treasures and valuable items. President Ghani has fled. He was nowhere to be found. He must have been in the first flight of the US embassy evacuation plane out of Kabul International Airport, direct to the US Oval Office to lick the boots of President Joke Biden.

Thousands of Afghans crowd Kabul International Airport after the Taliban entered Afghanistan Capital Kabul and seized control of the Presidential Palace and government buildings. Some of the Taliban leaders have been seen inside the Presidential Palace together with local leaders and senior police officials, surrounded by many bodyguards, military personnel and armed fighters.

Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar, who heads the Taliban’s political bureau, said in a brief video statement on Sunday that the real test of governing would begin with meeting the expectations of all Afghans and resolving their problems.

In just one day, the battle for Kabul is over. In just ten days, the Taliban Nationalist Forces have liberated the entire Afghanistan from the occupation, domination and control of the Evil US Empire together with Its European Axis of Evil.

The Taliban leaders immediately set to work by first calling for a Media Interview to address the journalists and reporters from the country’s seat of power on Sunday.

They entered the palace after President Ashraf Ghani fled the country amid the Taliban’s rapid advance, which saw its nationalist forces capture 26 of Afghanistan’s 34 provincial capitals in less than ten days.

The coward Ghani later wrote in a Facebook post that he fled to prevent further bloodshed (from his body).

“The Taliban have won with the judgement of their swords and guns, and are now responsible for the honour, property and self-preservation of their countrymen,” the coward US-puppet Ghani said with obvious ill intent.

1. The Taliban have reconquered Afghanistan in a lightning surge 20 years after they were toppled by the US invasion.

They entered Kabul on Sunday, more than two weeks before the August 31 deadline set by Biden to complete the withdrawal of American troops from the country.

It was under US President Trump that the US brokered a deal with the Taliban in Doha in 2020 to allow US troops to withdraw by May 2021, in exchange for various security guarantees from the Taliban.

2. Former US president Donald Trump is quick to seize the opportunity to call for his successor Joe Biden to resign on Sunday over the swift takeover of Afghanistan by Taliban Nationalist Forces, as US troops withdrew from the country after nearly 20 years of occupation and building of a fake Democracy in Afghanistan.

“It is time for Joe Biden to resign in disgrace for what he has allowed to happen to Afghanistan,” Trump said in a statement.

3. Shafiq Hamdam, the ex-adviser to Afghan President Ashraf Ghani, slammed Ghani’s decision to flee Afghanistan on Sunday amid the Taliban’s rapid advance on Kabul.

“It’s shameful. It’s embarrassing. People feel abandoned, people feel betrayed,” Hamdam told Al Jazeera by phone from Washington DC.

4. Iran has reduced its diplomatic presence in Afghanistan, leaving a skeleton staff at the embassy in Kabul.

5. Gunfire could be heard as night fell near the Kabul airport, where foreign diplomats, officials and other Afghans fled, to escape retribution or to seek greener pastures.

Hundreds of Afghans crowded in a part of the airport away from many of the evacuating Westerners. Some of them lined up for what was to be the last flight out of the country.

6. UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres, as usual from his motherhood statements notebook, urged the “Taliban and all other parties to exercise utmost restraint.

Indian Government Responsible for Suicide Bus Attack that Killed 9 Chinese

India's intelligence agency Research and Analysis Wing (RAW) and Afghanistan's intelligence agency National Directorate of Security (NDS) were behind the Dasu bus terror attack that killed nine Chinese nationals, according to a probe carried out into the incident, Pakistani Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi said on Thursday.

The Chinese nationals were killed in a shuttle bus explosion in Pakistan's Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province on July 14 on their way to the China-invested Dasu hydropower project.

Further investigation by Pakistan is still ongoing, and China and Pakistan will follow the important consensus reached by the leaders of both sides, ascertain all the facts and truth, and hold the culprits accountable and bring them to justice, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Hua Chunying said.

India's intelligence agency RAW was set up in September 1968 and is the biggest intelligence agency in South Asia. It conducts activities widely in Nepal, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Afghanistan and has been engaged in activities of sabotaging, assassinations and supporting dissidents with notorious reputations.

The smooth progress of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) and the achievements it has brought have worried India which do not want to see further development of China-Pakistan cooperation in areas such as politics, economy and security. To prevent further cooperation, India financially supports Pakistani terrorists to attack Chinese people involved in the China-Pakistan cooperation projects and undermine the relationship between the two countries.

In June 2020, four gunmen attacked the Pakistani stock exchange in Karachi, and the Baloch Liberation Army claimed responsibility afterwards. Pakistan's national security advisor then accused India's intelligence agency of orchestrating the terror attack.

Covid19 - NUSS changing room/toilet designated only for vaccinated users

Singapore — After a photo from the National University of Singapore Society (NUSS) showing a sign that a certain changing room/toilet was designated only for vaccinated users was spread online and via WhatsApp, NUSS issued a statement on its Facebook page on Aug 11 to clarify the matter.

The Society said that in its three clubhouses, which include sports facilities and eateries, it sees to it that government regulations, directives, and guidelines are strictly complied with.

These regulations include those regarding safety measures for managing the Covid pandemic, and for sports facilities, these come from Sport Singapore.

NUSS cited the guidelines from Sport Singapore from Aug 7, which directed that “Enterprises will also have to ensure that vaccinated individuals who participate in such activities do not mix with other users for the entire time they are within the facility (including in common areas such as changing rooms and toilets).”

Therefore, the designation from NUSS of certain bathrooms and changing rooms for vaccinated and unvaccinated people “is in compliance with this guidance.”

 

The above is quoted from theindependent.sg. After being accused of discrimination against unvaccinated people and preventing them from using changing room/toilet, not sure if there were other toilets/changing rooms available for the unvaccinated nearby, NUSS has quoted a ruling by Sport Singapore to justify what it has done. 

What kind of revere status does Sport Singapore, with due respect, have for NUSS to carry out Sport Singapore as the authority on this matter? NUSS is not your ordinary society, not an Ah Beng or Pasar Malam society, it is the crucible of Singapore's intelligentsia where many of the island's top brains rubbed shoulders with each other and called it their exclusive club.

Would it be more appropriate to quote something from the govt or the MTF other than Sport Singapore? Is there any other organisation or govt ministry practising the same discrimination? 

NUSS act is in compliance with the guidelines of Sport Singapore! Wow! Good thinking. Good justification. Hope and pray the MTF or the govt did not come out and say they did not approve of it.

Who authorised Sport Singapore to come up with such a regulation? Singapore govt or the MTF? What if the Singapore govt or MTF denies such authorisation or disapproves of it?

 The time has come for China to turn against all the hypocrisies and fork tongue twisting of the One China Policy. China must now say NO to double talk and violation of the One China Policy to all countries big and small, including the USA and EU. One China Policy means no diplomatic relations with Taiwan, no trade with Taiwan if China wants to insist up to this point. No more double talks. Period.

Today China is speaking from a position of strength. China has its wherewithal to cut off relations, economic and diplomatic relations, with the US and EU completely, and trade with the rest of the world that are willing to trade with China. The US and EU cannot afford to lose the China market and China's manufacturing base and capability.

Without China, the US and the EU will have to trade with each other and kill each other. They have no means to trade with the rest of the world as they are simply not competitive on their own. It is China's manufacturing base that gives them a chance to sell to the rest of the poorer countries that otherwise would not be able to afford American and European products.

All the big American and EU countries would go bankrupt overnight.

It is time for China to call a spade a spade and not to tolerate white men's hypocrisies and fork tongue lying, cheating and bullying.

When China cuts off relations with the EU and it would be the beginning of its collapse. All the smaller countries in the EU cannot survive while China can trade with those that are willing to trade with China and cooperate in the economic fields. No politics!

Set this as a China Policy for the 21st Century. China can go it alone.  EU and the US cannot afford to.

Just do it, China. This is the best moment to put this policy into action. All the little monkeys would start to scratch their heads wondering what hits them, and their backsides would stop being itchy when there is no food on the table. China must know its own strength and the weaknesses of the US and EU and the little monkeys in the EU. They all needs China, very badly.

Why feed these monkeys and let them throw stones at China?

There is no need to tolerate the evil white men's nonsense and hostility anymore. They are not friends but plotting everyday to bring down China, every state in the US and in EU. There is no exceptions. China must face this truth and act on it fast, and now is the perfect time to do so. Covid19 has done most of the work. Now it needs a final push to send them to the dustbin of history.

Let the monkeys make the choice, China or Taiwan. This is a much easier choice then being forced by the Americans to choose between China and the USA. The European monkeys cannot afford to trade with the Americans and neither would the Americans allow it.  It is American First.

Afghanistan - Game Over For Remnants Of US and EU Aggressions

The US-puppet Afghan Government's Military Commander, Ismail Khan, the 70 year-old ex-Mujahideen commander, has surrendered to the Taliban on Friday 13, August 2021. What a bad Omen - Friday 13!

The Afghan commander Ismail Khan, known as the ‘Lion of Herat’ returned to the front lines in the western city of Herat last month amid growing threat from the Taliban. He is the highest respected commander fighting for the corrupt US-puppet Afghan government.

"He was handed over with the Provincial Governor and Security Officials as part of an agreement with the Taliban," said Provincial Council Member Ghulam Habib Hashimi on Friday. He did not elaborate on the agreement.

Khan’s capture was confirmed by Taliban spokesman Zabihullah Mujahid . It comes amid an offensive that has seen 18 provincial capitals fall from government control in eight days.

Herat is a major urban centre in Western Afghanistan, near the border of Iran. It is the country’s third most populous city.

Photos and videos showing Khan in the hands of Taliban fighters were widely shared on social media.

A spokesman for Khan said that the Afghan Commander had been allowed to return to his home to see his family, after negotiations with the Taliban. He would probably retire and serve the Taliban as an adviser or consultant.

Khan has been involved in the country’s wars stretching back to the Anti-Government uprising that triggered the 1979 Soviet Invasion, which he had fought against for nine years.

The Afghan government forces under Khan had agreed to withdraw from the Herat airport and the Army Corps Headquarters, the last centres under their control 9 miles from the city.

The Taliban agreed that they will not pose any threat or harm to the government soldiers and officials who surrendered.

After the surrender of the Army Corps commander, the Herat Governor, the Security officials and soldiers, the city became very quiet and eerily peaceful, like a Ghost Town. Local people with their families have either left the city to the countryside or are hiding in their houses. Curfew has been imposed after dark.

Within three months, the Taliban has tripled its territory and in the last eight days, it has captured at least 18 provincial capitals. This speedy success has no parallels in history. It is a significant tribute to the leadership of the Taliban and their followers, as well as the immense support of the Afghan people.

The US is leaving Afghanistan after 20 years of occupation, but what is it leaving behind? It is leaving behind a war-torn country in ruins and a people played out wholesale, with the rugs pulled out under their feet.

After 20 years of direct bombings, intimidation, destruction and killings of the Afghan people, Washington decides that the future of Afghanistan is for its people to decide. What a sinister joke!

For those countries like Singapore that still trust the US to defend you, think three times. LKY was right. Never trust the Whitemen to protect you. They will play you out.

The WHO on Thursday urged China to share raw data from the earliest Covid-19 cases to revive the pandemic origins probe -- and release information to address the controversial lab leak theory.

The World Health Organization stressed it was "vitally important" to uncover the origins of the worst pandemic in a century, which has killed at least 4.3 million people and battered the global economy since the virus was first detected in the Chinese city of Wuhan in December 2019. Yahoo News

The evil white men are bent on making China the scapegoat of this pandemic.  They have had visited the Wuhan Lab with a full team of experts and found nothing wrong with the Lab. But on the pressure of the Americans, they are insisting that China allowed them to visit and check on Wuhan Lab again and demanding all the raw data from China.

Their evil intent is to make China responsible for this pandemic. If the second time they could not find anything, they would demand for the third, fourth, fifth and many more times until they can fix China as the cause. Very likely this second visit if allowed, they would bring along something to plant into the Lab and say, eureka, we found the evidence that China is responsible.

China must show the middle finger to WHO and all the evil white men.

There are overwhelming evidence that the virus started in Fort Detrick, USA. But not a single white man would ask WHO to investigate Fort Detrick. Why? What are they hiding? Why everything is pointing to Fort Detrick and WHO is knocking at Wuhan a second time, maybe many more times?

The evil Americans are responsible for this Pandemic. Period.

The reason why the Americans are continuing to push for more investigation on Wuhan is mainly to divert all attention to China so that no one would remember Fort Detrick and all the cases that happened in the USA before Wuhan.  They are setting the agenda, writing the narrative, China, China, China.

China must not entertain anymore nonsense from the Americans and the useless WHO. China must say a BIG NO and kill the story.  Anyone wanting to talk about Wuhan, just like Xinjiang, Human Rights etc etc should be shown the door. Not welcome, get lost. This is the only way to kill the conversation and the mischievous motive and agenda. This is the way to tell the Americans they are not welcome, also to tell the American lackeys they would be shown the door. Bringing up such useless topics is unfriendly and there is no point in meeting and talking.

Talk and keep calling for an investigation on Fort Detrick, and be persistent, like what the Americans are doing. Keep on pushing for an investigation on Fort Detrick, raise it with WHO, with the UN, in every forum. There must be an investigation on Fort Detrick.

Just do exactly what the Americans are doing, with the agenda and objective directed at the Americans. Learn from the Americans, including fabricating lies and use of soap power to pass off as WMD. Learn from the Americans, they are the experts. If need to, hire Pompeo or Trump, the professional liar and the congenital liar to share their expertise.

When they have no one to talk to, no platform to talk about their lies, it would die a natural death and be forgotten. Never entertain the liars and their lies. Kill it instantly!

Anyone or country coming to China to want to talk about such lies must be treated as unfriendly and enemy with no exceptions and not allowed to enter China.

Afghanistan - US's 20 Years Of Fake Democracy

In a matter of days, 12 major cities have fallen into the hands of the Taliban Nationalist Forces without much resistance.

The second and third biggest capitals of Afghanistan, Kandahar and Ghazni are now in the Taliban's hands.

More than 75 percent of the countryside are under Taliban control.

Kabul, the Capitol of Afghanistan, is now surrounded on three sides, North, West and South, by the Taliban Nationalist Forces.

The corrupted US-puppet Afghan government, as the last resort to save its skin, has offered the Taliban the sharing of power. How many percent of share to Taliban? 10%, 50% or 70%?

The US, UK, Denmark and other EU countries are starting to evacuate their embassies in Kabul. This is a sign that they have foreseen the imminent collapse of Kabul.

The US Intelligence predicts that Kabul would fall within 90 days. I predict that it would fall within 30 days, or less.

Afghanistan is as good as over. The Taliban will rule again, whether the Western powers like it or not.

After its illegal invasion, the US has spent 20 years occupying Afghanistan to kill, to plunder and to destroy the Afghan people instead of rebuilding the country and helping the people.

Unlike the evil US and its Western cronies, China will help the Taliban to rebuild and develop the country.

Meng Wanzhou - China fires warning shots

 2 years under false arrest by the Canadian govt under the instruction of the gangster Trump and executed by the boy PM Trudeau, Meng Wanzhou is still fighting her case in a Canadian kangaroo court. The case is coming to a close and from all the indications received, the recalcitrant boy PM is adamant in handing her to the Americans. This boy PM thinks Canada is a big country and supported by the evil American Empire and can fool around and fuck around with China, arresting an innocent Chinese citizen.

China have given the boy enough time to make amends and to free Meng Wanzhou immediately. China would not hesitate to cut off the prick of this silly boy if he continues with his foolishness. China has 3 Canadians in its jail. Yesterday China sentenced one of them, a drug trafficker to death and another to 11 years jail for espionage.  Another Michael is still waiting for his sentence.

All 3 will be sentenced to death should the silly boy PM allowed Meng Wanzhou to be sent to the US. Both Michaels would for sure received the death penalty. More charges would be levied on the first Michael and his 11 years jail would be converted to a death sentence or at least life imprisonment. The same fate would fall on the other Michael. 

China is sending this signal to the boy PM. No nonsense, no ransom, no blackmail, no arrest of innocent Chinese citizens. You want to muck around, the lives of these 3 Canadians would be doomed in your hands. And more Canadians would be thrown into Chinese jails.

China would not tolerate lawlessness and gangsterism and political blackmail. Canada will be punished severely if this silly boy PM refuses to do what is right, just and legal. All the Canadians in China, all the Canadians doing business with China, be warned, this is the calm before the storm. Many Canadians are on the wanted list. Many businesses and contracts would be terminated prematurely. Look at the Australian economy for a preview of what would happen to Canada's economy and businesses.

China is also sending a signal to all the silly countries and American lackeys, no monkey business, no toying and messing around with China.

Singapore becoming a rubbish dump by design, to be filled with foreign unwanted and unwelcome rubbish

 They still did not get it and still talk about bringing in more rubbish into this piece of rock, thinking it is a continent, can bring in endless number of people, to live underground as well. One trick pony has no more new ideas and die, die must continue to fill up the island with more people. That is how brilliant they are, deserving of being paid millions, more than the President of the richest and biggest country in the world.

So, after cutting down the Singaporean PMETs to let the foreigners, rubbish and fakes among them, they need to cut down all the trees, destroy all the little forest left, to build more homes for the foreigners to stay. We are sacrificing the Singaporeans, the citizens, the forests, the trees, the nature, all because this govt's mission is to dump more rubbish into the island.

The island is so big, we have so much land, resources, water, name it we got it, and we can keep on adding heads into the island. And the daft Singaporeans must not dispute this brilliant strategy. Only millionaire super talented politicians can conceive of such a great idea that was scorned by the first generation leaders.

But this is only natural as the first generation leaders were not as smart as the smart alecs of today, as least in the amount of money they could earn. Now they are all earning millions. And anyone earning less than $500k is mediocre. Thus all our founding leaders were mediocre and could not see the genius in such a shining idea of growing people by cutting down our very own citizens.

The citizens would have to vacate their homes for the foreign talents, including many rubbish and fakes. And this rubbish dump will just have to grow and grow. May be it would really become a continent one day.

Do we want to do away with these few precious patches of nature with foreign rubbish? Once cut down, it would take a century to grow them again, if ever. Don't you think they are worth preserving instead of destroying them to build more homes for foreigners that the govt intends to bring in, foreigners that don't belong here, foreigners that don't have to be here? Every square meter of our land is so scarce and so precious to be wantonly and irresponsibly cut down for no good reason, reasons that are not worthy and not approved by the people. The govt is going to do this without your permission, destroy our forest and natural habitat and deprive/kill the life forms in them...in the name of economic growth by bringing in rubbish, unwanted foreigners here.

 MOH said that it was alerted by Ng Teng Fong General Hospital of the lady’s death on July 25. She had been treated at the hospital’s emergency medicine department the same evening.

The death of a 64-year-old Singaporean woman whose demise occurred on the same day she received her first dose of a Covid-19 vaccine was "caused by hypertensive heart disease and coronary artery disease," the Ministry of Health (MOH) said on Saturday (Aug 7).

The ministry was responding to queries from TODAY over a post by Facebook user Charlene Yong.

Ms Yong had written about how her mother had collapsed eight hours after taking her first dose of the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine at around 10am on July 25.

Ms Yong said that her mother, who led an active life, had been mopping the floor just before she collapsed.

Ms Yong had questioned if the vaccine had triggered her mother’s death or if it was just “pure coincidence”.

She wrote: “My mother leads an active life and is mostly healthy except for controlled hypertension and mild diabetes. What could have happened during the course of the vaccination that robbed her of her life?”

Everyone has medical conditions, especially those above 50 years old.

The question on many people's mind is:

Could the vaccines triggered or aggravate the existing medical conditions to the extent of causing imminent death?

I strongly believe it to be so!

Covid19 - Offensive and unjustified discrimination against unvaccinated based on questionable truths

Unvaccinated people are being discriminated by the MTF for all the wrong reasons. Just because the govt wants as many people to be vaccinated so that they can open up the country to allow people from dangerous and highly infected countries and holding questionable vaccine certificates from countries when fakes are as common as toilet papers, nasty discriminatory measures would be in forced to attain this questionable objective.

Some of the reasons given were controversial and hardly could stand on the good grounds of being reasonable and acceptable to the medical community.

1. Unvaccinated people are more likely to be infected than those vaccinated. False. There were reports that said both are equally likely to be infected. That is why they are changing the tune to say vaccinated means less serious illness, no more prevention of infection.

2. Unvaccinated people are more likely to spread the virus than those vaccinated. False. Both equally can spread the virus. In fact, an unvaccinated person is less likely to infect others as he will come down with the infection. A vaccinated person may happily walk around with the virus without knowing it and thus more likely to infect others.

3. Unvaccinated people are more likely to end up hospitalised or dead than those vaccinated. False. Where is the data to prove this position. A swallow does not a summer maketh. Quoting and blowing one or two cases do not prove that this is true.

Whether vaccinated or not vaccinated, both are equally likely to be infected and also to pass the virus to people around them. The repeat broadcasting of elderly people dying because of unvaccinated did not give a fair picture, that younger picture are less likely to die. Many elderly would die with or without the virus when their time is up.

The govt also contributed to many people not getting vaccinated by their stubborn and thick headed insistence that only Pfizer and Moderna should be used. One man's meat is another man's poison. And it is morally and medically wrong to insist that people must use Pfizer and Moderna when they have been proven to have more adverse consequences and even resulting in death. They are not ranked lower than Chinese vaccines and Astrazeneca by NYT for no good reasons. 

Countries are also starting to approve Ivermectin as another option. This development is likely a confirmation that all they hype about vaccines to prevent infection is falling apart, ineffective. If they are, there is no need to approve Ivermectin.

Stop the silly discrimination on Chinese vaccines and let everyone choose whichever vaccines that have been approved by WHO. In this case, the MTF is not any wiser than the experts around the world. Stop the stupidity as time would tell if the MTF is right or wrong or acting stupid and dangerous.

At this moment in time, the truth is still out there and many could be proven wrong as the pandemic continues. Do not be cock sure when you do not know what the outcome would be tomorrow.  Stop playing God, could turn out to be Satan if proven wrong. 

Stop the discrimination against the unvaccinated, and stop vaccine discrimination.

The unvaccinated Singaporeans did not bring virus into the country. Period.  It is the foreigners that are bringing the virus into the island. The Singaporeans, vaccinated or unvaccinated, must be protected from foreigners that brought the virus into the island, from the people that allowed this to happen.

Or should it be the other way round, that it is only fair to protect the vulnerable from vaccinated people as many would become asymptomatic, infected without knowing it and spreading to everyone. How to prevent this?

The most dangerous belief the MTF is relying on is that vaccinated people are safe to mixed around and be free as if they are normal. The truth is that they are the most dangerous people walking around and probably spreading the virus.

All it needs is 3 months from now to see if the MTF belief is safe or unsafe. By then we will all know the answer.
