The above is from an article in RT accusing China of wanting to claim the Moon. The world has been preview to many of such American allegations and accusations of what others are going to do when the Americans had already done it or are going to do it. It is the American way of declaring their intent.
The Chinese are going to claim the Moon. So the Americans must claim it first. The Chinese are going to the Moon. So the Americans must get there before the Chinese.
Not to worry. This time no more Hollywood studio production of a moon landing. This time is for real. China is going to land on the Moon ahead of the Americans. The Chinese have the knowhow and the functional rockets to get to the Moon. The Americans can continue to con the world with their make belief rockets to take them to the Moon, ahead of China, just like they conned the Russians that they beat them to the Moon.
This is further proof that the Americans had not been on the moon. They wanted to colonise and claim the moon but were unable to do so. After their hoax of landing on the moon, they tried many years with many failed attempts to make their hoax to turn real. But they failed miserably. Finally they gave up, knowing that they did not have it to land on the moon. Then they spread the rumour that there were aliens on the moon warning them not to go to the moon. Now they forgot about their lie of aliens on the moon and desperately wanting to prove that they are better than the Chinese, and wanting to land on the moon first.
What else is new?

A world class C4ISR (very useful, but also potentially very vulnerable)
A world class submarine force (useful only to fire cruise missiles)
A large amount of subsonic and mostly outdated cruise missiles
A comparatively small ground force (with no real air defenses)
Air forces which have no experience operating in a *very* dangerous environment.
A very robust nuclear triad
Since we know from Sun Tzu that “tactics without strategy is the noise before defeat” we can immediately see that none of these capabilities has any chance to avoid a NATO defeat. In other words, US commanders will soon have to face an even worse choice: defeat or nuclear war. Andrei submit that the West currently has neither (real, meaningful) tactics nor any strategy. None.
All he see is magical thinking, narcissistic delusions, a mindset shaped by centuries of relative impunity and an over-arching, blind, hatred of Russia and everything Russian. Hardly the ingredients for a victory (under any definition thereof) against the most powerful continental warfare military on the planet.

Though the Americans wanted to win this Ukraine War, they are also happy just to prolong the war without winning as long as Congress keeps approving more money to make more weapons and the weapons manufacturers continue to laugh all the way to the banks. The Ukrainians can die, American debt keeps piling up, the American Treasury can go bankrupt, they don't matter.
The weapon manufacturers of guns are dictating gun policies, and Congress is procrastinating about passing the gun laws still sitting in cold storage, and obviously being held hostage by gun lobbies, one of the component party of the Deep State like big oil, pharma and banksters. They talked for decades about moving forward with the gun laws after every shooting, from the mouths of every President, but all that is just for show put up by the clowns.
Today, Channel News America reported that a dog shot a man in the USA. Hillarious indeed and can only happen in the USA. More than a month ago, on January 6th, a 6 year old student shot his teacher. Unimaginable indeed that a 6 year old can carry a gun to school, and this can also only happen in the USA. This week, two shootings in California killed 15 people. The way things are turning out, it is 'Once Upon A Time Again' in the Wild West when shooting to kill was the norm. Rest assured, Biden will be talking about tightening gun laws after this two shootings, but hold your breath for the anti-climax, because after a few weeks all will be forgotten. Until the next shooting.
Not being contented with providing their own citizens with guns to kill, they are providing weapons to countries to kill each other. And they are expanding this killing spree into outer space by siting nuclear weapons in space. In actual fact, they already did that secretly long ago and only talking openly about this today. Putin did expose this years ago when he said that at that moment of his speaking, a nuclear armed missile could be pointing at him from space.
Sour grapes. China didn't say a thing when US was cheering their.moon missions or blocking them from cooperating on space program.
Now, China is out performing US in this, NASA has the cheek to complain even right down to China not using English in doing it. Well, the advice to them- learn some Chinese if these people wanted to learn from them.
They are afraid of people finding out that there were no USA flag at the site of their purported moon landing. Are they now claiming that place as their real estate on the moon, now that China is able to go there as well? Why is their sudden desperation to go to the moon today, unless it is to plant a real flag to show that they discovered the moon. Like they discovered America!
In the late 1960s, no one has the technology to track the American socalled rockets to the moon. So no one can call their bluff and the Americans just bluffed and bluffed and got away with it.
Today they can't bluff anymore and the indisputable truth would soon stare down at their stupid faces, the faces of liars.

Obviously this is fake news. The US would not run out of ammunition so easily. They are the number one military power and with an annual defense budget that it bigger than the top 10 countries combined.
The report was likely paid by the arms manufacturers to lie to Congress so that more money would be allocated to defense. And Congress would not be stupid enough to believe in this fabricated lie or hoax. But they would choose to believe as everyone is paid to believe in this lie and also to approve a bigger defense budget.
This is how corrupt the American politics is today. Everything is fake, everything is true if he paymaster paid enough politicians to say it is true.
